I am currently in Lebanon, and a man claims to own an apartment here that he wants to rent out. However, he is in the UK and wants me to pay uShip as a third party before sending me the keys to inspect the apartment. He assured me that if I am not satisfied, your company would refund me. I am skeptical about this arrangement and tried to contact customer support without success. I have documents from him claiming to be affiliated with your company. I had booked a vehicle transport service through a uShip hauler with reference number #[redacted]. Unfortunately, the hauler did not contact me or the origin agent within two weeks of the booking. Following the advice of uShip member support representative “Sarah S”, I decided to cancel the shipment. Although I was not offered a full refund, “Sarah” created a new listing for me to quickly obtain new quotes. A second attempt was made with a different hauler who failed to provide the agreed enclosed shipping and only offered open transport after multiple inquiries, including assurances of a $[redacted] credit and a pickup date, neither of which have been fulfilled. Despite numerous calls, including being repeatedly disconnected, the hauler falsely claimed the car was picked up on a date that I knew was inaccurate. I am now seeking a [redacted]% refund as both uShip agents involved have been unreliable and dishonest.

The person handling the transportation is David John Rose, who mentioned that Uship is currently holding the van for shipping. There seems to have been an issue with the delivery schedule. Originally, the van was supposed to be delivered to Aberdeen today, but now David is indicating that there was an address mix-up, so the delivery has been rescheduled for November 29th. I would kindly request your assistance in verifying this information promptly. I am eager for confirmation on this matter. I made a booking with Uship on Thursday, the 27th in the morning. I chose Montway based on their assurance that the car could be picked up within 3 days from booking (it was stated in the quote).
During our conversation, I emphasized that the car must be picked up by Sunday afternoon on the 30th or at the latest noon on Monday, July 1, as I am leaving town at that time. I clearly asked if they could meet this deadline, or else I would need to make alternative arrangements. They said they could accommodate my request.
Despite their assurances, they later called on Friday suggesting a pickup on July 3, which I declined, reminding them of my urgent need for Monday pickup at the latest. Unfortunately, they did not call on Saturday. This morning, at 8:30 CST, they informed me that no carrier had been arranged yet, with only 28 hours left before I leave town.
My credit card has already been charged $[redacted] by Montway. I urgently require a closed transport trailer to ship my truck immediately. In my 23 years of moving experience through 7 relocations, Montway has proven to be the least professional and most inadequate company I have encountered.

I made a payment of $1,[redacted].00 to USHIP on May 26, [redacted], for the transportation of my [redacted] Mercedes SL550. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, both USHIP and 1 Shot Auto Logistics have been unhelpful in facilitating the shipping process. USHIP claims it's not their responsibility and insists I contact 1 Shot, even though I paid USHIP directly. 1 Shot has given multiple excuses, including a lack of available drivers and financial disputes. I have informed Ebay about this matter, as I initially chose USHIP through an advertisement on their platform. I expect USHIP to fulfill their duty and have my vehicle delivered within one week from today. Thank you. - James B. R.

I am having trouble contacting you by phone. I am looking to book vehicle transport and accept a quote, but the site does not provide instructions on how to verify my credit card. The phone number, once obtained, does not work, and there is no working email option available. I have spent a significant amount of time on this matter, which seems like a scam site run by incompetent individuals. I plan to warn others about this experience. I would like to address the carpet and fiberglass damage on my fiberglass Ranger R-70 deck boat during transit on April 21. The boat was being transported on a flat-bed trailer by a Ford F-[redacted] pickup. The carrier departed from Omaha, NE on August 20 and reported driving through rain. The canvas cover tore and caused damage to the boat seat and carpet. The driver stopped in Oklahoma to remove the torn cover. I had purchased cargo insurance from uShip for $6,[redacted] (ref: [redacted]4). I am seeking information on how much of the repair costs can be covered by the insurance. I am a first-time user of uShip and encountered a problem with getting a confirmation for payment release to the carrier. I have tried reaching out to their customer service through chat, but it has not been helpful. After discovering a phone number through a Google search, I found out that their 24/7 service is actually only available Monday to Friday. This has been frustrating as I am unable to provide feedback or release payment to the carrier. The website keeps showing an error message when I try to confirm payment. I am disappointed with the lack of proper customer support and may not use uShip again if this issue is not resolved promptly.

I am in the process of shipping three chairs to a customer in NY. Both my customer and I posted bid requests for the same job. I received a favorable bid and now want the shipper to contact my customer by bidding on the job through her post on uShip. However, when I tried to provide the address from her request listing, I got flagged. I am feeling a bit frantic because if my customer can book this with RustyCarrots Trucking, he needs to pick up in Yucca Valley on Sunday night as it is on his route.

I have already booked my transportation, received a confirmation code, and noticed the payment on my bank account. However, I am confused as to why the app is asking me to release the funds. I have spoken with the driver, but I am uncertain if the payment should be released to him upon delivery or if it will be done by the company. Could you please contact me to explain the process?
