I've been on eharmony for less than a month, and during this time, four of my matches have been withdrawn. It's frustrating as they don't seem to screen the candidates properly. For instance, one match was listed as a PhD in his 40s or 50s but worked as a truck driver for a trucking company. Another match today indicated he was focused on his ex-wives' intentions. These mismatches are disheartening considering I specified an age range from 68 to 78. Four withdrawals within a month is concerning. I believe eharmony needs to improve their vetting process before matching candidates. Unfortunately, I have lost confidence in the service and feel hesitant about the matches they provide. I am looking to cancel my subscription and would appreciate a refund for the remaining time. The matches eharmony suggests are far from suitable for me, and I wouldn't consider meeting any of them.

Hi, my name is Carrie. I am extremely disappointed with the matches I received on Eharmony. I wasn't given the opportunity to preview them before signing up. I know your office is closed for the holiday, but I need to cancel my subscription immediately. I put a lot of effort into setting up my profile, and this experience has been very disheartening. I signed up for a subscription on 8/2/19. The subscription email mentions the cancellation policy within three business days of the contract date. I have followed the instructions and sent a cancellation notice to eharmony, Inc. as directed. I have also canceled the account online; however, it still indicates that I will be charged. I have sent a telegram for cancellation, which should arrive on 8/5/19 in the morning. The website still shows that I will be billed. Can someone please confirm if I will receive a refund and not be billed for any remaining amounts? Thank you.

On Friday, September 13, [redacted], I chose to sign up for the "join free" option on your website, persuaded by your convincing service descriptions. Despite believing I needed to provide my card details for the free trial, I soon realized within 24 hours that the matches provided did not meet my expectations. I have been attempting to cancel within the 48-hour cooling-off period, but the system is not allowing me to do so. It seems I am now being charged for a six-month subscription even though the matches do not match my preferences at all. I reviewed my Capital One credit card statement today, October 1, [redacted], and discovered an unauthorized charge from eHarmony for $53.70. I have not used eHarmony in months. I have already cancelled any further subscription charges on your website. I request a refund for this charge. I have several complaints. Firstly, my smoking preference remains unchanged, yet I continue to receive matches who smoke or potentially smoke. Additionally, my racial preference has not changed, but I have encountered African descent matches, three in the last two days alone. Furthermore, I received a notification that a match viewed my profile, but upon checking their profile, the green or yellow circle indicating interest was missing. I am frustrated with eharmony's incompetence. I feel I have paid too much for the service I am receiving and have made numerous complaints with no resolution. The excuses from eharmony are wearing thin, and the low customer service rating of only 60 percent reflects this. It's time for eharmony to wake up before losing more customers and jobs. I have an Eharmony subscription scheduled to expire on October 20th. Despite opting not to renew automatically, I haven't been directed to a confirmation page. I've reached out to Eharmony, but their responses repeat instructions I've already tried. There doesn't seem to be a cancellation option in my account, only a "resubscribe" button. I recently got an email from Apple saying I'll be charged again. I just want reassurance that I won't be billed. I've already found someone on Eharmony and indicated that, but I'm still waiting for confirmation.

She eventually transferred me to a security personnel who accessed my files remotely. Subsequently, I received a call from a man asking me to purchase a $[redacted].00 GameStop Gift Card to prevent a scam on my account. After realizing the situation, I reported the incident to the Sheriff's Office in Fountain Hills, AZ, generating a report number IR19-[redacted]. As the matter is being investigated, I kindly request a senior executive from eHarmony to contact me to address the issue and facilitate the return of the $[redacted].00. Additionally, I request the immediate closure of my eHarmony account.

I am having trouble accessing the site. I have encountered issues such as being forced to watch ads, the site being under construction even after paying $[redacted], and experiencing a poor overall dating site experience. I noticed that contacts are frequently being removed after they reach out to me, leading to most of my conversations being with scammers. I contacted eharmony via email and I am still awaiting a response. Through my attempts, I may have unintentionally created a new 'basic' membership. After contacting customer support, I was asked for personal details to locate my original membership, only to be informed that no 'paid membership' was associated with my email address. I have provided all the requested information, but I am unsettled by the lack of resolution.
