I hope you can assist me with the issues I am facing regarding my recent purchase. I am a 69-year-old user named Ian Burdett, with the following details:

I ordered the bike online on 11/27 but have encountered several problems since then. Despite not receiving any emails from NordicTrack to my provided address, [redacted], I proceeded to create an iFit password. However, I have been unable to login due to email/password errors. After contacting NordicTrack staff, it was discovered that an incorrect email was entered into the system for my purchase.
I have several questions and require assistance:
1. Can my bike/console be registered under burdettian email and have iFit under gmail email?
2. Unable to register console - says my code is wrong. (See attached photo "Monitor Code Ian.jpg")
3. How do I pair the iFit app with the bike?
4. How can I correct the bike's location and time zone?
5. Why are some rides not changing resistance and incline settings?
6. Do I need the iFit app on my phone for full features?
7. How can I access Globetrek or Google Maps features?
8. Where is the headphone jack insert on the bike?

I hope you can help me with the issues I've been experiencing with my Nordictrack bike. I'm 69 years old and fairly comfortable with technology, but I've encountered numerous problems that are frustrating me. Since the bike was delivered in December, I've faced unresolved issues that have dampened my excitement.
I made the purchase online on 11/27 using the email [redacted] but never received any confirmation emails or shipping details. I was unable to log in to the iFit app on my phone, and despite reaching out via email and phone calls, I have not received a satisfactory response.
Nordictrack staff suggested that my email provider might be blocking their emails, so I switched to [redacted] Even after this change, I continue to face email issues due to an incorrect email address linked to my purchase on the Nordictrack system.
Here are the key points I need assistance with:
1. Would it be possible to register the bike/console under burdettian email and iFit under gmail email?
2. I'm having trouble registering the console due to an incorrect code.
3. How can I pair the iFit app with the bike via Bluetooth?
4. The console is displaying the wrong time zone and location.
5. The resistance and incline settings did not change during my initial rides.
6. How do I access the Globetrek and Google Maps features on the console?

Hello, I recently bought a NordicTrack S22i bike and it was delivered almost two weeks ago. Unfortunately, over the past 2 days, it has disconnected from the WiFi and I am unable to reconnect it.
I have noticed that the WiFi setting on the bike keeps turning off by itself whenever I try to enable it. Even when it stays on, it doesn't detect any WiFi networks (2.4G or 5G) or even my phone's hotspots.
I have attempted to adjust my router settings to improve connectivity, but nothing seems to be working and I am unable to utilize the features like iFit.
Any help or advice on fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

A few years ago, I was given an iFit Vue activity watch. Curious about its features, I downloaded the iFit Coach app, created an account, and ensured my phone's Bluetooth was on. Despite correctly following the pairing instructions for the iFit pod, it shows as paired but does not stay connected. I tried factory resetting the pod, restarting my phone, and reconnecting, but the time and date did not update upon reconnection. I'm unsure what I'm doing wrong. If this issue persists, I kindly request either a full refund or a replacement iFit pod. Thank you, Lacie F.

Order #IFS261490: I received the wrong item from you. I need guidance on how to return it. I initially ordered the iFit Plant-Based Meal Replacement in vanilla for females. The package clearly indicates that it should be the correct one; however, inside, I found a Whey-based product. Unfortunately, I am allergic to both dairy and soy, which are listed in the ingredients of this item. Hence, I cannot use it. Kindly provide instructions on returning this product for a refund totaling $49.99 plus tax, including the return shipping expenses. I feel it's unfair for me to incur these costs due to your error. I have attempted to reach out to iFit, but my emails keep bouncing back, and I haven't been able to locate a contact number to speak with a representative.

I absolutely adore iFit! It has completely transformed my life. Currently, we only have a treadmill that is connected to iFit. I recently came across an advertisement for Fight Camp, which involves an interactive bag for workout sessions. I was wondering if iFit has plans to launch a similar interactive kickboxing bag/program. It would be fantastic to avoid additional memberships for my family and me while enjoying all our workouts within the iFit platform. I truly hope the team behind iFit will consider creating this innovative offering. If it's not already in progress, this could be a brilliant opportunity both personally and financially. Thank you to the wonderful individuals behind iFit for your dedication.

