A buyer made an offer on one of my vintage GI Joe figures. I was advised by you not to send it due to payment issues. Now, four days later, he claims to have paid with a gift card and accuses me of theft. I assured him that I would investigate, but he must communicate respectfully. It's suspicious that he delayed payment and used an unfamiliar gift card. This situation seems like potential fraud.

Hello, I ordered a 750ml pot of YACHTCARE marine blue marine lacquer from Naonednaoned with item number [redacted]90 and order number 22-09[redacted]2. The delivery address was supposed to be 17 rue Jean Moreau - La Varenne - [redacted] Orée d'Anjou, but the package was delivered to a town 28 kilometers away, making it a total of 56 kilometers for me to retrieve it. There is a Mondialrelay collection point at Garage de la Varenne, [redacted] route d'Anjou in La Varenne, which is only [redacted] meters from my home. I request that the delivery be as originally agreed upon, to my home address or possibly to the Garage de La Varenne. If not possible, please cancel my order. Looking forward to your response. The dresses I received are too small. I wasn't aware they were coming from China when I placed the order. I previously ordered from a company in China and the sizes were accurate, unlike these. I usually wear a 2X but the dresses I received are much smaller. It cost $36.00 to ship, and now I feel like I've lost my money. I'm not very good with computers, so I'd appreciate speaking with an agent for assistance. The entire order of dresses is too small, and I'm struggling to figure out how to send photos for reference. Putting on clothing that is too small is proving to be quite difficult.

Hello Team, I moved to the US from Germany around 15 years ago. I had a German eBay account that I updated with my new address information and continued using on ebay.com. When selling an item recently, I was prompted to update my bank account details, but the link directed me to the German site, where I can only input information for a German bank account. How can I resolve this issue so I can add my American bank account? Thank you.

Seller is Sanfordva49. I purchased two XL Cleveland Indians Hoodies from them, but they are significantly smaller than expected. After contacting the seller through Ebay messaging, they promised a refund upon return. However, when I tried to ship the items back, they were returned to me due to an invalid address. Despite my attempts to reach out, the seller has not responded to resolve the issue. I am left with two unusable Hoodies that I paid for. I am hoping for a refund and a correct return address. If that's not possible, I am willing to accept a partial refund and keep the items. This has been my first negative experience on Ebay after many successful transactions spanning over 20 years.

The seller involved in this situation is lajollamacs. I made a payment of $[redacted].00 for a computer on January 26 through PayPal but have not received the machine. After contacting them via eBay chat, they sent another computer that was not configured as requested and did not work. They attempted to fix the issue by sending additional chips, but the computer still did not work. The seller claimed to send another package that is currently in my city but has been delayed every day. Now, UPS has been instructed to return the package to the sender. I urgently need this computer for my business and have already invested a significant amount. I attempted to reach out to eBay for support but was unsuccessful in speaking with a representative. As a result, I have escalated the matter to my American Express provider, who I used to make the payment. Despite ongoing email communication with lajollamacs, they have not resolved the issue and have failed to deliver a working computer. Be cautious when dealing with this seller as their communication may be deceiving.

I am facing a frustrating situation. I purchased a PS5 from Schafer Supply and missed the delivery which required a signature. UPS returned the item to the supplier. My bank refused to refund the $[redacted].32 as I had initially authorized the transaction. Despite trying, neither my bank nor Ebay could assist me due to missed deadlines. I urgently need either the PS5 or the $[redacted] refunded. I have reached out to Schafer Supply multiple times with no response. The agent Kiel provided me with an address for assistance: ebay.com/help/action?topicid4022. However, each time I try to access it, I encounter an error message. The item number is #[redacted]60 and the order number is #21-09[redacted]4. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I purchased a cordless vacuum with order # 09-09[redacted]4 and item # [redacted]92, but it was never delivered. After dealing with the seller's claim to eBay that it was delivered correctly, I reached out to Amazon. Amazon confirmed that the delivery details provided were inaccurate, stating it was sent to a different individual at a different address. I have forwarded Amazon's response to the seller and requested a refund or the missing item to be sent. Here is the response I received from Amazon: Dear Deanna, Thank you for reaching out to us. I contacted customer service last week regarding order #22-09[redacted]5 for the Snow Village St. Nicks Toy Land. I tried to resolve the issue with the seller, who refused to take responsibility for inaccurately describing the product. The item is labeled as "a Set" but is missing two of the three pieces. After speaking with a customer service representative, they assured me that the seller would cover the return shipping cost. However, the seller now refuses. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter amicably, the seller became uncooperative and blamed me for the missing pieces. I was assured that the return is valid and want to proceed with filing a complaint against the seller. I am requesting a prepaid return label to resolve this issue promptly. I have made numerous purchases recently, all satisfactory except for this particular seller. Your guidance on this matter would be appreciated.

