I want to bring to your attention a user named Greg Voss who frequents various dating sites across multiple countries. He is known to use numerous email addresses and often avoids uploading a profile picture. Greg Voss has been identified on platforms such as Match and Meetville, switching between authentic and fake accounts. Despite being 39 years old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he aggressively pursues women aged 18-25. Greg Voss exhibits predatory behavior, exploiting communication apps to manipulate women into sending explicit photos. He manipulates conversations by feigning vulnerability due to past relationships, only to swiftly shift towards explicit exchanges before disappearing. It is crucial to address this concerning behavior. Greg Voss's legitimate name is Gregory Voss, and he is affiliated with Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama. He resides in Adamsville, Alabama, and can be contacted at [redacted] or via emails such as [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]

My account keeps getting hacked and reactivated even though it's been inactive for at least 4 years. Recently, I received many unexpected messages, so I deactivated it again. However, I just received a notification that my password was changed. I want this unauthorized access to stop. Please permanently disable my account linked to [redacted] and contactable on [redacted].

A friend I met on Zoosk mentioned that my profile picture didn't seem to match me. Upon checking, I discovered that my pictures, location, height, relationship status, and phone number had been changed. Despite my attempts to correct it, the changes were reverted by someone else. Changing my password seemed to have resolved the issue. The individual also messaged my friend using the phone number [redacted] claiming to be Angela from Naples. I am worried that this person may have contacted others I was talking to, potentially causing harm. I want to ensure the security of my account and address this matter. Currently feeling uneasy about using the site and considering requesting a refund if this issue cannot be resolved promptly.

I signed up for 3 months, and there is a pending charge of $59+, but I couldn't view comments or respond to interested women. The app claims to be "free," which is misleading. Currently, I am financially strained due to being on half disability benefits and fighting for full benefits for two years. I have unsubscribed and disputed the charge with my bank. Please ensure that I am not charged and provide a refund promptly. Perhaps after my upcoming surgeries, I could revisit your site.

I believe my account has been compromised as I am having trouble accessing it. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I have not received any password reset emails. Upon reaching out to Zoosk tech support, I was informed that a password reset email was sent to an unfamiliar email address, not my own. Unfortunately, I am unable to regain access since the email address associated with my account has been changed.

On October 3rd, I signed up for Zoosk using my debit card. Despite having my profile viewed by several members, I can't see who contacted me without subscribing for access, which I already did. The payment cleared, and I also bought coins. I've tried calling Zoosk twice with no luck and emailed them three times without receiving a response. I can browse members but can't contact them without subscribing again. I just want to give the site a chance after my friend recommended it. Zoosk's customer service appears nonexistent. Any suggestions on what to do next would be appreciated.
Best,
D. Pelletier

I recently canceled my Zoosk account and subscription, which was confirmed by the app last month. However, I noticed that a payment was deducted without my authorization. I am reaching out to request an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge.

I suspect that my Zoosk account has been compromised. This morning, I received around 10 notifications from Zoosk. Upon checking them, I discovered bizarre comments from a woman named Jane requesting contact with the individuals and providing her email address.
Subsequently, I was logged out of Zoosk. When attempting to log back in, my original password was no longer valid. After requesting a password reset, Zoosk informed me that an email with the reset link would be sent, but I have not received any emails or links despite going through this process three times. I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my Zoosk account.
Thank you,
Judy Warren

There is a Zoosk member by the name of Mike Bishop who uses the platform to manipulate and take advantage of women. I wanted to warn others because I was a victim of his deceitful behavior. I hope someone can contact me to address this matter. I prefer to remain anonymous but feel it's important to prevent him from exploiting other women like he did to me. His dishonesty and mistreatment of women must be stopped. My name is Debbie, and I have a profile on the site, as does he. Although he has blocked me, I want to reach out to other women to expose his true intentions as he continues his deceptive actions on the platform.

I have encountered difficulties trying to access my account to cancel it. Without a profile picture, the system does not grant me entry. This led to a situation where my credit card was charged unjustly.
Firstly, I request an immediate refund for the recent charge made to my credit card, as I deem it to be unauthorized. Zoosk's refusal to grant me access thwarts my attempts to manage my account.
Secondly, please close my account promptly. I do not wish to engage with a company employing deceptive tactics.
Lastly, my efforts to seek help via Zoosk's customer service proved fruitless. Their responses appear automated, redirecting me to irrelevant offers instead of addressing my concerns directly. This experience has left me greatly dissatisfied, and I am determined to sever ties with Zoosk through any available means, avoiding legal recourse if possible.

