There are an excessive number of advertisements on YouTube. Although I understand the need for earning revenue, the amount of ads before, during, and after videos has become excessive. While I know there is a subscription option to watch without ads, juggling multiple subscriptions during the pandemic is financially challenging for many. It has ceased to be enjoyable. When will the saturation of ads be considered too much? We are already exploring alternatives to watch our favorite content due to this issue. It is only a matter of time before a viable competitor to YouTube emerges. It is crucial to address this. Thank you.

Hello, I am facing a pressing issue with my YouTube channel. I originally created the channel on February 15, [redacted], before linking it to a Google account. I no longer have the username and password for this channel, which is now necessary for account recovery. I urgently need access to this channel to upload a new music video as it contains 36 vital music videos that I have worked on for 13 years. The channel is essential to me as a singer/composer, and accessing it is crucial. I am unable to log in through Google, as the channel was not initially linked to it. I cancelled my YouTube music subscription, yet I keep getting charged $10.69 for the past 3 months, the latest charge being today. I terminated the subscription back in December. Despite contacting customer service via chat a month ago, no action has been taken, and I haven't received any response. My phone and computer confirm the subscription is cancelled, yet the charges persist. I demand a refund and an immediate halt to these charges. It is frustrating not being able to speak to a representative and receiving no response to my emails. This is my hard-earned money being taken unfairly. I no longer have access to YouTube premium on any of my devices. My primary contact is my Yahoo email, but the Gmail account linked to my YouTube music is [redacted]

Hello, as a small content creator, I recently received a false flag on one of my videos for harassment and bullying. However, the video was actually addressing fake channels spamming hacking comments, including my own, and falls within fair use guidelines. I have ample evidence to dispute this false claim and request the strike be removed. I understand your system may have made an error, hence I urge you to manually review the video on my channel, Captain Fangwolf. I put a lot of effort into my content to contribute to a better and safer platform, so I kindly ask for a fair evaluation. Thank you for your attention.

Good morning, I have been encountering a persistent issue that remains unresolved through your help system. I am seeking assistance from a service representative to address this concern directly. Despite signing up for affiliate marketing, I have noticed advertisements on my YouTube videos since October without receiving the verification code (PIN) by mail. Despite requesting YouTube to resend the code, I have not received it. As of late February, the ads have ceased running on my channel. Despite repeated requests for the code, I remain without it. My video engagement has been stagnant for over a month now. Despite actively uploading content, my views, likes, and comments do not reflect on my channel. Furthermore, some of my subscribers report not receiving notifications of my new uploads. Typically, I would receive numerous comments within the first 10 minutes of posting, but recently I have received none and deleted the posts. Despite using popular tags and keywords, my engagement remains very low. With a subscriber count of 2.2k, only reaching [redacted] views seems abnormally low. I engage with other creators by commenting on their videos and used to receive over 2k likes, often being one of the top comments. However, recently, even though I comment early, I receive fewer than 50 likes. I tested this issue by commenting from another account, and my comment did not show up. These challenges are hindering my growth as a YouTuber, and I fear I may be shadowbanned. I am eager to resolve this issue and restore my engagement levels.

I am sharing links to two videos on YouTube with images of myself. As an underage individual, I want to clarify that I did not give permission for these images to be taken or used. The channel owner, who has a history of alleged sexual misconduct, has been featuring me in numerous videos without my consent. He has also created fake accounts using my pictures and displayed my social media without my authorization. I am concerned about this violation of my privacy and would appreciate any support in addressing this issue as recording someone without permission is against the law, regardless of age. Thank you.

