We have a Youtube TV subscription to watch TV, including local channels like yours in Madison. However, we are facing an issue where Youtube TV thinks we are in Illinois instead of Wisconsin, preventing us from watching our local channels. This problem stems from our internet connection being linked to a cell tower in Illinois. Despite contacting Youtube TV multiple times, they claim they cannot assist, directing me to Verizon, our cell service provider. This issue has persisted for over a year. Despite being given a case number, 8-[redacted][redacted], and assurances of a supervisor reaching out, we have yet to receive any follow-up. We rely on local news for our evening viewing and hope for a resolution to access the local channels we are paying for.

My channel has been suspended or terminated without any explanation. I haven't received an email from YouTube, and I am unable to sign in to my account using my email, password, or the URL provided. This channel is where I upload my videos related to cooking, cleaning, decorations, decluttering, organizing, storage, grocery hauls, and food preparation. I subscribed to YouTube TV through my Verizon account and paid Verizon for the service, which they then paid to YouTube. When I ended my Verizon service on 8-1-23 due to relocation, my billing cycle was on 7-28-23, and it was paid in full through autopay. I only had both services for three days before receiving notice that my YouTube TV account was closed. I am asking for a prorated refund of the $72.99 I paid on 7-27-23 since my account was only active for three days within the 30-day billing period.

I am considering purchasing YouTube Premium, but I find it to be quite costly. Is there an option for an annual subscription with a discounted price? Hello! I am experiencing an issue with my Samsung Smart TV where the YouTube app is not functioning properly. This problem started about two months ago after the latest app update. The app either doesn't load at all or freezes. Navigating through categories is limited, and the up-and-down function doesn't work, only left-to-right. I run a YouTube channel featuring diorama episodes. Unfortunately, in the last 48 hours, SME has blocked two of my videos due to copyright claims, even though I had obtained permission to use them except in specific regions. Suddenly, the videos are unavailable for viewing entirely as YouTube has blocked them. I have not received any communication from YouTube explaining the block. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to contact anyone at YouTube by phone. It is puzzling why my channel is being targeted while others with similar content are unaffected.

I noticed multiple charges on my CashApp account from Youtube totaling 8 transactions ($40 for 4 charges and $8 for 4 charges). CashApp advised me to contact the merchant to dispute these transactions since I did not authorize them. I tried reaching out to the provided Youtube support numbers, [redacted] and [redacted], but unfortunately, I did not receive assistance.
