I won the bid, expecting local pick-up in Chicago for the weekend. However, the seller wanted to meet in Highland Park, a 2-hour drive each way which I couldn't do. I asked for shipping, they agreed and later quoted $30, much higher than expected. I checked the actual cost online at $7.35 and asked them to match it. They then canceled the order, claiming I hadn't paid - even though I was waiting for the correct shipping price confirmation. They now deny agreeing to ship it. I'm frustrated as I only bid thinking it was local. I still want the item at the correct shipping cost or action taken against the seller for misinformation and cancellations without consent.

I received item 06-03[redacted]7 on October 3, but unfortunately, the game does not work. I contacted the seller for a replacement, but despite promises, I have not received it yet. I followed up with messages, but the seller has not responded. It's disappointing, especially as I spent 30 euros on this. Now, eBay customer service states that since the item was delivered with a tracking number, I am not eligible for a refund. It seems unfair that the condition of the item is not taken into consideration. As a loyal eBay member who has both bought and sold items for a long time, I expected better customer service. Does eBay's money-back guarantee only apply to items received, regardless of their condition?

I suspect that an antiques dealer is trying to deceive my friend into parting with her militaria collection. The individual claims to have an eBay username, "nikkitaylo_0," but upon investigation, I found no listings in the last 90 days. When I briefly saw his eBay page in his store, it showed thousands of items. I aim to uncover all the usernames he uses for trading, as he involves his girlfriend and father in transactions. The dealer is John Bean, the proprietor of Melton Antiques & Collectables in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, England. His partner is Nikki Taylor, and his father is Dave Bean. They all reside in the vicinity of Melton Mowbray. I request eBay to disclose all usernames associated with John Bean, Dave Bean, and Nikki Taylor on the platform.

We had a consignee on eBay who managed our sales, but their account got suspended. Moving forward, we will handle all eBay sales internally using our own eBay account. We possess copies of photos and listing information from hundreds of listings our former consignee had on eBay before the suspension. They have permitted us to use this content to sell these items on eBay. I am worried that creating new listings with this content on my personal eBay account, which has been in good standing for many years, might cause confusion and link our account to our former contractor's suspended account. I purchased a parcel for over $[redacted] and selected the in-store pickup option to receive it quickly. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, they haven't responded. The seller informed me that they no longer offer in-store pickups and failed to reply when I asked for express shipping. They shipped the parcel without an address, leaving me without tracking updates and no delivery today, as promised. I contacted Australia Post and discovered that the physical parcel has not been sent yet. Given the urgency of receiving the items, I am frustrated with the situation. I hope for a quick resolution as I urgently need the parcels by tomorrow at the latest.

I have always made timely payments for my purchases and maintained a good relationship with eBay sellers. I request a thorough investigation into the reasons for the suspension. I am also concerned that my account may have been hacked, as I received an email from eBay that was immediately deleted when I tried to open it. I am eager to receive an honest explanation and the investigative report regarding this issue promptly. I ordered a ring set from Tanya Jewelry on eBay on the 7th of October, and I have yet to receive any tracking information. When I contact the seller, I keep receiving vague responses. I am expecting the package tomorrow, which is my wedding band and I need it urgently. Today, I received a message saying my order is being shipped, but it should have been shipped earlier. This is my second time using eBay, and it's the second time I've had issues with my orders. I am worried and displeased. Can you please provide me with information on the status of my order? I am confused by the situation and would like to be informed.

I received an email from eBay regarding a purchased item. The email states that the listing I won has been removed due to concerns with the seller's account. It assures me that since I've already paid, I don't need to take any action. If the item hasn't arrived, I may open a case in their Resolution Center following the provided link. In case I can't do this on eBay, I should contact my payment service provider for further assistance. The email wishes me the best on eBay and informs me that there are still other great deals available. Although I can't contact the seller or track the item, I am advised on how to proceed if needed.

I bought a hoodie a couple of weeks ago, but it wasn't for me. The recipient got the hoodie without sleeves. I contacted the seller to arrange a return, and despite their annoyed response, they agreed. My brother handled the return shipping, and I provided the tracking information. The seller claimed the item had smoke damage upon receipt, which isn't possible as my brother doesn't smoke. I'm frustrated because I haven't received a refund or replacement for the $[redacted] hoodie. The smoke damage allegation is false, and I won't accept losing money over this.

Dear Anita, I tried to cancel my order before it arrived, but you sent it anyway. Despite not opening it, I returned it to the U.S. Post Office. Although I couldn't take photos of the package, I expect a refund of $10.22 for the unopened items. Unfortunately, the order has not arrived yet. Despite multiple messages exchanged, I am unable to provide the information requested by their team, as I cannot locate it on their website. Although my Visa card has not been charged, my husband is eager to receive the caps. The latest message from fvja [redacted] asks for additional details like the order number, payment transaction ID, and email linked to the payment account. I won an eBay auction for a black winter jacket from seller tikkalane570. I promptly paid hoping to receive it quickly for my 11-year-old in Wisconsin where it's cold. I've been patient but still have not received the jacket. I've asked for tracking information, but the seller has not responded despite multiple attempts. My daughter urgently needs the jacket as the temperatures drop. I've reached out to eBay for help. The seller's lack of communication is disappointing. I returned an item because it was of poor quality and damaged: LML [redacted]0 CARTER FOR VESPA P125-150X [redacted] Vespa PX AND VNX2T 1[redacted] ([redacted]89) BrixiaMoto Brescia. The courier delivered the item on 10/14/[redacted]. The seller confirmed via email that they received the item as a return. On the eBay site, the seller has not updated the return details to show that they received it, so eBay does not allow me to open a claim. If I don't open a claim within 30 days, eBay cannot intervene, risking losing the money. As there are no signs of progress or intention to refund what I paid, I will contact eBay directly, PayPal, and Amex. I hope eBay corrects the "not received" issue to suppress the option for a claim and gives me the opportunity to get my money back.

I recently sold a grey satin bag which the buyer wanted to return as it wasn't the shade of grey she expected. After reluctantly agreeing to a partial refund upon its return, the process began 10 days ago. The buyer now claims there is damage inside the bag due to the chain strap. I am concerned as the bag was not squashed in its box. The buyer is taking longer than expected to send it back, already 10 days. I suspect she may have used it and is now returning it for a refund. Regarding Case #[redacted], it seems that there was an issue with the buyer providing an incorrect address. Even after submitting detailed tracking information, proof of delivery to the specified address, and communication with the customer, the case was closed without a refund. Surprisingly, on the following day, another email arrived stating that the dispute was closed in favor of the buyer, resulting in a full refund being withdrawn from my account. This situation has left me without the product or its sale value due to the buyer not updating their address. I am adamant about challenging this decision as the change seems retrospective, and I am eager to connect with a representative for clarification.

As the seller, I received what seemed like scam emails from the buyer, so I opted not to ship the item. Although I marked it as dispatched, I decided not to post it. I informed the buyer via email that she would not be receiving the coat and issued a refund through PayPal on October 24th. The payment appears to have cleared today, October 31st. Kindly update the record to show that the coat has been refunded, as the buyer has opened a case claiming non-receipt of the item despite several explanatory emails from me.
