I made an order on July 29th for a wristlet and chose premium shipping. However, the item has not arrived yet. My order number is ILDO[redacted]. I was expecting it to be here by now due to paying for premium shipping, but I have not received any updates. Can you please tell me where my order is?

I have a strong affection for Dooney and Burke bags, and when I discovered the promotion for a free attache bag with a particular style, I was beyond thrilled. Receiving my bag (#B2DBM1905BLBL, Brenna Black) felt like Christmas. However, the joy was short-lived when I discovered that my wallet/clutch was missing from the second box, containing only packaging papers. To add to the disappointment, the free cosmetic bag I had requested was not included in my order.
Dealing with a family member's health crisis, I find it upsetting to have to address this issue. I seek a full refund as I have provided evidence through photos of the missing items. Your prompt resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.
