I accidentally created 2 YTV accounts and contacted Chat support to request a refund of one subscription fee ($40). The agent mistakenly deleted both accounts, canceling our access to premium channels. They refunded the $40 subscription fee and one premium channel fee ($14.24). I provided documentation of all transactions to Chat, and they are investigating with billing. Currently, we have no subscription but YTV still has our $40. Our TV service is disrupted with only one premium channel fee ($13.33) remaining. We are frustrated, as it will take at least 3 days to resolve. We believe the Chat agent could have reinstated our YTV access, kept the $40, and charged us only for the one remaining premium channel during the investigation. We feel the handling of this situation is unacceptable, turning into a series of inconveniences.

My daughter subscribed me to YouTube TV on a Roku that I recently acquired. I struggle with new technology at 76 years old and on a fixed income. She mentioned it would be $40 a month and used my debit card for PayPal. Despite a 5-day trial, I was charged $6.51 on April 5th and $80.80 on April 10th, which I find confusing. I want to cancel this subscription and receive a refund. I originally thought this service would be cost-effective compared to cable or satellite, but it's not fulfilling its promise. With recent price increases, it's no longer suitable for our limited TV viewing habits. Kindly cancel the account and refund my payments, as I need the money for essential expenses. Thank you.

I split my time between Plymouth, MA, and Louisville, KY throughout the year. Currently, I have Direct TV in Louisville, but I plan to cancel it once the contract ends in September. I paused Utube TV since I don't need the Louisville channels and lost access to the Boston channels. Now, I need to extend the pause until May 19th because my stay in Boston has been prolonged until then. It seems straightforward to change locations on Utube TV, which I will do after canceling Direct TV. Once I'm in Plymouth, I can easily reactivate Utube TV whenever I want. Looking forward to watching the Red Sox on the evening of May 20th. Thank you.

Hello! I am having trouble accessing my YouTube Red account and music. I have been a member for a long time but my subscriptions are missing, and I am seeing many ads. Additionally, I am unable to use the "play in the background" feature.
The issue started when my daughter linked our accounts to share some photos. Even after she unlinked us, I am still unable to access my account. I am also unable to cancel my account due to the access issue. I plan to visit the bank on Friday to stop the payments.

I am reaching out for assistance with issues on my YouTube account. I have purchased two episodes on YouTube that I can watch on my iPhone, but encounter a playback error when attempting to cast them to my TV. I have tried logging in on my TV and connecting my devices without success. This is frustrating as I just want to watch my purchased programs on a bigger screen. I believe this should not be a problem and request a prompt resolution so I can enjoy the content I bought. I would appreciate a quick response and a swift resolution to this matter.
Sincerely,
Erin Louise C.

I have been a loyal viewer of YouTube for many years. Recently, I have noticed a shift in the platform's direction that is disheartening. YouTube's focus seems to have shifted from supporting its creators to prioritizing advertisers. This change is disappointing as creators are what made YouTube the influential platform it is today. Watching some of my favorite channels struggle with the new policies and direction of YouTube has been tough. Many creators are moving away from YouTube, and I completely understand their decision.
It is essential for YouTube to remember that users subscribe for the content creators, not the advertisements. By pushing creators away with restrictive policies, YouTube risks losing its audience and, ultimately, the advertisers as well. Without creators, there will be no platform. It's crucial for YouTube to recognize the value of its creators before it's too late.

