Hello, I hope you are well! I am currently experiencing difficulty receiving emails in my account. Approximately 4-5 years ago, I reclaimed this account after forgetting the password. Yahoo support assisted me by verifying my identity and helping me recover the account. Initially, my email was "[redacted]", but upon restoration, it became "[redacted]". Unfortunately, I am now unable to receive emails from certain applications associated with the original "[redacted]" address. These apps require the former email for recovery purposes. Despite my attempts to input "[redacted]", they are unable to recognize it as the linked account. I am confident that this is the correct email address as it was previously listed in my account. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you very much for your help.

For the past 4 years, I've been struggling to access my Yahoo account, [redacted] Despite correctly remembering my password, Yahoo's security questions have been hindering me. They keep referring to an incorrect email address associated with my account, [redacted] instead of [redacted], causing a frustrating loop. After numerous failed attempts, I just wish Yahoo would provide alternative verification methods so I can regain access to my account, especially to retrieve my Kindle account with 20 books. It's time for Yahoo to consider other ways to help me. I'm in touch with [redacted], not [redacted] as Yahoo assumes. Can they please ask me different questions for verification?

I have been using this email address for 15-20 years. It has been my recovery email for all my other accounts. I last accessed it about 6 weeks ago, and everything was normal - customizations, folders, and photos were all there. However, when I signed in today, the inbox was empty as if it was a new account. I even downloaded the app, but it's still empty. This email stored all my family photos and important documents over the last 15 years. Where could all this vital information have gone?

I can log in without any issues, and my verified recovery email is up to date, but my inbox is empty. Even my oldest active email account, which contains years of saved photos, documents, and more, is completely empty. It's as if it's a new, untouched account, lacking even the initial welcome emails. Where have all my cherished memories, contacts, documents, and receipts gone?

I recently logged in to my account and was surprised to find that all my emails and custom folders from the past 15-20 years have disappeared. This is especially concerning because everything was intact just six weeks ago. I am unsure why this sudden change occurred and would appreciate guidance on how to retrieve my missing archives.

Over ten years ago, I created a Yahoo Mail account. Five years later, I used that account to create an Outlook.com account for verification. Lately, I've been locked out of my Outlook account for security reasons. To unlock it, I need to verify with my old Yahoo account, which now requires security question prompts that were not set up a decade ago. I am unable to access either account and struggling to find a way to speak to a human for assistance. I'd be able to verify the accounts by providing details about the emails and subscriptions associated with them. How can I reach a customer service representative for help?

Greetings, I am part of the computer science research team at the University of Bonn, focusing on usable security and privacy. We are currently investigating website password policies, specifically how they are developed. We are seeking to include the individual in charge of the password policy for yahoo.com user accounts in our study. Could you provide guidance on how we may reach out to this individual? Thank you.

I set up my Facebook account a while back using my old email address. Recently, I realized that my Facebook account automatically connected with a website that linked to my old Yahoo email. Unfortunately, I forgot my Yahoo password, and the item I purchased on that website requires a code that was sent to my old Yahoo email. Even though I have the phone number linked to the Yahoo account, I no longer have access to that number. I need assistance in recovering my old Yahoo email: [redacted]

I am feeling frustrated at the moment. My Facebook account got hacked, and as I attempted to retrieve it by accessing my old email for a verification email from Facebook, Yahoo claims my email address is not recognized. Also, when I tried to verify my identity on Yahoo using my phone number, it stated that a woman named Jenn S. was using that number for HER account. Unfortunately, it seems there is no available customer service from either Yahoo or Facebook that I can reach out to for help. I noticed some information about seeking assistance on this website.

I am currently unable to access my account. I lost my old phone and did not set up a recovery email or security questions. Though I have phone insurance to replace my phone, important emails with my details are in this locked account, putting me in a difficult position. I need to retrieve my insurance information, close the account, and file a complaint. Yahoo is requesting payment to rectify this issue that I was not responsible for. My Yahoo email is [redacted]

I received an email that appears to be from Yahoo requesting my personal information and password. The email states that there will be an update on September 16th and warns that failure to provide this information will result in account closure. I am wary of the sender's address, which is associated with sbcglobal.net. I am uncertain if this email is genuinely from Yahoo, as Yahoo has advised against sharing passwords and should already have my information on file. I would appreciate any insights on the authenticity of this communication before proceeding further.

