I know the passwords for my main email and recovery email. However, when I try to access my main email through the recovery email, it requires phone verification. Unfortunately, the phone number linked to the recovery email is outdated, making it impossible for me to access my main email for years.

This email was previously with ATT.net dialup, and although ATT has closed the account on their end, it seems to still exist within Yahoo's system. I have had a Yahoo email account (personal) for more than a decade. Initially, it was my main account, but I later switched to another vendor's email as my primary. Over time, I logged in less frequently.