I purchased Treadmill Model 305CST for personal home use without any interest in additional services or sharing personal information online. The EULA and privacy policy provided are excessive and lack consumer protection, leaving me vulnerable to unwanted communication from your company and third parties. I would appreciate a straightforward option to activate the machine without additional steps. Thank you for your help.

Hello,
I am wondering if I need the iFit payment exercise program to keep my treadmill running smoothly. I prefer to use my own program and not the subscription service. I have been unable to register on MYIFIT.COM. Could it be because I canceled the $15/month program? Do I have to pay for the iFit exercise program to get my treadmill back on track? My previous Weslo lasted 5.5 years, but I'm wondering if there have been changes in the company's policies. Do I need to consider donating my machine or discarding it? I've been using this treadmill since January without any issues until yesterday when it stopped ten minutes before the end of my workout. The model number is WLTl29615.18 and the serial number is PP[redacted]. I received an email from Photoregister Support but had trouble reaching them. Any guidance on resolving this would be appreciated. Thank you.

After ten months of struggle, my Nordic Track treadmill (model NTL [redacted].17) is finally assembled. To activate it, the website requires a membership sign-up with credit card information, even though the first month is free and can be cancelled. This process bothers me as I shouldn't have to share private details for something I've already purchased. I would prefer the company activates my treadmill without any additional sign-ups. I heard about an alternative activation method by holding a blue wi-fi button, but unfortunately, I can't locate it on my treadmill.

Hello,
I have recently received my VR25 bike and I have a query about the onboard workouts. When I access the program without being logged into iFit, it only displays 18 workouts instead of the 35 as advertised. I have watched a tutorial on YouTube, where the presenter mentioned additional workout options such as intervals, roads, and graphs below the included trainer workouts. However, I am unable to find these additional programs. When I click on "Show All," it only shows the programs included with the membership, indicated by a lock symbol.
Could you please advise me on how to access the remaining programs?

I am a premium iFit account holder. However, I am facing an issue where my workouts are locked on the treadmill, prompting me to upgrade to a premium account. When I log in online, it indicates that my premium account is active. Unfortunately, I have been unable to use iFit for months, except for limited workouts sporadically. Customer service has not been helpful, as the automated system directs me to resolve the issue online with no option to speak to a representative. I simply seek access to the services I paid for and would appreciate an extension of my membership to compensate for the time I have lost due to these technical difficulties. I hope to see this matter resolved promptly.

1. I finished [redacted] I-Fit workouts last year and earned a sweatshirt as a reward. Unfortunately, the sweatshirts were out of stock at that time. After receiving an email instructing me to confirm my details to receive the sweatshirt when available, I have not yet received it. I am still waiting for my milestone reward for completing [redacted] workouts in [redacted]. Please provide me with an update on when I can expect to receive my sweatshirt.
2. I have successfully completed workouts 1, 2, & 3 in the Spring Reset Challenge: Rowing, as shown in my workout history. Despite this, the challenge does not reflect these workouts as completed. Can you please update the challenge to accurately show that I have completed workouts 1, 2, & 3?

I want to share my experience of being charged for several months without receiving any email notifications. Despite contacting customer service to request a refund, I was only able to receive a refund for one of the charges. It is frustrating when companies automatically charge without warning. The only invoice I received was in response to my refund request. Now, I am forced to dispute the remaining charges through my bank, which is causing more frustration and delays. My decision to purchase iFit equipment has turned out to be a mistake...

My NordicTrack S22i bike is having trouble connecting to the internet even though the connection is good. I did a hard reset, and it connected, but the problem reoccurs after turning the bike off and on. I upgraded to the latest iFit software, but the issue persists. Before this, the resistance wouldn't change. I contacted iFit support, and a local service person did a hard reset fixing the resistance but not the internet connection. The problem remains.

I am trying to determine when the website will be accessible again. It's challenging to view past workouts, reschedule sessions, and check long-term progress on the app. I am frustrated by this limitation as it complicates everything. Why am I restricted to only viewing the past six weeks on the app calendar? I value being able to track my progress. Kindly restore the website or, at the very least, reintroduce the feature to view history and adjust schedules. The convenience of dragging and dropping from one day to another was excellent, and the current process is excessively time-consuming.
