Despite conducting an investigation, the driver did not provide any concrete evidence of delivery. I was advised to contact the sender, which is not feasible as I am expecting multiple parcels. Yesterday, I was told that the issue would be investigated and resolved, but I have yet to receive any updates. The reference number provided is JD[redacted]. This morning, we received a delivery from Yodal. We live in a retirement apartment on the second floor and rely on a lift due to our disabilities. When the delivery driver arrived and I informed him of our location, he chose to leave the parcels inside the front door of the building instead of bringing them to our flat as expected. This action was concerning as it left the items accessible to anyone passing by. Despite the intercom system being available, he did not take the parcels directly to us. This situation is especially alarming as one of the parcels was intended for our 80-year-old neighbor. The lack of care and disregard for security shown by the driver is unacceptable. I plan to reach out to Moonpig to address this issue and express our disappointment in the delivery service provided by Yodal.

Hello, my name is Ian. I need assistance with the return parcel collection that was scheduled with UKHS. I was expecting the collection on Friday, May 6th, and again today on May 9th. I have been available all day with the gates open at 19 Church Road, Ferndown, Dorset. The parcel is urgently needed by UKHS, and it's a straightforward location to find since Yodel has delivered here before. I would highly appreciate it if the collection could be done as soon as possible.

The delivery driver's behavior is concerning; they quickly drop parcels, knock, and rush off. Today, a driver mistakenly left a Hello Fresh order at my place, not even close to my name or address. It's crucial they verify the right location before leaving. Furthermore, leaving perishables in the sun raises concerns. This isn't the first time it happened with Yodel, the second incident today. Drivers need to double-check addresses to avoid such mistakes, as rectifying them is inconvenient. The company should address this promptly.

Yodel has attempted delivery of my parcel twice, which requires a signature (card ID numbers [redacted]3 on 7/6/[redacted] and [redacted] on 8/6/[redacted] at house number 60, post code PE27 5QF). Unfortunately, the delivery times coincided with my absence as I care for my wife with dementia and Parkinson's at a care home. Due to the unpredictable duration of my visits, traveling to the Peterborough depot, 23 miles away, to collect the parcel is challenging. I aim to speak with Yodel's customer service to address this issue before missing any further delivery attempts. As time is of the essence for me, direct communication with a Yodel representative would greatly assist in resolving this matter efficiently. I've received two deliveries from Yodel within the past two weeks. Unfortunately, both times the driver left the package in our food waste bin, thinking it was a safe spot. The first time, it was on bin day, so the parcel ended up covered in maggots due to the food waste in the bin. I tried to address my complaint on Twitter, but it was ignored. On Monday, we received another parcel that is not meant for us. The street name and number are correct, but the postcode and recipient name are wrong. I kindly request that the driver be informed not to use our food waste bin as a delivery spot, as it's unsanitary. I would appreciate it if arrangements could be made to retrieve the latest incorrect parcel. I am willing to leave it in the bin as it currently is, surrounded by rotting food, since the driver seems comfortable with that situation. I visited the product website to check on the delivery status and discovered that it was supposedly delivered to my green bin, however, I didn't receive the parcel. Despite being home with open doors and no delivery card left, the item wasn't delivered. The gate where the bins are stored was locked as well. I contacted the delivery driver who insisted he placed it in the bin and suggested I contact the company regarding the missing parcel. I was supposed to have a return collected yesterday, but the driver never showed up even though I made sure my front door was wide open for them. When I reached out to customer service through chat, I was given conflicting information three times and each time I tried to clarify, they abruptly ended the chat. One representative claimed the driver came on Saturday, another said they came today when it was scheduled for yesterday. Being home all the time due to my disability, I know they are lying and avoiding the issue. When I mentioned filing a complaint, they ended the chat abruptly, stating they had not received a response, even though I was actively typing. Last week, I had another delivery mishap where an item didn't arrive after three days. I had to call customer service to cancel and reorder the missing item, which then arrived promptly the next day. Now, I'm facing the same issue with the return not being collected, despite their claims. It's frustrating as they are not being transparent and are not letting me file a complaint against the misleading driver.

