What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their order up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via phone or email and provide your order details. If the cancellation is made within the specified time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. However, if the cancellation request is received after the 24-hour window, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. Additionally, orders that have already been dispatched or are marked for delivery cannot be canceled. We strive to provide the best customer service possible and appreciate your understanding regarding our cancellation policy.
