I have been selling luxury bags on eBay for approximately 5 years. I take great care to authenticate each item before listing it. However, my account has been suspended 4 times in the past 8 weeks, each time resulting in a 10-day suspension, preventing me from selling anything. I contacted eBay to explain that the items they removed for being fake were actually authentic. Unfortunately, they informed me that their in-house team of experts determined the items were fake and the decision is final. I also sell the same items on Vestiaire Collective, a platform that authenticates items before listing them. I have compared screenshots of my listings with authenticated items from reputable sites, hoping eBay will reconsider. I am requesting eBay to review my stock and confirm if any other items are deemed fake to prevent repeated suspensions. I suspect a competitor might be maliciously targeting me. Hello, I recently began restoring WWII helmets and acquired a second-hand one from eBay. A listing photo showed half of an eagle decal, with the lower half likely revealing a swastika. After starting the restoration, I decided to keep the decal but covered the offending symbol before relisting the item. Unfortunately, the listing was removed. When I contacted eBay, they explained that items with swastikas cannot be posted. Strangely, another listing for a black Polizei helmet with no symbols was also taken down. Initially told the warning would be removed for a relist, I was warned again for policy breaches. I compared eBay's stance to watching WWII movies with swastikas to no avail. Despite arguing that those seeking German WWII helmets are likely less sensitive, eBay was firm. I eventually closed my account. Recently, browsing eBay without logging in, I found a German WWII helmet search displayed a Luftwaffe eagle identical to the one I had purchased but was told to remove. I feel unfairly targeted.

I bought an electric scooter for $[redacted].67 in late December. Unfortunately, the batteries stopped working after about 8 weeks. I tried reaching out to the seller via email and also attempted to file a complaint through eBay, but haven't heard anything back. My name is Richard M., born on December 19, [redacted]. Can someone please give me a call back at 01[redacted]95? I always made sure to keep an eye on it to avoid overcharging. Recently, while on the computer, I noticed a hissing sound coming from the scooter even though it was unplugged, and upon investigation, I found that the noise was coming from the batteries.

I recently sold a Fire TV Cube to a buyer, and they are claiming that the device is faulty with a constant flickering picture. I want to clarify that the Fire TV Cube I sold was in perfect working condition when I shipped it. I packaged it carefully to prevent any damage during transit. The buyer already owns a Fire TV Cube and wanted an additional one for their kids' bedroom. I am concerned that the buyer might send me back their faulty device and keep the one I sold them. Any advice on how to proceed in this situation would be appreciated.

I recently noticed that my eBay account, which I use daily, was not linked to my current email address. When I tried to update it, I realized the email associated with my current account was linked to an old eBay account from years ago. To resolve this, I logged out and attempted to log in using my current email as my eBay username. After resetting my password, I logged in successfully. However, eBay required me to call 1-[redacted] to confirm my identity due to logging in from a new device, even though I had just changed my password on the same device. My goal is to access the eBay account linked to my current email, delete it, and then link my current email to the eBay account I actively use for added security.

Hello, I placed an order for item number 24-09[redacted]4 due to its promised delivery date of October 5th. However, the item did not arrive by the expected date. After contacting the seller, I was informed that their items take up to 33 days for delivery, contrary to what was advertised. The delivery date on the website keeps changing, with the latest date now being October 13th. This inconsistency prevents me from involving eBay at this point. I recently purchased a sweater drying rack, mesh clothes drying rack, stackable laundry in white with the item number [redacted]30. My order number is 10-09[redacted]4. The Chinese supplier informed me that the item arrived damaged during transit but did not refund me £26.41. Thankfully, Alma from eBay customer services issued a courtesy refund on Monday, September 26, [redacted], since it was my first time ordering on eBay as a guest. Alma suggested re-ordering from a British supplier, which I did by paying £26.41. I was informed that the item would arrive in 3-5 days, however, I have not yet received it. I am having trouble accessing my eBay account due to the two-step verification process. eBay only has my landline number on file, which I have had since [redacted]. Since the verification texts are sent to my landline, I am unable to log in. Creating a new account would mean losing my [redacted]% positive feedback history from nearly [redacted] transactions. I am seeking a way to contact eBay by phone to resolve this issue as accessing help online requires logging in, which I am currently unable to do. The phone number listed on Google just directs me back to the online platform, where I cannot find a solution to update my phone number from landline to mobile. Thank you.

