While watching a video, a notification appeared stating, "The AP has called the Election for Joe Biden." It is important to remember that the AP is not an official source, and the election results have not been certified. Refraining from spreading partisan information is crucial, especially during contested elections with ongoing court cases and recounts. The media should not be the authority determining the President of the United States. The warnings displayed on YouTube videos declaring a winner based on media calls are misleading. This misuse of information is disappointing. It's disheartening to see how things have progressed. As a result, I have decided not to make any payments on YouTube in the future.

I signed up for a two-week free trial of YouTube TV on Nov. 2, but was charged $64.99 right away for a subscription I didn't authorize. And now, my wife also got charged $64.99 on her account yesterday. We both didn't request this paid subscription, so I think we should both receive full refunds. The unexpected charge on my wife's account caused it to go overdrawn, resulting in a $35 NSF fee, which seems unjust. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

During my Among Us livestream, viewers gained access to the game's password shown on stream, leading to cheating that affected the game dynamics. I addressed this issue by warning viewers against cheating or face the consequences. To prevent future incidents, my friends and I decided to obscure the password with a black box.
Perhaps my viewers didn't appreciate being stopped from cheating, which resulted in my video being flagged. Despite mainly using strong language, I made it clear that my content is not suitable for children.
I had appealed the takedown, but unfortunately, it was rejected without much consideration. I have been dedicated to my YouTube channel for almost 5 years, and it's disheartening to see it flagged and taken down due to unfair circumstances caused by a single upset cheater. I am now attempting to contact YouTube to address this issue.
Sincerely,
Zeus Uploads

Hello, I am uncertain if anyone will see this message, but I wanted to address an issue with Youtube taking down my channel. I only used it for watching videos and commenting. I have engaged in online debates but have never used slurs, violent language, or name-called anyone, especially not racist individuals. When referencing racial groups, it was to condemn racism, not promote it. Despite this, Youtube removed my channel for violating their hate speech policy, without specifying which comments led to this action. I have been unable to find a way to contact Youtube directly, as I am not a large channel creator. If anyone knows of an email address or phone number I can use to dispute this termination, please share. I feel wrongly accused and believe there may have been a mistake in the enforcement process, possibly due to automated systems or misinformed reports.

As a devoted viewer of YouTube for a long time, I have been disheartened by the recent increase in advertisements on the platform. Initially, YouTube was a revolutionary space for learning and entertainment. I remember spending hours engrossed in guitar tutorials and classic MTV videos, dreaming of accessing them on my TV someday, until the intrusion of ads.
Just today, while watching the live performance of "Leonard Skynyrd Freebird Oakland" on YouTube, I was dismayed when a 10-second ad disrupted the guitar solo at its peak. To make matters worse, with only 9 seconds of the video left, another ad sprung up.
I believe that one brief ad at the beginning of a video is tolerable. While the option to skip ads is appreciated, consecutive ads can feel like an intentional inconvenience. It's misleading to promise a video starting soon, only to be met with yet another ad. Youtube should prioritize viewer satisfaction over financial gains.
I have personally uploaded 3 videos on the platform, one of which was taken down due to a protest by Garth Brooks regarding a cellphone recording of his performance.
The overabundance of mid-video pop-up ads is affecting the overall viewing experience. I urge YouTube to reconsider their advertising strategy and put the viewers first.
Best regards,
M.P.

I have inadvertently discovered that I possess two YOUTUBE TV accounts. I am uncertain about the existence of the second account, which is both unwanted and unused, and I did not authorize its creation. Despite this, I have been continuously charged by YouTube for this additional account. The sole account our family uses is located on my iPhone.
Despite contacting customer service three times, I have not received the promised resolution nor the refund of almost a year's worth of charges at $64.90 per month for the additional account. My name is Mark I., and I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted], both of which are linked to my Visa Debit card ending in [redacted], with an expiration date of 01/22. While I reside in Las Vegas, NV, my phone number has an Arizona area code, [redacted]. Kindly leave a voicemail with a call-back number if I am unavailable. Thank you for addressing this matter.

My 96-year-old grandfather recently started using the internet and enjoys watching YouTube videos. When I was helping him search for a song, I noticed a prescriptions icon next to the home and library tabs at the bottom of the page. Upon clicking it, I saw a check mark next to all channels at the top of the page. I have limited experience with YouTube and would appreciate any guidance on whether there are built-in safeguards for visually impaired users like my grandfather. I am unsure if what I saw is just a suggestion or if it requires an actual purchase to be meaningful. I am concerned about him unintentionally making purchases due to his visual impairment. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated as my grandfather is on a fixed income, and I want to ensure he does not incur any unexpected charges. Thank you for your help. - Andy & Willie

Using apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, or WhatsApp Payments is generally safe as these transactions are processed by BHIM UPI, which is built on IMPS. The money transfers directly between banks, and the apps do not handle the transactions like e-wallets such as Paytm. While these apps access our financial information, government regulations require data to be stored on Indian servers and not used by companies. Despite this, caution must be taken. If someone has access to your phone and PIN, they can initiate transactions without extra verification. To enhance security, change your PIN regularly, enable SMS reminders, and opt for reliable providers like Google Pay over others like Truecaller Pay or PhonePe, which may have customer service issues in case of transaction failures.

