I received an order from Iherb at [redacted] Autumn Cove Circle, Fleming Island Florida [redacted] on 05/08. The order was not placed by anyone at this address. I am reaching out to seek guidance on returning the item. Both UPS and USPS, as well as Amazon, have not been able to assist me. Your customer service line and chat have been unhelpful as we do not have an account with your company, yet somehow received this order that likely belongs to someone else. Thank you. - Mike Powers

Last October, I received a package from IHERB containing various containers of supplements from NOW and DOCTOR'S BEST. Unfortunately, there was no bill or sender information included. Despite reaching out to medical professionals and family members, I have not been able to determine who sent the package. Given my age and recent hip injury, I am unable to take these additional supplements along with my current medication. As a result, I have not opened any of the containers and am hopeful for an explanation. My name is Delores Lutz, but I go by Lorry. The package has two barcodes: D[redacted][redacted] on the address label and CXF10V4YYJ and [redacted]63-0 on the side of the box. If this was sent by a company or as a promotional item, please provide a return label so I can send them back. If it was from someone I know, I would like to return it with gratitude. I have attempted to switch the language from Thai to English using the globe icon, but it is not functioning. When I tried to make a purchase, my card was declined. There are no issues with my card as I have successfully made multiple orders using it before. I am currently in Thailand but need the language to be in English. Previously, everything was working fine with my orders. Clicking on the globe icon on the Iherb homepage does not yield any results despite numerous attempts. I have ensured that all my card information is accurate. I am unsure of how to address this issue. It was always smooth sailing before.

I mistakenly ordered the Ridgecrest Blood Pressure capsules instead of the Hair Revive ones due to a mix-up in my order. I purchased 10 bottles and need assistance with returning them. I will be away at the Mayo Clinic starting July 23rd for 2-1/2 months. I would like to return the Blood Pressure capsules and have the Hair Revive ones sent to my sister's address in Elmwood, IL. Hello, I placed an order for Vitamin B [redacted] three months ago. Everything was fine until last month when iHerb placed the same order without my consent. They charged my account, but after contacting customer service, they refunded me. This month, they did it again, charged me, and sent the item I did not want. I do not want this recurring charge. I checked the website and did not see any saved card information. Please stop placing the order every month and remove my card details to prevent unauthorized charges. I have placed an order with iherb NZ number [redacted]93. On the same day, a repeat order was processed with number [redacted]75. Both orders have been debited from my bank account, but I have not received them yet. I do not want the repeat order of the same product and have been unable to contact iherb to cancel it. I have tried to reach out since I received notification of the second order. The order cost $[redacted].94, and I did not intend to order it again. I may have made a mistake, but I am seeking assurance that I can return the second order of glutathione and receive a refund. Thank you.

I initially created an account with the email [redacted], placed an order using my Visa cash card, and my account was subsequently blocked. I then created a new account with the email [redacted], used the same Visa card via PayPal, and encountered the same issue of being blocked. Despite my enthusiasm for your products, I made another account with the email [redacted] and once again, my account was blocked after using the same Visa card on PayPal. I am unsure if the problem lies in not confirming my orders or if it is related to using the same Visa card on multiple accounts. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed and resolve this matter, as I am a new user on iHerb. I encountered an issue today while trying to place an order for four items on your website. Upon reaching the checkout page, I faced difficulties with the Captcha verification on checkout.iherb.com. Despite selecting the correct images, the system kept looping back with new image sets, making it impossible to proceed with my order. I am unable to utilize the SITEWIDE26 coupon before it expires tomorrow due to this problem. Additionally, my attempts to contact your support team via email on the website were also obstructed by the Captcha loop, preventing me from sending any messages. I have decided to remove the items from my cart until this issue gets resolved. Once the matter is fixed, I kindly request a 26% off Sitewide coupon as compensation for the inconvenience caused by the Captcha loop. I would appreciate it if you could advise me on how to bypass this ongoing issue.

I am experiencing difficulties with my iHerb account and tracking my delivery. I placed an order through the app, but once the order was confirmed, my account logged out. Upon trying to sign back in via Google, I keep receiving an error message on the iHerb main page. Even after attempting to sign in with my password, I am unsuccessful. I then tried the "forgot password" option thinking it might help, but I am still unable to gain access. I received a confirmation email for the order but never received any tracking information. No further communication about the shipping or tracking number was provided through email or SMS. I have been unable to log in with the email address used for the purchase. Hello, I placed an order today under number [redacted]51. I tried to pay with a Russian Sbercard, but the payment did not go through. I have 48 hours to complete the payment. I am unable to pay with this card, and I am having trouble unbinding it and linking another card. I made purchases in Kazakhstan, many of which were on sale. I recently opened the package and discovered it contained LactoBif 30 and CoQ10 from my previous order.