I listed a baby bag for sale, and a buyer sent me the payment without confirming the availability. Upon noticing the payment on hold in my eBay account, I swiftly contacted the buyer to explain the situation and assured her that I would send the bag. After providing the tracking number, I found out that eBay refunded the buyer even though I had already shipped the bag. I have evidence, including photos, receipts, and the UPS tracking details, to support that I fulfilled my end of the transaction. Unfortunately, the buyer refuses to acknowledge receipt. I seek reimbursement for the bag, as all proof indicates I sent it as agreed.

Order#: 04-09[redacted]2 I bought an Xbox One S motherboard and disc drive logic board from the seller xtremegamesdallas. Although the products were advertised as "tested & working", once installed, my Xbox had numerous errors during the offline OS update. After contacting the seller, she admitted that the boards were not tested as claimed. The Xbox One S motherboard arrived damaged, a condition visible in the seller's photo that I overlooked initially. Despite the seller's promise of a refund or replacement upon return, she never provided a return address and ceased communication. It has been over a month since the purchase, and I am unsure of my next steps.

I bought an Epson [redacted] printer listed as new, but what I received was a used, broken, and dry inked item in an open box. I requested a return due to its condition, but they refused since I had a previous dispute with eBay. The item's quality was far from being new as described in the order.

I have been struggling to reach a live representative at eBay. I am frustrated after endless circles of automated responses that have not helped me. It is incredibly frustrating and I have never encountered such incompetence. I simply want to change my phone number, but I cannot find any prompts or access to do so. It is unbelievable that such a basic task is so difficult to accomplish with them. I urge eBay to have someone contact me via email or text at [redacted]. People change their phone numbers, and it seems like there are no provisions in place to address this common issue for customers.

I purchased item #[redacted]49, but the seller does not have the current title for the vehicle, which was not disclosed in the listing. The seller mentioned providing a filled out lost title form signed by a third party after taking the deposit from my Visa account. I have tried to clarify through eBay messages, but the seller insists on communication through phone calls or text messages and has been unresponsive. I think I should receive a refund of the deposit and I need help with this process.

I sold a coin on eBay, but it was returned. I tried to issue a refund of $[redacted].25 to the buyer, but eBay blocked it claiming there were no funds. After a call to eBay, they confirmed that I had sufficient funds and processed the refund. Now the buyer is accusing me of trying to block the refund and called me a liar. I reached out to the seller regarding an item I purchased on February 27 that was not functional. After informing him of the issue, he proposed a 30% refund and advised me to keep the item and either sell it or give it to a family member due to return complications. I expressed my unwillingness to do so and mentioned that my spouse tried all the suggestions provided without success. Despite my follow-up on March 2 confirming the item still does not work, I have not received any further communication from the seller regarding the refund process or return instructions.

I attempted to purchase a car, but it did not go through. I used $[redacted] on grey cards and they were accepted. I received delivery information, but encountered issues with additional costs for insurance and warranty, which were not part of the initial agreement. I received the wrong item from a seller on eBay. She is asking me to print a label, return the wrong item, and send it to the correct person as a swap. I refuse to do this extra work for her mistake. Despite being an eBay member for 20 years, receiving the wrong item rarely happens. In the past, sellers quickly sent the correct item without requesting the return of the incorrect one. I am uncertain if eBay has a policy for returning wrong items. The seller plans to provide a prepaid label, but I will still need to purchase packaging and travel to the post office, which seems unfair since this error was on her end.