I inadvertently created a YouTube channel under the name Ronelle Lockman, which I later deleted. However, I was alarmed to discover that a meditation playlist promoting wealth was created under my name without my consent post-deletion. I have reported this issue multiple times to YouTube with no response for a week now. This situation violates my rights and misrepresents my identity on the platform. 1) I need to confirm if I have been charged twice on my two credit card accounts, PayPal and Capital One. Please provide details on the charges. 2) I prefer watching alternative news sources like Next News Network and Newsmax over mainstream media. I am frustrated with YouTube censoring my news channels while allowing channels like CNN and ABC to remain accessible. I do not appreciate being restricted from viewing the news I choose. I urge YouTube to stop cutting off my news channels abruptly. I want the freedom to access the information about my country without interruption. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].98 from YouTube.tv. On March 31, [redacted], I enrolled in a 2-day trial specifically to watch the MLB Opener, while others were offered longer trial periods. On April 2, [redacted], I was charged $64.99, which my bank recorded as April 1st. Promptly on April 2, I raised a dispute either with Bank of America or directly with YouTube.tv and cancelled my account. Despite this, today, May 3rd, another $64.99 charge appeared. I attempted to check my account status on YouTube.tv but found no access. I even tried using a different email address, [redacted], but was unable to log in due to my Google account [redacted] I hold no records of signing up in either email inbox. I am unable to locate the account to cancel it myself. Enclosed is a copy of my dispute submitted on April 2, demanding a refund directly to Bank of America or YouTube.tv. The charge was processed prematurely, as I had only just commenced the trial for a specific event. I demand a full refund promptly as I have not utilized the service since the trial began.

After completing a two-week free trial of YouTube TV, I am experiencing difficulty accessing the service on my Samsung smart TV. Despite successfully streaming on my mobile devices, I encountered issues trying to locate the YouTube TV app on my television. Even with the assistance of a neighbor who is a long-time user of the platform, we were unable to install it. I am considering switching to Hulu or Sling if I am unable to resolve this problem. I have attempted various tutorials without success. It is puzzling why YouTube is available as an app on my Samsung TV, but YouTube TV is not. I am facing difficulties in maintaining the timestamps on my videos. They disappear randomly and reappear after some time, causing frustration. It is disappointing that YouTube seems indifferent to this issue affecting many users, myself included. My experience mirrors that of others, where timestamps remain on some channels but not on others, despite following the correct steps. While some creators do not encounter this problem, it persists for many. I wonder if there is a solution or if I will continue hoping for YouTube to address this flaw over several months, in the hope that they recognize the dysfunctionality of this feature.

On the 5th of April, [redacted] at 12:56 PM EST, I am experiencing continuous freezing and looping issues with my YouTube TV. Whenever I try to watch different channels, the screen freezes after 2-3 seconds, displaying a spinning blue circle before restarting the cycle. Despite attempts like restarting the app, reinserting the Amazon Firestick, and resetting the modem/router, the problem persists. While other apps on the Firestick work fine, YouTube TV remains problematic. Frustrated by the lack of service I am receiving for what I am paying, I wish to cancel my subscription immediately. Unfortunately, my efforts to cancel online have been unsuccessful, and calling the provided customer service numbers led to long wait times, disconnected lines, or a busy signal. Please review my channel again to check if my videos were mistakenly flagged by viewers. I assure you that my videos contained: - No "Nudity or sexual content" as stated in the reason for termination. - No "Violent or graphic content" was present in my videos. - No "Hateful content" or any form of hateful speech or political content was included. - No "Threats" were made in any of my videos. - No "Spam/scam" content was ever uploaded. - No "misleading metadata" using correct tagging methods was followed. Hello, I would like to request if there is any possibility to revert the song format on YouTube to its previous layout where it displayed the title of the song and the artist's name in the background. Currently, it only shows the song cover art which I find less appealing. It would be great if you could consider changing the format for all audio versions of songs to the previous style. Thank you. I am currently subscribed to a premium music service, but I am unable to access premium videos or songs for download when I am not connected to my phone's WiFi. YouTube is seemingly targeting air gun (pellet gun) channels, unjustly demonetizing and shutting them down. These channels are not promoting violence and have a strong following of supportive viewers. I urge YouTube to review its algorithm to support these channels and allow them to operate freely. It's unfair and unjust to penalize these channels without cause, considering they have a dedicated audience. I recommend that YouTube rectify this situation by reinstating all air gun (pellet gun) channels and enabling them to monetize their content without prejudices.
