I recently ordered an RCD Safety plug (Order Number: 13-09[redacted]5). Unfortunately, it arrived faulty, and I am looking to return it. I spoke to Abrar online regarding this issue, and he assured me I would receive an email with a return label to print. When the email arrived, I attempted to print the label as instructed. However, I encountered a technical error preventing me from doing so. Despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to resolve this issue.

Since becoming a member in June [redacted], hanna3634 recently switched internet providers from BT to PlusNet and also changed their email address to [redacted] They are experiencing difficulties updating their email address for eBay as the system only recognizes the old email, [redacted] Assistance is needed to resolve this issue promptly.

I purchased an item for my car on November 19, [redacted]. Due to COVID, Christmas, and New Year's, I couldn't schedule professional installation until today. However, the seller is now refusing to issue a refund because the 30-day return policy has expired. The item I received is not as advertised and does not fit my M4/f82 car as promised. The body shop confirmed it is the wrong part despite being labeled for my make and model. I need to return the item and get a full refund as it is unusable.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty obtaining a refund from a seller regarding a lost package. I purchased three items from the seller on 30-09-22, and Royal Mail lost my parcel. I kept the seller informed of the situation, and she suggested opening a case on eBay for a refund as the item was tracked. However, there seems to be confusion as to who is responsible for the refund. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I am feeling frustrated as I had to purchase the items again and I am now over £40 out of pocket. I purchased two Inflatable Office Travel Footrest Leg Foot Rest Cushion Pillows from seller andretay_74 on eBay. Unfortunately, both items were faulty upon arrival. The pump did not fit the valve on the cushion, and the valve broke. After contacting the seller, they requested photos of the broken item and then of the unbroken item, even though it was still wrapped and in new condition. Despite my efforts to return the items for a full refund, the seller claimed I no longer lived at the address provided, further delaying the process. I feel that the seller has intentionally prolonged communication and made invalid excuses to exceed the return window. Despite initiating the return process promptly and engaging in multiple conversations with the seller, I have yet to receive the promised refund. Now, I am left wondering if the seller truly relocated, as claimed to Royal Mail, or if there was never an intention to issue the refund. Steve Faulkes

Hello, I purchased a turbocharger back in January and paid an extra £[redacted] surcharge. I sent my old unit to Latvia at a cost of £87.50. Four months later, the broken turbo was returned as nobody claimed it. I sent it via recorded delivery, requiring a signature upon delivery. It was attempted to be delivered on four separate occasions and was held at the local post office for an additional month, but no success. When I inquired, they mentioned that import duty needed to be paid if sent from the UK, which was not mentioned on their website. They eventually provided a UK store address to send the old unit to, incurring an additional cost of £10 on top of the £87.50 already spent. Despite them receiving my old unit and signing for it, I have not yet received my surcharge back. I have reached out to the seller multiple times, with the latest email stating they want to deduct £25-£30 for money transfer fees. This has been frustrating and time-consuming, spending about £[redacted] on postage and a year just to recover my £[redacted] surcharge.

I purchased four Arlo Pro cameras (item no. [redacted]81) from Ebay User matthew_christie. Upon opening the box, I discovered that two of the cameras, along with the batteries and mounts, appeared to have been used despite being listed as 'New Other'. The front of these two cameras showed signs of wear with light rubbing, and the magnetic mounts seemed discolored with a yellowish hue. Additionally, two of the batteries did not hold a charge for the expected duration of 6 months, lasting only 24 hours. I have communicated these issues to the seller through Ebay's 'Contact Seller' feature and have initiated a return request. However, the seller has denied the return, accusing me of swapping the cameras and being dishonest. My wife witnessed the unboxing and can confirm the condition of the items. Initially, I proposed keeping the cameras with a £40 refund, but after experiencing battery issues, I am now insistent on returning them. I have documented the packaging of the cameras with photos as evidence and will send them back tracked to ensure delivery. I plan to contact Arlo to verify the age of the cameras and have serial numbers available for all four units.

