I encountered an issue with an item I bought on eBay. The seller sent it to my secondary delivery address, excluding the first line where my company address is usually listed for large parcels. Due to this, the Royal Mail label with incomplete address details led to the parcel being marked as undeliverable and returning to the seller. Although I provided the correct address to the seller, it appears eBay's system failed to generate the correct shipping label, causing an additional shipping fee of £15 for redelivery. I believe eBay should cover this cost as both the correct address and company name are saved in my eBay account and order confirmation. It's unfair for either the seller or me to bear this expense due to an error with the shipping label. Your guidance on this matter would be appreciated.

I recently ordered a mattress but received the wrong one from the delivery man last Saturday. Despite refusing the incorrect mattress and having it taken back, I have been struggling to get my refund. The seller informed me that they would refund me once the mattress is returned, even though the delivery man took it back with him promptly. Now, the seller is requesting proof of the delivery man returning the mattress, causing me a lot of stress due to my age and disabilities. There is no contact number provided to discuss this issue directly, and I feel like they are playing games with me. I cannot afford to lose almost £[redacted], especially since I need a new mattress. My husband purchased a 6 Second Abs Toner for me as a Christmas present, and unfortunately, after just three uses, one of the resistance bits broke. When I contacted the seller, I was told to reach out to the manufacturer, which was not indicated in her product information. After using the spare resistance bit once, it also snapped, and the seller was unhelpful, stating I missed the return date. I was disappointed as I only wanted a refund of £45 and expected the seller to assist with the issue. While I comprehend the return policy, this is about a faulty product. I'm at a loss; any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am writing to request a refund for an item I purchased. Despite the seller promising a full refund in multiple emails, I have not received any reimbursement so far. I have evidence in the form of email screenshots where they committed to providing me with a refund. The continual emails from them are becoming bothersome, and I clearly stated that I will reconsider my feedback once the refund is issued. The constant false promises and daily emails are exhausting. I demand the refund as promised and wish for the emails to cease. If this communication persists, I will have no choice but to report their account for suspension. This situation is immensely frustrating and mentally draining, and I am eager for a prompt resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was charged twice for an item I purchased on ebay.co.uk. The purchase was made on January 7, [redacted], with an estimated arrival between January 13-15, [redacted]. Despite not receiving the item, I filed a case on January 16, [redacted]. The seller did not respond to the case, but the item eventually arrived on January 21, [redacted], leading me to close the case. However, I observed two charges for the same item on both PayPal and my credit card. The initial charge was on January 7, [redacted], and the second charge occurred on January 18, [redacted], for the same amount to the same seller. When I contacted the seller, they directed me to reach out to ebay or PayPal. I opened a case for the unauthorized transaction on January 18, [redacted], which was swiftly closed with a ruling that it was authorized, though I am unsure by whom. I seek guidance on obtaining a refund for the second charge, as I only purchased and received one item, and my eBay order history reflects this. I am prepared to provide screenshots of all relevant information.

Hello, I recently attempted to purchase an Apple iPhone 8 in Silver with a storage capacity of 64GB for £[redacted].99. However, I encountered an issue during checkout where the system prompted me to use another card or re-enter my details, resulting in duplicate charges on my bank account. The eBay seller "ibra22-uk-seller" is refusing to take back the faulty item and has stopped communicating. On December 26, [redacted], my eBay account got suspended for selling vinyl records that eBay deemed unofficial, bootleg, or counterfeit. Despite all the items being purchased from eBay or Discogs, they were removed from sale. Despite my efforts to resolve the issues by paying eBay fees, refunding buyers, and removing questionable items, my account was blocked. I am unable to buy, sell, or communicate with buyers. I have appealed eBay's actions but have not received a response yet. Selling on eBay and Discogs is my main hobby, and I have a sizable collection that attracts global buyers. I received negative feedback from a customer that I find perplexing. The feedback states "more information," but the issue stems from an item I sent on 4 January [redacted] that hasn't reached the recipient in California yet. Deliveries to certain US states, like California, can experience delays. Although I'm willing to issue a full refund if the item isn't delivered by 31 January, I believe it's unjust to receive negative feedback under these circumstances. Dear Sir or Madam, I recently placed an order that was delivered to my address by Hermes. Despite receiving an email stating that the item was left at the main entrance of my flat, it was not there upon my return home. I have attempted to contact both the seller and Hermes, but have faced challenges in finding appropriate contact information. I have requested a refund or for the item to be resent, as I have fulfilled my payment obligation and the delivery failure was not on my end. I even left a note on my door requesting the item to be placed through the window, but it was left in the communal entrance instead. I am eagerly awaiting a response. Two days ago, the eBay pages suddenly changed format. The posted pictures now appear hard right, and the zoom feature frequently crashes the page. The normal layout seems jumbled, making it difficult to navigate. I use Win7 and Firefox 96.0.3, which work well with every other website. I am unsure why this change occurred; perhaps Russian Hackers have tweaked something, or a software update led to a mobile phone format. Additionally, the customer helpline only directs me to go online, leaving me without immediate support. Contacting someone directly would be more helpful.

