The message stated that my eBay account has been permanently suspended and that I am no longer allowed to buy or sell on the platform. Any associated accounts have also been suspended, and outstanding selling fees need to be paid immediately. The email emphasized that the decision to suspend the account is final and cannot be appealed due to the safety of the community.

I'm concerned about a potential scam involving someone claiming to sell a vehicle on eBay. The person says they've moved to Omaha, Nebraska for a new job and the vehicle is located there at a shipping company. They want me to provide personal details for the transaction to proceed, such as my full name, address, shipping address, and phone number. They mention that eBay will handle the transaction and confirm their legitimacy as a seller. However, since the vehicle is not listed on the eBay website, I am unsure if this is a legitimate offer. Can someone verify if this is a scam or a genuine sale? Thank you.

Hello, I would like to report that as of today, 25/06/[redacted] at 00:54, I have not received the item purchased and paid for via bank transfer under the name of Massimo Guglielmi, with the item code "[redacted]28" for the "XIAOMI Mi 11 Lite 6+[redacted] Bubblegum Blue - Dual SIM - 4G-LTE-Wi-Fi- Android 11" sold by "boschevitz". I have not received any communication regarding the purchase or information from Ebay about the terms and timelines for the full refund, including the shipping costs totaling €[redacted].00. I discovered post-purchase that the seller has a history of scamming eBay customers by requesting payment via bank transfer and then disappearing without eBay taking action to block this scammer. I bought a set of rims from Lotofwheel on eBay. They confirmed the rims would fit my car after providing my car's make, model, and the rim size. However, upon inspection at an auto shop, they informed me the rims were not compatible. After reaching out to the seller, they provided shipping labels to return the rims. Despite this, I have not received a refund. They claim the rims were damaged and only showed a picture of one rim to support their assertion. I followed up for a resolution but they have stopped responding to my emails. I am now left without the rims or a refund, and I am seeking either a refund or the correct rims.

I initiated the return process for a faulty machine. After breaking down on the second use, I provided a video as requested by the seller. Despite replacing a fuse per their instructions with no success, they now want me to dismantle the machine, which I find unreasonable. I reiterated multiple times that I simply want a refund due to the defective item. The seller's responses have been slow, and the shipping label they claim to have sent never arrived. Instead, they asked me to disassemble the machine at 2 a.m. in an email. I'm sorry for the lengthy complaint, but I am truly frustrated by this situation, which is a first for me. Hello, I need assistance with an issue regarding a recent purchase. On June 21, I tried to buy two NEW HP 15.6 TOUCHSCREEN FHD INTEL i3-11155G4 Laptops. However, although I made the payment, the eBay page does not show the purchase as completed. After checking with my bank, they confirmed that the payment was authorized. The bank advised me that if you could send me an email stating that the purchase was not completed along with the last four digits of my credit card, they would be able to refund the money. The bank further explained that eBay needs to provide a note acknowledging that the $1,[redacted].98 payment was not processed for the refund to be initiated. I purchased a Keurig K-Elite coffee maker on June 2. After receiving a message on June 3 regarding tracking issues, I was assured a new tracking number would be provided. On June 5, I was notified the order had been shipped, promising an updated tracking number soon. Although the tracking indicated delivery on the 3rd, I had not received the item within a day, which was perplexing. Despite reaching out three times on the 5th to inquire about the tracking, I received no response. Consequently, I filed a case on the 18th. Today, I discovered the case was abruptly closed, with eBay's money-back guarantee seemingly void, denying my refund request. The Keurig cost $85.99, purchased from the eBay seller ivmaksi_16 using PayPal. This purchase was intended as a wedding gift for my daughter. I ordered two sets of brakes for my caravan, each with pads. Within 45 minutes, I realized my mistake and contacted them to cancel one set on Monday. Despite my efforts, both sets arrived on Wednesday. When I called to stop the second set on Wednesday, they informed me it was too late and I would need to pay $30 to send it back. Additionally, I was charged $30 for a warranty I was not aware of. The second set, which was supposed to arrive on Friday, got delayed, and I received an email stating it would now come on Monday. I am dissatisfied with the service and demand a refund for the extra set of brakes/rotors they charged me for and the $30 warranty fee. I have evidence that I tried to cancel within 45 minutes of ordering, and it was unnecessary to charge extra for returning the set since they had time to stop the delivery. I do not typically purchase extended warranties. Overall, Detroit Axle's service has been disappointing, and my review will reflect this experience.

I recently bought a Ditz bear from Shebasket on Thursday. The initial price was $[redacted] with $21.90 for postage and $20.45 for sales tax. However, the seller emailed me last night, requesting an extra $25 for shipping which they claim cost $98.79. Although I agreed to pay, upon further reflection, I don't believe this additional cost should be my responsibility. I am now hesitant about this seller and am considering refusing to accept the bear upon delivery. I have found a similar bear at Montana Gift Corral with no tax or postage fees. I have attempted to reach out to eBay through chat six times now. Each time, they redirect me to a page that requires a cell phone number and a $1 payment to connect with a representative. I am without a cell phone presently and refuse to pay to speak with someone, regardless of whether the payment is refundable. It feels like eBay does not value its customers at all. I am unable to access my account, and when I am finally able to, I will be closing it for sure. The technical support team has been unhelpful and keeps directing me to a site I explicitly requested not to be sent to. Despite asking them to call me at [redacted], I am consistently redirected to a secure site that demands payment for assistance. Nobody seems willing to assist me, and I am unable to log into my account due to password issues. This experience is frustrating, considering the amount of money I have spent on eBay over the years. I received a phone call at 11:20 a.m. EST on June 28, [redacted]. It was a recorded message claiming I was charged $[redacted] for an iPhone from eBay. The message instructed me to press 1 to speak to a representative. After a brief conversation with the person, I informed him that I do not have an eBay account, though my wife does, which I did not disclose. Even though the caller seemed to have information like my name, phone number, email, home address, and that the payment was made with a Visa card, I declined his assistance and hung up. I am concerned about how these individuals obtained my personal information. It's unsettling to receive such alarming calls. Just sharing my experience for awareness. However, recently, I received an email indicating an attempted sign-in to my account. I am urgently requesting that my account be closed and all of my personal information be promptly removed from your database. Today, on Tuesday, I waited on hold for nearly an hour without any response or the ability to speak with a customer service agent. I bought an item listed as new from seller comfy_46, but received a used one instead. After the seller accepted the return and I shipped it back using eBay's label (RETURN ID: [redacted]), they are now claiming they never got it. The tracking shows "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS," even though I used the label they provided. The package shows as delivered. The seller stopped responding after I brought this up. I suspect they are scamming buyers by not refunding and keeping both the money and the item to resell. I have asked eBay to intervene for a refund.
