Hello, my name is Tahir M. On October 21, I placed 2 orders with delivery to Thailand. However, I later discovered that under the new Customs law in Thailand, packages over [redacted] THB will be taxed at 30%. Due to this, I had to cancel my previous 2 orders and place 3 new orders with the same products. I have already reached out via email to inquire about when I can expect the refund for the canceled orders. Currently, I am unable to log in to the IHerb app as my account seems to be blocked, and I am unsure of the reason for this.
The driver assigned to order number #[redacted]71 contacted me multiple times today, including attempting a brief missed call. Initially, he mentioned that my area was not his usual route, then he changed the delivery time more than once. Finally, he falsely marked my number as busy, indicating he might not deliver today. This behavior is unacceptable. I hope the appropriate measures are taken to address his actions and ensure he faces consequences for being irresponsible.

On December 5, [redacted], I sent you a message agreeing to the replacement of my order #[redacted]09, which was not delivered to the correct address. Hello, I just opened my bottle of sunflower lecithin/[redacted] capsules [redacted] mg, order [redacted]32 on October 29, [redacted], received on November 5, [redacted]. I noticed that the capsules appear old, they are yellow with dried interiors, instead of being brown with a creamy interior as usual. I would like a free replacement for this product.
