I purchased Frontier fenugreek seeds in May [redacted] and have attempted to sprout them multiple times without success. I stored them in the fridge as I had done previously with other seeds that sprouted well. Despite my efforts, these specific seeds didn't sprout even after several days. Upon researching online, I found similar complaints from others and suspect the seeds might be old or not viable. I am seeking a refund for these seeds and would like to purchase good quality fenugreek seeds from a different supplier. Can you assist me in resolving this issue? -L.F.

Good afternoon, I am Ma Carmen Turrión González. On December 1st at 5:00 PM, my order number [redacted]45 was confirmed by your company. The purchase totaling €98.19 was paid with my credit card at Sabadell Bank. I have yet to receive my package or any notification. Upon purchase confirmation, I was informed that I would receive it between the 21st and 23rd of this month, and I would receive an email once the package was dispatched. I have attempted numerous times to get in touch with your customer service team to cancel my orders, but have been unable to receive a passcode reset link via phone or email. This lack of communication is frustrating. I have also noticed that there are no receipts included with my packages, which seems like a deliberate tactic to make it challenging for customers to reach out. I will be canceling all future orders and contacting my credit card company regarding this issue. Thank you.

I'm having difficulty placing my second order for your product online. I was unable to remember my password, and the new verification code I received did not work. I spent an hour trying to order, which is frustrating. Other websites where I shop do not have this problem. It would be helpful if you could offer a guest order option to avoid these issues. I am now searching for the product from alternative sources. This is disappointing as I really like your product.

I recently placed my second order with your company. Overall, everything has been good. However, in my latest shipment, the Dr. Woods English Rose Skin Brightening x 2 was missing from the package. Instead, I received 2 x Dr. Woods Exfoliating English Rose bar soaps. I specifically needed the skin lightening/brightening version and the products I received do not specify if they are for skin brightening or lightening. On a positive note, the other product in the order, Dr. Christopher Kidney Formula, arrived in good condition. Could someone please contact me urgently at 1[redacted] in Canada, BC? I've had difficulty getting in touch with iHerb customer service. I placed an order on 3/15/[redacted] for two bottles of SimplyOne Think Clearly tablets (order # [redacted]45); however, I received two bottles of SimplyOne SeeClearly chewables instead. I've tried reaching out this morning to resolve the issue, but I was unable to return the incorrect items or get a refund through the website. It's been frustrating trying to correct this mistake. On March 15, [redacted], I placed an order and paid $22.43 by credit card for order # [redacted]45 with iHerb for two bottles of SimplyOne ThinkClearly tablets. Unfortunately, over the weekend, I received a shipment from iHerb with two bottles of SimplyOne SeeClearly chewables instead. As a loyal customer based in Hong Kong, I have noticed an issue with the language display on the i-Herb website. Despite my settings being in English, when I try to continue shopping, everything turns to Chinese characters, making it difficult to navigate and place orders. I kindly request for the English version to be restored so that I can continue to make purchases with ease. Thank you.

My iHerb account linked to my Google account under the email [redacted] and the name Anas Salman D Aljumaiah got deactivated unexpectedly after I made several purchases. I'm unsure of the reason behind this and have not received any communication about it. Unfortunately, I can't track my paid orders now, and I'm unable to reach customer support for assistance. Hello, I am concerned about the lack of response to my emails regarding the communication from Andrea about the refund for the two items to be discarded. I have evidence of the communication and the subsequent lack of response from your end. Should I escalate this matter by contacting my bank to initiate a dispute? Today I tried to purchase 4 items for $76.00, but when I proceeded to pay, I received an error message prompting me to choose another payment method. Confused, I recall placing 2 orders on April 1, mistakenly believing the first one failed. Unfortunately, the second order processed correctly. To clear up the confusion, I canceled both previous orders and attempted to reorder the items, adding one more. However, my payment is still not going through, and I am being asked to try an alternative payment method. What could be causing this issue?

The customer service experience is disappointing as I was unable to reach an operator despite following the instructions. Hello, I'm having trouble logging into my account. I believe there may be an issue with the ICT. I registered with my Gmail account, but when I try to sign in through the website or the app, selecting my Gmail, it doesn't connect. I am unable to access my orders for protein powders or speak with a live representative. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps like clearing browsing history, cookies, using incognito mode, and trying both the app and mobile browser, but nothing has been successful. I would like to open an account with iHerb. My wife and I use the same PC, causing my attempt to create my account to be rejected due to an existing account under my wife's name. I would like to have my account with my payment details. It seems that if another person were to use our computer, they would face the same issue. The computer itself is not making the purchase, but it's the account that needs to be separate. I am concerned about the lack of availability for the "Now" brand non-GMO Lecithin granules, which I use to make Liposomal C. It has been out of stock for an extended period. Could someone from Iherb provide an estimate of when it will be restocked? Additionally, I would appreciate information on any alternative products that can be used for making liposomal C. As I make this for multiple people, a timeline for availability is crucial. I have been a customer for over a decade, and the inability to speak to a representative on the phone is frustrating.
