On June 13th, I placed an order for 5 stickers. However, only 3 stickers that I ordered arrived, along with 2 stickers featuring the zumies logo that I did not select. The two missing stickers are the "sausage praying finger sticker" and the "know bad daze for the homies sticker." When I reviewed the receipt, these two stickers were not listed. I attempted to track the order using the provided order number, but an error message was displayed. Subsequently, I tried tracking each sticker individually using the item numbers, but encountered another error message. While the order confirmation email indicated all items were in one shipment, I am unsure if the missing stickers are being sent separately. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and appreciate your attention to this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out to share my experience at your store. While I appreciate the products, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service during my recent visits. Despite multiple trips, I was never offered assistance and had to actively seek help from an employee who seemed disinterested. The interaction between staff members was unprofessional and reflected poorly on the company. Upon returning a purchase the next day, I explained my dissatisfaction only to be rudely dismissed and argued with. This encounter led me to take my business elsewhere. I purchased the Vans PRO AVE in chili red but noticed they appear worn compared to the AVE marshmallow and blue in the store. I contacted the store to exchange them, but I no longer have the box. The white parts of my shoes are turning off-white. The store requires authorization from Zumiez to proceed. As a loyal customer, I kindly request approval for the exchange. I've always received extra laces with my Vans since the early 2000s, so I wonder if the box was opened previously or if these models no longer include extra laces. Hello, my name is Christian. On December 17, [redacted], I visited a Zumiez store at the Tanger Outlets in Glendale, Arizona, with my wife for some Christmas shopping. While shopping, an employee offered help as my wife and I were looking around. After some browsing, my wife changed her mind about a shirt we had selected earlier, and I believe it might have been misplaced. At the checkout, I was questioned about the missing shirt by an employee who then proceeded to confront my wife about its whereabouts, making us feel uncomfortable. Another staff member threatened to remove me from the store, even though we had just spent over $[redacted]. The whole experience left us feeling disrespected and humiliated. I hope the store reviews their security footage to see that we did not steal anything.