I am facing an issue with my Yahoo email account being linked to my Facebook. Unfortunately, I cannot access my Facebook account due to unknown reasons, and the old mobile number for recovery is lost. I can only access my Yahoo email account, but when I try to log in, it says the email is "unrecognized." How can I regain access to my Yahoo email account so that I can receive the recovery code to access my Facebook account again?

I am having an issue with editing lists on the latest version of Yahoo Mail. In the old system, there was an "Add to list" feature that allowed me to add or remove contacts from specific lists. However, this feature is no longer available. Now, when I try to delete someone from a list, they are completely removed from my contacts as well. How can I delete someone from a specific list without removing them entirely from my contacts?

I forgot the password to my Yahoo account, [redacted] The phone number linked to the account is no longer mine due to a new phone. When I try the forgot password option, it asks to send a verification to the old number. Choosing I don't have access to the phone leads to a reset loop. How can I recover my Yahoo account password? Thank you.

Hello, my name is Ghazal. I have been using the same email address for the past 10 years, but due to frequent moves, I struggle to remember my latest password. Unfortunately, the phone number linked to my Yahoo account is outdated, and the associated email address is unfamiliar to me. While I can still access my emails on my MacBook and iPhone, I need to log in to the website to make necessary changes like blocking specific email addresses. I know all my past passwords and security question answers. Can someone assist me in updating my contact information so I can regain access to my account? Thank you.

I recently created a new Yahoo account and signed up for a membership on a website called Virtualmining.Farm. Initially, I had trouble receiving the first activation email but managed to activate my account with the help of their support team. However, every time I try to log in, I should receive an email notification, which hasn't been happening for my email address "[redacted]" up to now. When seeking help, I discovered on the Privacy Dashboard that Yahoo mail history shows over 50 received emails, yet on the Overview Page, I can only view and read 11 emails. This concerns me as any transactions or withdrawals require clicking a confirmation link sent via email. I am unable to switch to another email, but the system does not allow it. My only option seems to be getting help from Yahoo, possibly by recovering or re-registering with the same email address. I am hopeful that Yahoo can provide guidance and offer the best solution for this issue.

I recently lost access to my phone, which had my email logged in. Unfortunately, I don't remember the password to the email account, and I no longer have that phone number for the recovery process. The account also has a recovery phone number and email attached to it, but I cannot recall them either. Is there a way to change the current email on the account to the one I am providing so I can recover my password and access important documents needed for my career advancement?

I believe my Amazon account has been compromised as I am no longer receiving emails from Amazon. It appears that the hacker may have blocked or redirected Amazon's emails to prevent me from being informed about the situation. Amazon has advised me to ensure I receive their emails. Could you please assist in unblocking Amazon from my email account so that I can receive their communications and address the hacking issue accordingly? Thank you.

Subject: Concern Regarding Data Breach I am reaching out to Yahoo to address a data breach issue that has been affecting me. The breach occurred between [redacted] and [redacted], soon after I received a settlement from the Social Security Administration. Although I am unsure of the exact date, I became aware of the breach when I received an email notification from Yahoo. I also observed foreign-language emails possibly linked to terrorism being sent from my account. Following Yahoo's security protocols, I took steps to secure my account, such as changing my password. For some time, everything appeared normal. However, I later discovered unauthorized use of my email and debit card, with transactions documented on my BankMobile statement. Additionally, fraudulent medical transactions involving my pharmacy, Social Security, and driver's license came to my attention. Subsequently, concerning incidents occurred, including home invasions, car thefts, and ongoing harassment. Despite relocating, these issues persisted. I seek to review my email history to understand the origins of these problems and potentially identify my assailants. As a participant in the class action settlement, I have submitted a claim, indicated by the claim number provided. I would appreciate any information that could shed light on these matters or aid in identifying those responsible. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, J. H.