Armies from all around the world united to diligently work on increasing the views for BTS' music video "Boy With Luv" this past Friday. YouTube confirmed that they freeze views for real-time monitoring and not delete them, but despite this, we patiently followed the rules. We achieved a record of 78,[redacted],[redacted] views in 24 hours. The following day, we aimed to make it the fastest music video to reach [redacted] million views. Suddenly, YouTube removed 10 million views, which left many fans disheartened after all the effort and dedication put into setting the record. Our frustration led to a trending hashtag #youtubegiveour10millionback. Despite hitting [redacted] million views, YouTube continued to delete 4 million more. Today, they disclosed the 24-hour view count (74.6 million), further reducing it by 3 million. This ongoing deletion of views has caused distress as YouTube previously assured they do not delete views. We demand an explanation and the restoration of our hard-earned views.
Sincerely,
F. Bongers

I need help urgently as my channel was suspended for scams, spam, and deceptive content. I am certain this was a mistake. I was denied in the appeal. I admit I sometimes posted 5 videos a day to provide the content my subscribers enjoyed. I used lengthy comments and copied them occasionally to save time in discussions with other users, which may have been seen as spam. However, my intention was genuine engagement, not spamming. I included credible sources and videos in my comments, as well as affiliate links and redirects to sites I believed were permitted. I now understand these actions led to the suspension. I need assistance in reinstating my channel as there was no intentional deceptive content.

It has come to our attention that your platform might be removing views from BTS' music videos, such as IDOL and BOYINLUV. There are reports that YouTube deleted ten million views from their recent music video (BOYINLUV), and this continues as more views are being removed. This seems unfair and indicates a bias towards certain creators. Allegations have also surfaced regarding additional views being added to Blackpink's videos. As a concerned fan and advocate for fairness, it is crucial for YouTube to address these issues. The integrity of the platform relies on providing equal opportunities for all creators to share their content without fear of views being tampered with. We kindly request for the reinstatement of any views that were removed from BTS and other affected creators, if any. Upholding transparency and impartiality in view counts is essential to maintaining trust and credibility among content creators and viewers.

I have worked on this trivia project for over a year, involving challenges like data creation, auto-generating questions, and streaming videos based on those questions. The game is centered around YouTube clips, where players watch a music video and answer a question from four options. It's an innovative and complex educational game.
My main issue is not being able to display AdMob ads in the game. I am seeking a partnership with YouTube or a revenue-sharing mechanism to display videos and monetize the game. You can find the game on Google Play at [redacted].
I would appreciate any guidance on how to explore potential partnerships to enable AdMob ads in the trivia game.
Best Regards,
Dror R.

Please return the 14 million views that were taken from BTS' "Boy with Luv". It seems like the promised actions were not fulfilled. There have been views deleted from BTS videos and added to Blackpink's "Kill This Love". YouTube, this is unacceptable. Return the views back to where they belong. It took a lot of effort to stream the videos; please do not be selfish. This behavior is shameful, shameless, inhumane, and unacceptable. Give back the views to the rightful videos.

I created a YouTube account in [redacted] when I was 11 years old, and unfortunately, I no longer have access to the login details. The channel is named after me, "Daisy Stewart," and there are 13 embarrassing videos on it from when I was younger. Some classmates found the account and are bullying me about the silly videos from Snapchat and musical.ly that I uploaded. I can provide my passport or any necessary information to verify my identity. I am still logged into the musical.ly account where I uploaded two of the videos, "Egg on Head" and "Egg on Head in Reverse," which can help confirm my ownership. This situation is causing me distress, and I am considering changing schools if it escalates. Please respond promptly as this is a very embarrassing and urgent matter for me. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Billy T. I'm currently dealing with a troubling situation involving a young lady who is trying to extort money from me using an explicit video that does not represent me. I am cooperating with local authorities as this individual is based in the Ivory Coast. I am temporarily keeping her at bay by leading her to believe she will receive more money. I feel it's important to warn others on social media to be vigilant against similar threats. If necessary, please contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] The individual's plan includes sending inappropriate videos to my friends and family, so please be cautious. I have engaged in negotiations for a month to facilitate the ongoing investigation. I possess a picture that I am certain does not depict the perpetrator, and I have numerous text exchanges available for reference if needed. Thank you.