For the past six months, and maybe even longer, I've noticed that I've been consistently double-charged for my YouTube Premium subscription. Just three days ago, I was charged again for the premium, and despite the payment being clearly deducted from my account (as evidenced by my receipt), my premium access was suddenly disabled due to purported non-payment. I have reached out to customer service but have not received a resolution. I believe I should be refunded for the multiple months I was erroneously double-charged, either by receiving credit for the excess charges or by having the funds reimbursed to my account.

My account was suspended mistakenly, then I was notified via email on 15/11/20 that it was unsuspended. Despite this, for more than two weeks, I have been unable to log in and keep getting directed to the "Google product unavailable" site. I have submitted requests to your help desk multiple times, but I have not received any assistance. The automated emails I receive are not resolving the issue, and no one has made an effort to address the problem, which was initiated by your end. I have reached out to your support team more than 20 times without a single reply. While my access was deactivated swiftly, I am still struggling to have it reinstated over two weeks later, and I am requesting your prompt intervention.

I believe there has been a misunderstanding with Youtube as they have wrongly accused me of hate speech. I am a 65-year-old grandmother with four grandchildren, and as an African American, I have experienced hate firsthand. Being accused of such behavior is a severe attack on my character. Despite being a longstanding Youtube Premium member, my account was permanently terminated after I appealed their decision. I am not associated with any hate groups; in fact, I spend my days retired, enjoying walks with my dog. I am frustrated with the frequent ads during my walks, which is why I have been a paying member for years. Recently, I changed my phone and carrier, which may have caused some issues. I am open to clarifying any doubts Youtube may have, as I am confident this is a misunderstanding that needs to be resolved.

On November 15, [redacted], I received an email notifying me that my YouTube account had been wrongly suspended and then unsuspended. However, every time I attempt to log in, I am redirected to the "Unable to Access Google Product" page instead of the login page. Despite sending this message to customer care and the help center over 30 times, I have been completely ignored for over two weeks. It should not be difficult to rectify this error and grant me access to my account. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance and the delays in responses. I urge you to identify who disconnected my access and correct the issue promptly. The way customers are being treated is unacceptable, and this situation has gone beyond being a mere inconvenience.

Hello,
I am looking for the video titled "Beginning Song - Anne's Story" from the series Anne (animated) in Arabic. This video has been available since [redacted], but it disappeared suddenly two days ago.
I understand if the series was removed due to copyright issues, but this video is just a two-minute song, not an entire episode from the series. This song holds sentimental value for me as it reminds me of my childhood. Whenever I feel down, listening to it cheers me up. Please consider restoring it.
The video was originally uploaded by the channel shayma_sh. Can you please bring it back?

I recently learned that you are planning to discontinue the tennis channel. This news is quite disheartening because it was one of the main reasons my family and I signed up for your service more than 2 years ago. Over time, we've noticed a nearly double increase in the price, and some unwanted channels were added that we were not interested in paying for. Now, removing a channel we value has left us disappointed. I am wondering if there is a chance to reconsider this decision. I believe many subscribers might opt to cancel their subscriptions due to this change.

A few months ago, I signed up for YouTube Premium on my cellphone at $11.99 per month. To my dismay, I noticed that for the past three months, you charged me twice on my cellphone bill. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my account on October 30th. Yet, to my surprise, I still got billed in the recent statement. I am seeking reimbursement for the overcharges of $54.19 for the past three months and this current month. This ongoing situation is causing me additional stress since I am currently unemployed due to the pandemic. While I am facing financial hardships, I am aware of my consumer rights and will escalate this issue if necessary.

I am still facing the same issues. I am unable to turn off my laptop or the cleaning program without losing access to YouTube until I find a new solution. It's strange that YouTube works well on one laptop but not the other, causing constant problems. Additionally, I have noticed that the loop button has changed. Now, whenever I want to watch a different video than the one in the queue or disable loop, I have to press the button every time. It seems unnecessary to have to do it repeatedly. Also, I experienced an issue where Firefox failed to send a message, but Google Chrome was successful. Strange discrepancies.

I recently had a concerning experience with the admin of the "Veritas Records" channel. During a discussion in the comments section of one of their videos, I pointed out that some of the information provided was false and harmful, including serious accusations against someone. The admin responded in a disrespectful manner, made severe accusations against me, and ultimately threatened me. I urge the platform to take appropriate action against this channel. It's unacceptable for YouTube to allow threats, insults, and misinformation to be promoted. I expect a response and will not ignore this situation.

Hello, I have two channels. One, "Dianeduceymusic," features music for adults, while the other, "Simple Songs That Teach French," offers music for children. I am trying to designate one channel as "not made for kids" and the other as "for kids." However, when I select "No, set this channel as not made for kids. I never upload content that's made for kids," the SAVE button does not become active for me to save the changes.
Additionally, I am experiencing issues where the content does not switch when I change accounts from the adult channel to the kids' channel. It seems to display either the cover photo and videos from the adult channel or the kids' channel content. Furthermore, I am having difficulty locating my kids' content/channel without specifically searching for it on YouTube.
I am wondering if these problems are related to one channel being a brand channel. Is it possible to convert my kids' channel into a regular channel from a brand channel? If so, will I need to re-upload all the associated videos? Can these two channels be set up under separate email addresses? I would appreciate any help or guidance on resolving these issues.
Thank you for your assistance.
