Dear eBay Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment after my eBay seller account was suspended without any explanation. Up until now, everything had been running smoothly and I even received an excellent five-star review from a satisfied customer: "Great Workmanship. Shipping was fast. I plan to acquire other jewelry items in the near future. A great experience for me... Natural Red Ruby Ring Antique Piece Sterling Silver [redacted] (#[redacted]48)" I have worked hard to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality items. I kindly request that you reinstate my account so I can continue to serve my customers effectively and contribute to eBay's platform. I have attached a chat log where my buyers expressed their interest in making future purchases from me as a trusted seller. It would mean a lot to me if you could maintain this positive relationship with my happy customers. If there is any additional documentation or information needed, please let me know, and I will gladly provide it. I am hopeful for a positive resolution to this issue. I purchased an item on eBay from a seller, but it is too small and I need to return it. The seller provided a return address, but it's not in English (USA), so USPS won't accept it. The item number is 25-09[redacted]8, and I placed the order on April 29. I've tried to communicate with the seller to request an address in English, but they are not responding to me. I recently purchased a Vespa PX200E cylinder engine from India, but unfortunately, the piston and piston rings were the incorrect size. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times via email, I have not received the promised $20 USD refund. Disappointed that I cannot use the engine as intended, I am dissatisfied with this purchase as the item did not match its description. I am currently looking to buy a sewing machine from kristawi61, and in the advertisement, it includes a 2-year warranty from Allstate for $17.99. I selected the option for the warranty. Even though we agreed on a price of $[redacted] for the machine, there is no mention of the warranty or its cost. I reached out to the seller, and she mentioned that eBay provides the warranty for free and advised me to proceed with the payment of $[redacted]. I am wondering if it is accurate that eBay offers the warranty for free and how it functions. Thank you.

I ordered a [redacted] Nissan Versa Note transmission control module that was supposed to be delivered on May 5th. However, it was sent to the wrong address, which is not mine. I suspect there might have been a mix-up or hacking incident, as I found an unfamiliar address associated with my account - [redacted] S Chickasaw Trail, Orlando, Florida [redacted]. My correct address is [redacted] Dean Chase Blvd, Orlando, Florida [redacted]. I'm unsure how the incorrect address got linked to my account, so please remove it immediately. Fortunately, I caught this issue in time before it happened again.

I sent back the armoire with the seller's FedEx return label, and FedEx confirmed delivery to the address on the label on May 11, [redacted], with a signature. However, when I check eBay for the return status, it still shows as "in transit." I contacted FedEx, and they confirmed the delivery on the specified date. How can I resolve this issue to receive the $[redacted].14 refund owed to me by the seller? - Bette J.

I am frustrated and request a return label to send back the Lazer. The concern is about your sellers and customer service. It seems difficult to deal with your return process. Please send the return label to me at [redacted] for the Crimson Tide laser on my Ruger. I am disappointed by the hoops customers have to jump through for returns on your website. This issue has led me to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I have not received the correct item I ordered. I am currently spending a lot of time on the return process. I am requesting a shipping label and a prompt refund. Kindly send me a shipping label via email and refund the full amount to my credit card. The seller is responsible for the shipping costs both ways if the product is not satisfactory, as mentioned in the EBay posting. The Walmart box the toilet seat arrived in was not expected, as I did not intend to purchase from Walmart. Instead of a veneer toilet seat, I ordered an Oak solid wood Toilet Seat with the Item number [redacted]09 under Order number 03-10[redacted]0. I have not received any communication from the seller. I have received two Dolly Parton CD sets, and another one is on the way. I only wanted one. How can I fix this? I have been trying all night and still have no solution. I've been facing account problems, getting logged out frequently, which caused delays on 13 pending orders past their delivery date. Most of my customers requested refunds, but I can't refund them out of my own pocket. I'd like to use my $[redacted] eBay balance to refund these frustrated customers. If feasible, I hope to refund all customers through this balance.

I have been trying to process this return for 90 minutes. I have reviewed numerous articles on your website about making a return. I started the return process but was halted by the requirement for a photo to complete the request. I am unsure how to upload a photo of the product and why it is necessary. I have all the relevant information including tracking details, item numbers, order numbers, and product prices. When I tried to talk to an expert, I was unexpectedly connected to a computer specialist, which is unrelated to my issue with a climate control module and its one-year warranty. I purchased a computer from an eBay seller, only to find issues with it upon arrival. The screen had a magenta halo and the operating system wouldn't update as expected. Despite the seller initially seeming helpful, there were discrepancies in their information. I requested a return, and after sending it back with the prepaid label they provided, communication has since broken down. I made a purchase for a CD for my grandson's birthday using my daughter's address in Florence, SC, on 05/19 with my credit card under Shirley M Williams. He changed his mind, and I need to cancel the order (#09-20[redacted]3) scheduled for delivery on 05/27/23. Despite creating an account to access my order, I couldn't sign in with the chosen username ([redacted]) and password (Shirley2023$). I initiated a return that was closed on May 16. The item in question is the SonyView Monitor that stopped working suddenly just a few days after a month of purchase. Due to it failing after a month, the seller refused the return. I discussed this matter with eBay's representative Rae Andrea Paula last Tuesday, and she mentioned that despite the 30-day return period having elapsed, she would explore how eBay could assist me. I am hopeful for a refund.

On May 19, I placed an order #18-10[redacted]2 and requested delivery to my daughter in Arkansas as a gift, which is uncommon for me. The next day, May 20, I placed another order #09-10[redacted]6 for myself, following my usual process. However, I received an email this afternoon saying that this order was also being sent to my daughter in Arkansas, which I did not ask for. I am now concerned about who will handle the reshipping and costs to send it from Arkansas to New Jersey, as this mistake was not my doing. I am unsure how this address mix-up occurred, as I typically receive orders at my New Jersey address. This experience has left me hesitant to purchase gifts for others in the future if there is a risk of addresses being confused in other orders.

I have an offer on eBay in Miami from a buyer in Illinois for my [redacted] Audi A5 that expires tomorrow. I leased the vehicle new in [redacted] from Audi North Miami, paid off the lease and all associated fees including taxes, tags, license, and registration on October 2, [redacted]. I have continuously owned the vehicle since then, maintaining registration, insurance, and the same title (#[redacted]). Despite this, the dealer did not transfer the title, so it still shows as "under lease." I believe this issue can be resolved promptly, but possibly not in time to secure the current offer. My query is, can I accept the offer while pending the transfer of the title to my name, which the Audi dealership should have processed three years ago?