My order has arrived at the click and collect location with proof from the seller. Despite this, Ebay claims it has not been sent or received, leading to a lack of a pick-up code. Consequently, the click and collect facility won't release my item without this code. Unfortunately, no support option exists on the customer service page to address this issue, making it impossible to get in touch. I am unable to lodge a complaint about Ebay's service. My only recourse seems to be to act as though the item didn't arrive, ask for a refund, and discontinue using Ebay moving forward.

I made a purchase on eBay as a guest, but the item has not arrived and all communication channels seem to be closed. I attempted to call the number provided, [redacted] [redacted], but it only led to a recording without the option to speak to anyone. I have also tried reaching out to the seller via email and phone with no response. eBay has restricted any further communication through their platform, which I believe is a clear case of misrepresentation and a breach of their guarantee. They are pushing for me to create an account, which I see as a violation of GDPR regulations. I need assistance with my recent order of a Green Teapot from Seller Abdulla Suker on eBay. I returned the item promptly using the provided label via Royal Mail on 13/9/[redacted]. Unfortunately, a month later on 14/10/[redacted], the parcel was returned to me as the seller did not collect it from Royal Mail despite delivery attempts. I have made every effort to facilitate the return and secure a refund. I refuse to bear additional postage costs due to the seller's oversight. On September 25th, I sold a Murphy B815 Transistor Radio with item number 16-09[redacted]3 on eBay. Utilizing eBay's Packlink service for shipping, I sent the item, but unfortunately, Yodel lost the parcel. Despite contacting their customer service and being promised a resolution within 48 hours, they did not resolve the issue. The tracking number for the lost parcel is 87RT[redacted]6A022. Turning to Packlink for assistance, I was informed that the item is not covered by their compensation scheme due to its age, and they also refused to reimburse me for the shipping cost, despite Yodel's policy allowing for this. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service from a service integrated into the eBay platform. While I have refunded the buyer in full, the loss of the item, its value, and the shipping cost was unexpected and disappointing.

I made a purchase on eBay for a set of stamps from ovstamps in September and received positive feedback from the vendor. Despite being expected to receive the item by October, it never arrived. To my surprise, a stamp from the same set was listed by another vendor on eBay shortly after. I contacted the original vendor, Ocean View, about the issue but did not receive a satisfactory response. However, shortly after contacting them, I noticed a refund was issued. eBay advised me that since the refund was processed, I can't open a case with them. I believe there was some impropriety involved, as the refunded money does not solve the issue of the missing item. The stamps can be identified by unique tear patterns on the perforations, which match in both listings, further supporting my concern.

I have been receiving distressing messages from eBay UK regarding cyberstalking, as a victim of domestic violence. They have now blocked my payments and are unresponsive through their communication channels. The phone number provided excludes buyers from the UK, and the email address is not helpful in resolving this issue. Customer service seems unwilling or unable to assist in this situation. I believe eBay could resolve this cyberstalking issue by blocking the IP address of the perpetrator. Continuously changing the password is not an effective solution, as hackers can easily bypass it. I am seeking help to urge eBay to address this issue, educate themselves, and implement policies to support victims like me. Respectful communication and effective resolution are essential. Hello eBay Customer Service, I want to report an issue with a seller named dabe7707, a.k.a Davie. The item in question is a mobike bicycle with the item number [redacted]04. I reached out to the seller through eBay but was directed to complete the transaction off-site to avoid fees. I received the seller's contact number, [redacted]9, and made the payment for the mobike and £90.00 delivery cost. However, when the package arrived, the mobike was poorly assembled and unusable - the wheels wobbled uncontrollably, and the pedals were malfunctioning. The seller now refuses a refund, claiming the item was sold "as seen." This contradicts eBay's policy of accepting returns. On October 15th, I purchased an iPhone Pro Max 512GB for £[redacted]. It arrived on October 19th, but Apple determined it was fake when I tried to transfer my data. After the seller initially ignored my messages, I left negative feedback on their profile. They quickly responded, accepted the return, and I sent it back the next day using Evri parcel shop.
