It has been 10 days since my ID was blocked, and I am facing a lot of losses. I have also filled in the form for Holi, but if my ID is not open, how will I work? I have already mentioned that I did nothing wrong, it was a misunderstanding by the customer. Despite apologizing to them after they physically assaulted me and recorded it, my ID was still blocked without hearing my side. Therefore, my ID should be started as soon as possible. If an agent contacts me, I can explain everything to them.

I ordered a cold coffee and a pizza from Shiv Shakti Bakers for rupees [redacted]. Unfortunately, my cold coffee was missing, and the pizza arrived in a messy state with the toppings spread all over the box. This kind of service is unacceptable, and it seems like they are deceiving customers. I attempted to reach out to the restaurant, but they refused to address the issue. As a student with limited funds, I am requesting a refund. I hope you can appreciate the urgency of my situation and provide a prompt response.

I am reaching out to inform you that I attempted to add a balance of 4,[redacted] INR to my Zomato Paytm using my credit card linked to my phone number (+91 [redacted]). Unfortunately, the amount was added to my Zomato wallet instead of Paytm. When I tried to transfer it to my bank account, no other options were available. In an attempt to resolve this, I deleted my account and uninstalled the Zomato app. However, even after 5-6 days, the balance has not been transferred. After reinstalling the app and trying to log back in, I'm unable to access my Zomato wallet as it says I am already registered, yet my account is inactive. I recently received order number [redacted], but unfortunately, all the items in the order smell like petrol. Additionally, there are some stains on the packaging. I find this situation very unpleasant and unacceptable. I tried reaching out to customer support, but they were unable to assist me effectively. I urge you to address this issue promptly, or I will be forced to escalate this matter further. Paying for food that smells and tastes like petrol is not acceptable. I ordered food from a restaurant, and the delivery was delayed by 45 minutes. The delivery person came from a different location, resulting in inadequate packaging and missing the restaurant bill. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent order with Mojo Pizza on 1st May with order number [redacted]. Despite the status showing as delivered, I have not yet received my order. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered food. The order was placed under the name Shankhadip and contact number [redacted]. No delivery personnel contacted me, and the food was not received. After struggling to contact Mojo Pizza multiple times, they finally informed me that they could not prepare the food due to heavy rain and a power outage, and would process a refund. I am Maine Wasim, a delivery worker for Zomato. The company does not assist me at all; they do not answer calls or respond to WhatsApp messages. They only contact me to ask for a high rating. If I give them a lower rating, they refuse to help me. I faced this issue yesterday and before, but no solutions were provided. Even when a customer verbally abused me and threatened me physically, there was no assistance. When I tried to file a police complaint, no help was given. They claim we are delivery partners, but when a partner is insulted or attacked by a customer, the blame falls on the partner. It is a challenging situation for us delivery workers, just for the sake of the company's reputation.

On July 1st, I paid the listing fees, but the company claimed they didn't receive it. After sending a screenshot, they promised to investigate within 24 hours. Following up on July 2nd, they requested a video showing the problem. I complied and sent the video. They assured me a complaint was filed and that they would update me in another 24 to 48 hours. Today, when I reached out, they haven't been responding to my inquiries.

Hello, I placed an order on 11th June [redacted] at 9:25 pm with order id=[redacted]. I made the payment online, but the rider also took cash as my friend received the order. When I found out, I called the rider named Hemraaj Meena. He said he took the cash but would check if the payment was made online. After checking, he assured me that he would refund the cash via GPay at 8 am the next day. I have all the call recordings with the rider. I delayed reporting the issue as I was on a trip with my friends. Today, I lodged a complaint. It has been 4 days without any help from your end. I have been emailing for 4 days, but to no avail. The team called and mentioned that the delivery boy would refund the money through someone else, but I haven't received any refund yet. On June 3rd, while transferring funds from my pocket to Zomato, INR [redacted] was debited from my account but not credited to Zomato. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to raise a ticket. I discussed this issue with the fleet coach but received no response. After contacting my bank's customer service, they requested proof from Zomato confirming the non-receipt of the amount. The proof should include the transaction date, amount, and ID. Once I provide this, they will take necessary actions. It has been over a month now, so I kindly request assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I picked up the order, arrived at the location, and tried to contact the customer, but they were unreachable. I waited for an hour past my gig timing, and my ID went offline. Later, I discovered on my Zomato account that the order was marked as delivered and cash collected. I'm confused because the order was not actually delivered, and I didn't receive the cash. I attempted to cancel the order, but Zomato requested that I wait. I did my best in this situation. Please assist with the issue of cash collection. Thank you.
