I am disappointed by the confusion in my recent purchase. I attempted to place an order, but did not receive an email confirmation, and could not locate any record in my account despite searching extensively. Consequently, I had to acquire the item elsewhere in a hurry. Upon my return, I unexpectedly found the unnecessary item delivered. My address for billing is [redacted] NE 99th Ct., Battle Ground, WA [redacted]. I am requesting a full refund for the item and shipping charges, along with a prepaid method to return the item to you.

I recently received a Classic 6-piece Value Set, which includes 1 large, 1 medium, 1 small, and 3 regular slim bags. I noticed that all bags, except the 3 slim ones, have double stitching along the zippers. I expected all bags to have this feature. Is this a manufacturing defect? Why are the slim bags only single stitched along the zippers? I would also like to know if the zippers in this set are YKK self-healing zippers or a different kind. Additionally, how should I interpret the linear measurement included in the item descriptions when comparing different sets of packing cubes? Can you clarify the significance of this information? Lastly, how do you decide when to use Techlite Polyurethane versus Techlite Diamond Nylon fabrics? What are the differences between them? Thank you for your assistance with these questions.

On November 23, [redacted], I placed Order #EBG[redacted]5 with eBags for three suitcases. Upon receiving them, I found them to be too small, so I requested to exchange them for a larger suitcase. eBags informed me that they do not process exchanges and asked me to return the three bags and place a new order. They mentioned a restocking fee for the returned bags. When I tried to print the return label online, only one label was available for the entire order, despite indicating that all three bags were being returned. After contacting customer service, they provided me with the three return labels I needed. However, I am now facing charges for three returns instead of just one, as I was initially told. When I called to rectify this, the representative did not agree to the single charge as promised. I requested to speak with a manager and have been on hold for over 40 minutes without any response. I seek eBags to honor the single return charge for my entire order as previously discussed.

I made a purchase on December 23, [redacted], on your website and got order number (EBG[redacted]6). However, I haven't received any confirmation email or acknowledgment of the order. Two days ago, I contacted Ebags through their website about the order but didn't receive a response. My recent order from eBags appears to be missing. The eBags website and UPS tracking show no record of the package leaving the warehouse. The UPS tracking number 1Z404F3V[redacted] still shows an estimated delivery date without any updates since 12/6/22. Despite eBags stating the package is on its way, the status remains unchanged since 12/06/[redacted], showing it is in transit with no location provided. It seems like the order is still at eBags' warehouse or lost, with no response from eBags customer service. If they don't reach out soon, my only recourse may be to dispute the charge with my credit card company and avoid ordering from eBags in the future.