I recently purchased a memory card on eBay and it still hasn't arrived. I am frustrated by the lack of communication about the status of my order. An initial email informed me the item would be delivered by the 14th of February, but it has not arrived. I have not received any further updates or explanations regarding the delay. I am disappointed and unhappy with the service. If my item cannot be delivered promptly, I would like a refund. Failure to address this issue will result in me escalating the matter further. I recently purchased a new mobile phone and inquired with the seller about its authenticity, unlocking status, and condition. I mentioned that it was a gift for my son studying abroad. Unfortunately, after my son began using the phone, it displayed a "STOLEN" message and got locked. Despite opening a return case on eBay, the seller denied any responsibility or assistance, leaving us with a locked phone that we paid [redacted] pounds for. On November 1, [redacted], I bought 4 batteries. Unfortunately, on November 9, one battery broke, and, after contacting the seller and providing photos, they replaced it. The same issue happened on November 29, and the seller agreed to replace it by December 2. However, on December 7, the seller informed me they were out of stock and refunded me for that battery. Later that day, the remaining 2 batteries also broke. I immediately sent pictures to the seller. After responding to their questions about usage on December 10 with explanations and photos, they offered a 30% refund on December 14. I declined, explaining I had to purchase 4 new batteries elsewhere to continue my work. After negotiations, they offered a 50% refund on December 20, to which I requested a full refund on December 23. Despite repeated attempts since January 8 to obtain a refund, I have not received a response. Contacting eBay has been challenging, with unhelpful customer service suggestions. The seller dispatched two items, with one being defective. I returned the faulty item to China at my own expense. The seller provided return details, claiming the item was in transit, but it never arrived. After struggling to reach a resolution through eBay messages, I discovered a call back option on December 23rd. An eBay representative mentioned a delay due to the Christmas season and provided a reference number, stating it could take 1 to 2 weeks. Despite this, I heard nothing back from eBay. On January 11th, I contacted eBay again, and another helpful representative pledged a response within 24 hours, assigning me another reference number. However, it has been six days with no follow-up. It is frustrating that a company as large as eBay struggles to address such issues promptly. The seller appears to be a prominent eBay seller, listing numerous products, including the one I have yet to receive, which cost over £[redacted]. It is disappointing that eBay is not more proactive in resolving these matters.

I recently bought front brake discs for my car from Motor World, believing they would fit as advertised. Unfortunately, the discs turned out to be the wrong size, with a smaller diameter. Despite the seller, Remi, acknowledging the mistake, he insisted I pay for return postage, which could cost around £30 GBP, far exceeding the £54 I paid for the product. I felt this was unreasonable as the error was from the supplier. Remi also refused to provide a returns label and attempted to shift blame onto me. Frustrated by his uncooperative attitude, I had to purchase the correct discs elsewhere. I suggested a compromise for a refund with a deduction, but he declined. I am now seeking a full refund through eBay and intend to leave a negative review for this seller. It's disappointing, especially knowing that the seller is affiliated with Quinten Hazel, a reputable aftermarket manufacturer in the UK.

On 24/1/23, I placed an order with Order Number 26-09[redacted]6. Upon realizing that the delivery could take until Thu 16 Mar, I promptly tried to cancel the order within an hour of placing it. Despite my cancellation, I received an email on 25/1/23 informing me that the order had been shipped, which seemed deceiving. How can it take until 16 Mar to arrive if it was just posted today? I hope for a resolution to this issue and request eBay to address the seller's behavior in this matter and arrange a refund. Thank you for your assistance.

I feel frustrated and overlooked, which is really affecting my stress levels and health, especially considering my past heart attack two years ago. I'm struggling with two refund payments for order numbers [redacted]91 (Knight Rider Boxset sold by Music Magpie) and [redacted]21 (Lida 2 Heaters), both of which haven't appeared in my account despite assurances.
