I placed an order for KFC via Zomato on 20th November [redacted] at 11:11 PM with order number [redacted]. I paid INR [redacted].49 using a credit card. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered, causing inconvenience as we were traveling from Kerala to Vasai and had no food. Therefore, I had to go to bed on an empty stomach. I placed an order at Cream Stone ice cream, the total was displayed as over [redacted] dollars. Upon reaching the delivery location and indicating so in the app, the customer was not present. Despite waiting for 20 minutes and trying to contact them, there was no response. The drop location appeared unsafe, with dogs and intoxicated individuals nearby, leading me to transfer the order to another delivery person. The customer eventually canceled the order after the transfer, yet the payment has not been credited to my account. Kindly review and process the payment accordingly.

The SIM card that I used to login to Zomato has been deactivated as it belonged to my brother who is currently in Dubai, not in India. Consequently, I am unable to retrieve the same SIM. I made a payment of [redacted] Rs for Zomato delivery partner on December 11th, [redacted]. However, after completing the transaction, an error message appeared stating that my Aadhaar is already linked to an existing account. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, the issue persists. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been disappointing as every time I call, I am unable to reach a representative due to a busy line. I kindly request assistance in rectifying this matter or a refund for the amount paid. I have all necessary documentation to support my claim.

I have not received my payment from Zypp. I have not been able to work with Zypp. I worked with them 10 days ago, submitted the bike on time, but they are charging me a penalty even though I did not use the bike. I also have pending payment from last week. I would like to receive this week's payment from Zomato. Please resolve this issue and provide an update.

Sir, my Zomato ID has been terminated before contacting Zomato. This is a mistake on your part. You have deactivated the ID without any prior notice. I will no longer be able to work with Zomato - the ID is directly terminated. Please understand that we are not at fault here. We were trying to call the customer at the customer's location, but there was no reply from the customer. Even the support team called but no response. When the delivery time expired and the support team canceled the order, the partner's ID was terminated. I want to request Zomato to please reactivate my ID.
