Zoom Customer Service Issues

I'm experiencing issues with using Zoom ever since updating my Mac OS to Mac OS Ventura V 13.4.1. The Zoom desktop application no longer works. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall it, but I keep getting a message saying "The installation failed." The information from Zoom has not been helpful in resolving the problem. Getting assistance from Zoom's technical support team has also proved difficult as it's almost impossible to reach a human for help.

I recently had to reinstall my operating system (Windows 10), and as a result, Zoom and other software I pay for were removed from my computer. I am in need of assistance to reinstall Zoom. I am having trouble with Zoom Lifestyle after previously signing up. I no longer use the service, but it continues to deduct my airtime. The number affected is [redacted], which is currently blocked.
