I recently placed an order for the Relaxing Sleep Tonic by Herb Farm, a tincture product. However, I received an email notification that my order was delivered to the wrong address. I attempted to resolve this through online chat, where I was advised to request a refund and reorder the product to be sent to the correct address. Unfortunately, I encountered limitations in the chat message box, forcing me to provide proof by submitting a photo of a note with the correct address. I emphasize the urgency of receiving the product promptly to address my sleep issues. I have tried several times to send the photos of the UPS and box in response to the original email to Walmart, but it seems like my emails are not going through. Therefore, I am trying this email address. Issue: My Customer Order Number is [redacted][redacted]. I received the wrong order from Walmart. Instead of Science Research Collagen Peptides, 32 oz, I received a progesterone skin care product. I need instructions on how to return the wrong item and when I can expect to receive the correct order. I was contacted by iHerb on July 6 requesting photos of the box and UPC of the wrong item, which I sent on July 6 and again on July 11. Despite this, I received a response on July 18 stating that no communication has been received and asking for photos of the UPS and box. Please reply as soon as possible to confirm that you have received this email along with the attached information.

Hello, I received Order [redacted]92 from Thorne Siliphos with the seal partially opened. The other order, [redacted]78, had the magnesium seal detached in a clump. Thorne usually has high-quality seals that come off in one layer, leaving a thin paper membrane. I have faith in the brand due to these secure seals. The Siliphos supplement is a bit costly, so if you can provide a postage label via email, I will return the bottle. I kindly request replacements or a refund for both items so I can reorder them. I made a mistake when registering my account by entering the wrong email address. I am now unable to change it or add my phone number due to the verification code being sent to the incorrect email in a continuous loop. I submitted a Customer Service request for assistance over a month ago but have not heard back. Apart from deleting my account and starting fresh with the correct email, I am seeking a solution to this problem. It appears others have encountered the same issue. It would be beneficial for iHerb to address this technical glitch promptly.

I am experiencing the same issue. When creating my iHerb account, I accidentally inputted an incorrect email address. As a result, I am stuck in a cycle where iHerb keeps sending verification codes to the wrong email. Even when attempting to add my mobile number for verification, the system sends the code to the non-existent email, halting my progress. The iHerb chat support has been unhelpful, suggesting I delete my account, which is impossible without access to the correct email for verification. Despite multiple emails to iHerb Support, I have not received any responses. Contacting the number listed on GetHuman only leads to a message advising they do not offer phone assistance and redirecting me to their unhelpful website. It seems inexplicable how this account was set up in the first place. iHerb's handling of these issues warrants further investigation.

I am currently living in Korea but originally from the states. I placed two orders on Iherb. I received an email regarding customs duties in Korea for personal use items. The email mentioned that if there are two or more orders with the same recipient on the same day and the total value exceeds $[redacted], import duties will be imposed. It also stated that if I ordered more than 6 supplements, customs might request a prescription and apply import duties. I tried to use the provided link to change or cancel the order before shipment, but the link was not working. I find it unreasonable for non-prescription drugs to require a prescription. If changing the shipment date is not possible, I would like to cancel the order to receive a refund.

I am currently residing in Egypt. I placed an order for [redacted] LE, but was informed by the seller that I needed to pay double due to customs fees. Understanding the situation, I paid [redacted] LE in full using my Visa card. However, I was later contacted by the courier stating I needed to pay an additional [redacted] LE in extra charges. Despite my attempts to seek clarification, the courier could not explain the reason for the charges. I am no longer willing to proceed with the order and I am requesting a full refund. I am looking for the customer service contact number for Saudi Arabia or Egypt as I find this situation to be completely unacceptable.

I am requesting a refund for three items from my recent order. I am experiencing issues with processing this refund online. Order #[redacted]58 was placed on August 24, [redacted]. The items I would like to return are: 1) Swanson Sleep Essentials - I experienced objectionable side effects. 2) Source Naturals Malic Acid - The product did not contain active ingredients as advertised, resulting in no noticeable effects. 3) Calif Gold Mag Byglycinate - Similarly, the product lacked active magnesium and did not provide any benefit. Order #[redacted]7 was placed on 10/6/[redacted] for $[redacted].30 by Sandra S. Unfortunately, the All Spice bottle D006K with a Best by date of Jan [redacted] arrived completely shattered with its contents scattered in the box. The glass bottles were loosely packed without any protective padding, which is surprising that more items weren't broken. When attempting to email a picture to [redacted], it was discovered that the email is no longer in use. As a loyal customer for years, Sandra expects better service and an easier way to contact the company for a replacement. Frustrated with the current customer service process, attention is needed to improve the user-friendly experience for customers like Sandra.

I initially selected DHL for delivery and paid additional fees, but apparently, my package is being handled by Evri. I am looking to switch back to DHL. The tracking status only indicates that it is "ready for carrier". Is it possible to change the courier service and cover any extra costs associated with the switch? In case switching couriers is not feasible, can I purchase the items in the package once more and request expedited shipping? My main concern is ensuring I have an ample supply of this product. I am feeling anxious due to Evri's particularly poor track record and I am puzzled by how this happened as I never intentionally opted for Evri.