I sold a phone to a customer on Saturday, January 15th. After receiving an email from eBay confirming payment, I shipped the item on Monday, January 17th, and it was delivered to the customer on the 18th. Despite tracking showing it was delivered on the 18th, the customer claimed they did not receive it until the 20th. I have not received the £[redacted] payment for the phone as the customer insists it hasn't arrived, despite evidence of delivery. I have tried contacting the customer multiple times since the 20th but have not received any response. I also filed a complaint with eBay last week but have heard nothing. Being a university student in need of funds, this situation is concerning and I hope to resolve it promptly.

I bought boots on eBay. They arrived in a package without a box, contrary to the listing stating they would come in a box. When I contacted the seller, they were dismissive and insisted it was supposed to be in a package. After threatening to leave negative feedback, the seller warned of involving eBay if I provided false information. I pointed out their inaccurate listing and defended my right to give honest feedback. The seller remained adamant about their stance. I hope they stop contacting me, correct their listing, and acknowledge their mistake instead of insisting they are right when it's clear they are not.

Hello, I received a call from eBay last night regarding an issue with a seller's account that had the incorrect sort code, not associated with me. I tried to update my seller's account but was unable to do so due to the wrong sort code being linked. I informed eBay about this on the phone, and after a short wait, I was told that I could continue to buy but not sell. Despite this, I've encountered difficulties paying for three items as I keep getting prompted to update my selling account. I purchased a fake watch for £60 from a seller who initially paid me only in part. When I expressed my concerns about the authenticity of the watch, he started ignoring me. Upon further inspection of the seller's website, I noticed several red flags. There were too many vintage Seiko watches that appeared brand new, some with identical designs in large quantities. This seemed unusual to me as a watch collector with experience in spotting replicas. Despite the seller potentially claiming they are custom watches, I am convinced they are not genuine. The watches have likely been altered to prevent easy replication, affecting their functionality. I am determined to get a full refund for the counterfeit watch and dispose of it.

I was unaware that selling household items could be restricted due to concerns about counterfeit goods. I have not received the product I ordered and would like a refund. It was supposed to be delivered on January 6th at 1:57 pm but has not arrived. I requested a refund following the refund policy. I have contacted eBay, the supplier, and the delivery company (Hermes) as instructed. Despite numerous emails and three weeks passing, I have not received a refund. Hermes claims they have no information about the package or its whereabouts. I am frustrated by the lack of resolution and now request a refund of £30.96 for the item I never received despite two delivery attempts. My order number is 18-08[redacted]4. The seller was Have Dream Land, and the barcode is T00D7A[redacted]. Thank you.

In December [redacted], I won item 23-07[redacted]3 with a value of £27.99 plus £4.65 for postage. The item was shipped via Royal Mail Tracked with tracking number WD [redacted]53GB. Unfortunately, I never received the item and according to the Royal Mail tracking information, it was delivered to Amazon in Swansea, not to me. The sender claimed that I signed for the package, but after contacting Royal Mail customer services, Kieron confirmed that I did not receive the delivery and that it was mistakenly delivered to Amazon on 11/12/21. It took numerous phone calls to resolve this issue. The sender should have taken care of this instead of questioning my honesty. Royal Mail stated that the sender needs to file a claim as the parcel was insured for £50 and has until 27th February to do so. I am requesting a refund and also want to report the poor attitude of the seller. - Rob Kerley