I wish to inform you that I will not be renewing my Zoosk membership for the following reasons:
1. I have experienced excessively long wait times when trying to contact customer service at 1-[redacted] on multiple occasions, leading me to hang up due to the time-consuming and frustrating nature of the wait times. This notice would have been sent earlier if there were staff available to speak with me.
2. Throughout the week, I have encountered a message stating "This page not available" when attempting to access certain features.
3. The "Smart Picks" and "Carousel" features have not been successful for me, as they repeatedly show candidates I have already rejected and exceed the mileage and age limits I set. Despite investing time, I have decided not to renew my membership, but may consider Zoosk again in the future.
4. I have had negative experiences with two candidates not showing up for scheduled dates and encountered individuals with unpleasant attitudes and discrepancies in their profiles regarding their backgrounds and occupations. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this cancellation as I am unable to call during work hours. Thank you. - Regina

I signed up for Zoosk on June 1, [redacted]. During my time on the site, I connected with someone named DAVID BERA EDWARDS. We hit it off quickly and talked for months until he abruptly cut ties. Unfortunately, he scammed me out of a significant amount of money. I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission (Report #[redacted]73) and the local police (Case #[redacted]4). Detective Lane advised me to request three things from Zoosk: 1. David Edwards' personal profile, 2. Copies of all our messages, and 3. The IP addresses involved. Detective Lane may subpoena this information if needed. It's crucial to prosecute these scammers and prevent their presence on dating sites. I appreciate Zoosk's help and cooperation in addressing these individuals who take advantage of others on dating platforms.

Good morning,
I am reaching out to inquire about the lack of communication from your company regarding my account. After deactivating my subscription, I attempted numerous times to reactivate it or change my password unsuccessfully. I no longer wish to continue with this subscription and would like a refund. I have noticed that despite deactivating my account, during the billing cycle on 25/10/[redacted] my profile was reactivated by your company, allowing other members to view and message me without my knowledge. I am confused as to how this breach of security occurred. I kindly request a refund of $98AUD. I have already informed my bank about this issue. I have been unable to access my account for weeks now and have not received any responses from your company. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and wish to resolve this matter promptly. Regards, Victoria.

I want to make everyone aware of an individual named Greg Voss. He frequently uses various email addresses and is active on multiple dating sites, especially in the US. Greg often does not upload a picture on his profile. He has been spotted on Match and Meetville using his real details on some accounts but also has fake ones. Greg is known to be a sex addict and engages in chatting on dating platforms, video chatting apps, and uses text and burner apps to communicate with women, usually targeting those aged 18-25. Despite being a 39-year-old man with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he portrays himself as sweet, romantic, and victimized by his ex to gain sympathy. Beware, as he manipulates women into sending explicit photos while deceiving them about his identity and age. He operates under aliases and swiftly changes numbers once exposed. It is crucial to take action against him. His real name is Gregory Voss, and he is employed at Big Number One Motorsports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama. You can contact him at [redacted] or through emails such as [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]

My best friend of 30 years, who is 75 years old, has been in contact with someone she believes is her future husband. Over the past year, he convinced her to transfer over one million dollars from her inactive business account in the U.S. to his account in Spain. I am concerned about his intentions, especially since she has been secretive about this relationship. She shared that they met on Zoosk, but I suspect she has stopped using it while he might still be active. I want to view his Zoosk account to understand how this man attracted her. He claims to be 53 years old and is supposedly flying to Portland, Oregon, to meet her. I tried using Truth Finder with the information she provided, but couldn't find a match. I worry for her safety and would appreciate any help in investigating further. Thank you.

I encountered two scammers on Zoosk who initiated contact through chat and requested financial help after sending provocative photos. The phone numbers provided appeared to be computer-generated, with one claiming to be from Houston, TX, but traced back to Algodones, NM, and the other claiming to be from Florida but traced back to Hammonton, NJ. I tried to explain this in a detailed letter to customer service but encountered technical issues. As a retired Criminal Investigator now working as a Licensed Private Investigator, I value your site and need to speak to a human to address this urgent matter. If my complaint is not addressed promptly, I will have to involve the proper authorities.

Please refrain from sending me repeated emails regarding the resolution of the issue. I have already responded multiple times, and it's frustrating to keep receiving the same inquiries. Despite stating that it would be the final contact, the emails persist, now getting flagged as spam. This constant communication feels like harassment from GetHuman.
As previously mentioned, the problem with Zoosk resolved on its own after being offline for over 24 hours. There was no communication from either GetHuman or Zoosk when the platform came back online the following day. I have chosen to close my account with them. Kindly cease sending these bothersome emails checking if the problem was fixed, as there was no assistance provided by you or any effort from Zoosk to address the situation or clarify the outage that prevented my access. Put an end to these unnecessary messages; they serve no purpose but to irritate.