Some individuals are creating videos solely for profit and fame, pushing boundaries and disregarding rules and regulations. For example, there are videos where cars and bikes are set on fire using hundreds of crackers, releasing harmful gases that contribute to global warming and ozone layer depletion. The channel named Blade XYZ is one such offender burning a car with [redacted]+ crackers. I urge the founder of YouTube to take action against channels engaging in such destructive behaviors, as these actions not only harm the environment but also set a harmful example for others looking to make money. It is crucial to protect our environment and ensure a better future for the next generation. Please intervene and block such channels on YouTube to prevent further damage.

A few years ago, I was part of a girl band with 5 other girls, and we managed a YouTube page where we uploaded our content. After leaving our management, they changed the password to the channel, locking us out. The videos on that page, featuring us, were created by us and now, years later, we want them removed as they are embarrassing. Unfortunately, we are unable to access the page.
We can provide proof of our identities as members of the group and creators of the content. The page originally belonged to us before we were locked out by the management. Since then, the page has remained inactive, with the password change being done out of spite.
Our preference is to have the page and videos deleted. If you could direct us to the appropriate contact for this matter, we would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.

My YouTube account has been disabled due to multiple copyright takedowns of my video content. I am new to uploading videos and unsure of which content is permitted. I believe YouTube should provide clearer guidelines. I think it is unfair that two of my videos, "The Have And The Have Nots: S06E07 - Room 3" and "S06E08 - Enough," were penalized when they had already been removed by YouTube. Other creators have similar content without issues. I have been a user for years and enjoyed the platform until now. I do not intend to break any rules. I hope my account can be reinstated promptly. Thank you for your time and understanding. I assure you this information is accurate. Thank you.

There seems to be a concerning situation on YouTube currently involving creators who are engaging in conflict and drawing their subscribers into unnecessary disputes. A creator named Operation Z has been making threats against another creator, dictating which channels are acceptable while claiming others should be left alone.
Additionally, a creator named 411now has made derogatory comments about subscribers of other channels, labeling them as minions and accusing them of disturbing his content. This creator has disturbingly aligned with a trolling channel, Phoenix on Fire, to create negative content aimed at another creator.
The toxic behavior has escalated to the point where followers of these channels are targeting each other in the comments section, creating a mob-like atmosphere that is alarming. This trend of aggressive behavior needs to be addressed, as it is causing distress and discomfort among viewers who are being unfairly dragged into these online conflicts.
It is crucial for YouTube to intervene and enforce their rules to prevent this situation from worsening further. Verbal attacks and baseless accusations should not be tolerated, especially when they involve innocent subscribers who are caught in the crossfire.

I recently switched my home phone service and replaced my damaged cell phone to save money. I also upgraded to a newer computer and changed internet providers a few times over the years. Yesterday, when I tried to upload a home video, I encountered login issues. Despite speaking with a representative last Wednesday who updated both my phone numbers, creating a new password did not solve the problem. I have received multiple emails with various forms requesting a code to be sent via text to a phone number that is no longer in use. I am determined to resolve this issue and will not give up until it is fixed!

I have encountered an issue with a YouTube channel called Caravan Carolyn. Several of her earlier videos have been flagged for promoting drug use and alcohol consumption. Despite reports and flags, no action has been taken. This is concerning as children, including my own, watch her content. It appears that YouTube is allowing her to continue without consequences due to her monetization and ad revenue. If the channel is not removed, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities. My wife works at a Television Station in Hartford, Connecticut, and through her, I will expose the inaction towards protecting young viewers from harmful content. Caravan Carolyn's promotion of drugs and alcohol, evident by her behavior in the videos, needs to be addressed promptly.

I am having trouble changing my profile picture on YouTube due to the new update. I recently created an account and need to update my profile picture, but I can't do it on my phone. The current changes make it more challenging for users like me who don't have access to a computer. Please consider reverting to the previous profile settings to make it easier for all users. The recent updates are frustrating many people, and it's making using YouTube more difficult. Your customers are becoming increasingly unhappy. Thank you for addressing this issue.
