Hello, my name is Palak Maithili, and I reside in Lucknow. As a college student in Ghaziabad, I ordered from Baking Go Ghaziabad for Mahagunpuram in Ghaziabad. Despite clearly providing the correct address and having screenshots to prove it, there was a glitch on the Zomato app. This caused my Lucknow address to override the Ghaziabad one, redirecting my order to Baking Go Lucknow. Despite multiple attempts to reach Baking Go Lucknow and informing the delivery person, I was unable to resolve the issue. When contacted by Zomato, they suggested canceling the order with no refund. This was frustrating as I never intended to order from Lucknow. The lack of response, both from the restaurant and Zomato, has made it challenging to rectify the situation and receive a refund for a mistake I didn't make. I haven't received my 2-week payout from Zomato. I've sent multiple emails but haven't received any response, and I've tried calling my account manager multiple times with no luck. I also need to provide my account department with GST details, but without payment, it's challenging to continue doing business with Zomato. They deducted the advertising campaign amount, but I haven't received any information on the remaining balance.

Last night, I placed an order for food. However, the delivery person called me after about an hour from the expected delivery time and informed me that the restaurant did not have enough food to fulfill my order. He mentioned that he wouldn't be delivering the food and surprisingly marked the order as delivered at 1:45 am, leaving me without the food or a refund. I feel like I have been deceived by the delivery person. The invoice number for the order is 23JUYJX[redacted]12. Please look into this issue and process the refund accordingly.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this situation. I am seeking the name and contact number of the individual who received order ID number -[redacted] from Haldiram Janakpuri today. This person discarded all the waste from their order into a Haldiram bag in front of our residence, shared by three or four families on the ground floor, from an upper story. Our street is crowded with many houses, making it difficult to pinpoint the culprit without specific information. We wish to approach the individual, whom we suspect based on a slip found in the bag, in a polite manner to prevent a recurrence of this incident. My Zomato ID is FE701966, and I work in Indore for 10 to 11 hours daily. I made a mistake by delivering a customer's order to the wrong location, resulting in my account being terminated by Zomato. I wish I had been given a chance to explain my error before my termination. Over the past 18 months, I only delivered three or four orders to the wrong location. It would have been better if the company had given me a warning and some guidance instead of terminating my ID. Regardless of what happened, I humbly request you to kindly consider reactivating my ID. Thank you.

I am disappointed by a recent customer service encounter with Zomato involving an employee named Mr. Vishnu. On 5th September [redacted], a Zomato delivery agent mishandled my order, rendering it inedible and necessitating its cancellation. When seeking assistance, I spoke with Mr. Vishnu via a call from Zomato support (+[redacted]72). His conduct during the call was rude and dismissive. When I mentioned my intention to file a complaint, his response was callous.

The naan I received was not fresh and had an unusual purple color, unlike the usual cheese naan. Additionally, the gravy that came with it was spoiled and emitted a foul odor, indicating it was no longer safe for consumption.

I believe that if I had canceled the order, I would understand forfeiting the full amount. I ordered food from Mehfil this afternoon. The bill amount was [redacted] rupees. Unfortunately, I paid twice - once online and once offline because the delivery guy claimed he hadn't received the payment online so I gave him cash. Hello, I'm UDAY SHANKAR. I am a loyal Zomato customer. I ordered from Eatfit restaurant on 21 Oct [redacted] through Zomato with Order number [redacted]. Unfortunately, the chapatis were stale and tasted bad. I contacted the restaurant immediately, and after some back and forth, they agreed to refund me Rs.[redacted].54. I have provided evidence of this to Zomato support. Upon contacting Zomato, I was informed that I would receive Rs.95 off on my next order from the same restaurant and that someone would call me, which has not happened yet. I am dissatisfied as I do not wish to order from the same restaurant due to the poor food quality. I regularly order from Saundarya paradise due to their good food. If I do not receive a full refund, I will refrain from using Zomato in the future. I have also left a review on the Play Store. I urge Zomato to refund my money promptly and avoid offering mere discounts to appease the situation.