Hello, on Friday, June 17th, I received my delivery of a baby's pushchair. Unfortunately, upon receiving a call from my neighbor, I discovered that my window was broken. I initially feared a burglary, but upon investigation, it was clear that the delivery driver had caused the damage. I found it highly irresponsible for the driver to push a heavy and large box through the window at a height, risking damage to both the window and the contents of the parcel. The force used by the driver to open the window resulted in severe damage, leaving it unable to close properly. I received my parcel, which was left in my blue rubbish bin by the delivery driver while I was away on vacation. Unfortunately, the bin was emptied into the rubbish truck, along with my package. Regarding Case Ref: JJD[redacted][redacted], I have previously reached out about a missing package issue that is currently being resolved. I have recently located the package but would like to express my dissatisfaction as the delivery person provided inaccurate information regarding its placement. The tracking information indicated that the package was placed in my letterbox; however, it was left outside my door exposed to potential theft. Fortunately, a kind neighbor noticed it, brought it inside, and left a note that might have been accidentally discarded. This situation could have resulted in the loss of my ring without the option for a replacement or refund, as it was marked as delivered. I have experienced similar incidents in the past with items being stolen due to such delivery practices. Despite being home all day, there were no attempts made to contact me through the intercom or doorbell, and no photographic evidence was provided to show where the package was placed. Hello, I need assistance with a delivery issue. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address by Yodel. I contacted customer service through webchat and was informed that the driver claimed to have left it on a porch or a wall, neither of which matches my residence (I live in a 3-story townhouse with no wall or porch). Today, I received an email stating the package was delivered and to contact the sender. Upon reaching out to the driver, I was asked to text and received no satisfactory response. I have tried calling customer service, but have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I am frustrated that the package is lost and I feel it is unfair that I have to chase it up with ASOS. There was no delivery note or photo proof provided, leaving me very dissatisfied with the service. In the future, I will make every effort to avoid using Yodel for deliveries.

I was informed this morning that my delivery would arrive today, but it still shows it's at the depot. I'm uncertain about the accuracy of the information provided earlier. The delivery was supposed to be yesterday for my son's birthday. Update: On 16/8/21, the package was not out for delivery on Saturday. It was dispatched on Monday but needs to go through approximately [redacted] stops before reaching us. Consequently, it's back at the depot. There might be another day without an attempt for redelivery. Tomorrow, it may go out again with [redacted] stops before it arrives. Zzzzz.

Hello, I am currently anticipating the delivery of a wifi package to 39 Myrtle Grove, Jesmond, Newcastle. The delivery has been arranged through my bill company, Resooma. Unfortunately, I am unable to track the delivery, and Resooma cannot provide me with a delivery time. I visited my local store to pick up a parcel delivered by Yodel. The store's postcode is G36LN, and my tracking number is 87VY[redacted]0A044. I have made two unsuccessful attempts to collect the parcel without receiving a collection code from Yodel. I have provided valid ID and proof of purchase with the tracking code on both occasions, but the store rejected the collection. When I contacted Yodel customer support, I was advised to request the collection code online via email. However, upon entering my email address, I received a message stating, "Sorry, the parcel collection code for this email is not yet available, please try again later." It has been 3 days since the parcel arrived at the store, and I'm concerned that the code is still not ready. The store employee mentioned the possibility of returning the parcel soon, leaving me unsure of how to retrieve it.

I received a parcel from one of your couriers at 2 pm today. I was unaware of the delivery as I was at home but the package was left on the doorstep rather than inside the porch as specified. Since the courier wouldn't have been able to access the porch, the parcel got soaked in the rain due to two holes in the bag. Although I haven't opened the package, I took a photo of it, clearly showing it's wet. It would have been better if the parcel was left in the summer house, which is sheltered and visible from the house. When I tried to contact Customer Services using the provided number, I couldn't get through. Hello, I am reaching out regarding a wood delivery issue. The wood was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, August 11th, through an eBay seller. The Yodel tracking number provided shows that the package arrived at your Alfreton depot, which is close to us. However, there seems to have been a mix-up since then. My husband was informed that we rescheduled the delivery, which we did not. After agreeing on a Thursday delivery, no package arrived. The tracking now indicates a delivery from Aberdeen Home Delivery, which is nowhere near our location in Nottinghamshire. We are unsure when this delivery will occur, and as the wood cannot be left outside, we need to be present to receive it. We have been attempting to clarify the situation for three days now. My parcel has not been tracking properly. Initially scheduled for delivery on Monday, November 14th, the tracking information showed it was at the depot. After rescheduling for Friday, I was assured of delivery, which did not happen. I have now opted for collection at a local store through CollectPlus, but there has been no tracking update.
