Yesterday, I added over [redacted] new addresses to my contact list and organized half of them into two folders. However, today, my contact list is empty, although the names and emails are still in the folders. When composing an email, the contact list is not available, but I can see email addresses by typing the first letter of the name in the TO field. I am unable to create a new folder without access to my contact list. I only managed to create folders yesterday because I added the contacts for the first time. I desperately need my contact list back without having to re-enter each contact from scratch. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

In either [redacted] or the beginning of [redacted], my Yahoo email ([redacted]) had its password changed, and I either forgot it or someone else logged in and changed it. I tried to recover the account but was unsuccessful. The recovery phone number linked to the account was [redacted], which used to be my number but now belongs to Gail, who understandably won't assist me in recovering it. I would like to regain access to my email, as it contains important information. I can provide any necessary details to prove my identity, but I no longer have access to that phone number. My name is Jeremy Neil Foshee, my date of birth is 08/26/[redacted], and the last passwords I remember are Alabama1 or Kaeden07. My current phone number is [redacted]. Any help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. My current email is [redacted]

This is the third time in three years that I am being denied access to my email due to an "invalid password" error. Despite using the same password for a while and having it saved, why is it suddenly considered invalid? I contacted support a few days ago and was informed that my account was "hacked" and the password was changed by someone else. I followed all the steps to create a new password, saved it, and continued using my email. However, I am now facing the same "invalid password" issue again. I am frustrated and just want to access my email without any further trouble.

Hello,
A few months back, I created an email for my Facebook account but unfortunately, I seem to have forgotten the password. The issue I am encountering is related to setting up a phone number to receive SMS messages, which now seems impossible.
I find myself stuck in a loop trying to resolve this matter and unable to access my account. The email I'm hoping to regain access to is [redacted] Can you assist me in recovering the password?

I am struggling to access my Instagram account because I forgot both the account password and the associated Yahoo email password. Resetting the Instagram password requires access to the linked Yahoo email, but resetting the Yahoo password necessitates verifying a phone number I no longer have access to as I have not used the email in 9 years. I am unable to recover either account due to this predicament. My Yahoo email is [redacted] Your assistance in resolving this matter and regaining access to my Instagram account would be greatly appreciated.

I had been using my legacy email address for over 15 years, which was disconnected 14 months ago when I terminated my AT&T dial-up service. Initially, I was informed that keeping the service was necessary to retain my email address, but later AT&T clarified that it wasn't mandatory. Consequently, upon canceling the dial-up service, my legacy email became inaccessible and stopped working. AT&T stated in December [redacted] that Yahoo would be responsible for restoring my email address and that the process could take up to six months. They advised me to wait for Yahoo to transfer the email address back to me. Now, after fourteen months without my [redacted] email, I am seeking assistance to regain access to both sending and receiving emails through this address. Additionally, I am eager to retrieve all the stored emails associated with [redacted]

I recently purchased a new computer and am experiencing difficulty accessing my account on it. Interestingly, I can still access my account on my old computer because it automatically saves my password. When attempting to recover my password on the new computer, it prompts me to enter missing digits of my phone number, sends a code, and then redirects me to an old email address that I no longer have access to since my divorce from my ex-husband. After indicating that I can't access that email, I receive an error message suggesting to seek help from Yahoo support, which I'm currently trying to do.

My name is Turki S. Alkhuraimi, and I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo email account because I forgot my password. The alternate email I provided, [redacted], has been closed for a long time, and my mobile phone, [redacted][redacted], is not registered for me to receive a new password. I have provided the verification questions, with the answers being "Boeing [redacted]" and "twice a month." Please send the new password to my mobile phone or my email address [redacted] Thank you. A while back in Haiti, I created a yahoo.fr email before switching to a hotmail account. These two emails are linked, along with a phone number I no longer use since I moved to the USA. To access my accounts, I need either the other email or the old number for verification. I can't recall the hotmail password and don't have the old number. I only remember the password for the yahoo email, but I can't log in without the needed verification options. I urgently require assistance to regain access to my yahoo account as it holds the key to most of my belongings.

I am struggling to access my Yahoo account and would like to close it permanently. I have an active Gmail account now since I can't get into my Yahoo mail. I can't remember the password or security answers and don't know the mobile number connected to the account. This has been a frustrating experience, not knowing if my account has been hacked. I've tried multiple times to login with no success, and there's no way to contact Yahoo for help. If my account was hacked, it's concerning for my business contacts and information. Hackers could harm my business reputation. I am willing to verify my identity with a new Gmail email and mobile number. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am Arthur D. and I registered with Yahoo email and finance back in [redacted] while residing in Berlin, NH. I have since moved to FL, AL, and back to N.H., always using [redacted] as my email address. Recently, there was a conflict due to a capitalization error in the address, leading to numerous changes. The latest change required me to act before a deadline or risk losing access to my Yahoo mail. I attempted to close my account but faced difficulty due to using my I-phone and being unable to receive the verification code sent to me. My aim is to permanently close my account to ensure my information remains secure. I am seeking assistance in completing this process as my attempts so far have been unsuccessful. The verification code I received vanished before I could copy it, adding to my challenges as a senior with limited tech skills.

I am experiencing an issue when I try to sign in with my username. The prompt indicates that my email does not exist, even though I am certain I am typing it correctly. I have not even reached the password entry stage. Interestingly, when attempting to create a new account with the same email, I am notified that it already exists. Although I have been active recently, the prompt does not specify that my account is deactivated; it simply states it does not exist. This particular email is crucial to me as it is linked to other accounts that I use for security purposes.
I kindly request Yahoo to provide an update regarding the status of my email account. Understanding why it may have been deactivated, if indeed it was, would be appreciated. Receiving confirmation that the account was deleted would allow me the opportunity to reactivate it. Alternatively, if it is possible to create a new account using the same email address, I would prefer to regain access to my existing account instead.

I am currently facing a challenge with accessing my Yahoo account. I have the account key feature activated, but recently reset my phone to factory settings, which prevents me from receiving the account key notifications. Furthermore, I have changed my phone number, and although calls to the old number are redirected to the new one, texts are not. This situation has left me unable to log in using SMS codes as well. The recovery email is associated with the old phone number, compounding the issue. I am seeking assistance to either receive a call with the login code on my old number or have the account key feature removed so I can log in with my password. Please help me regain access to my Yahoo account.

I have been using the same email account for about 15 years, and now I am unable to access it without having to pay for assistance to "recover" the account. Even when I can access the recovery email and enter the verification code correctly, I receive an error message saying "gone." I need my account unlocked to retrieve my tax information for filing. The service has deteriorated, and it seems many have stopped using it in the past decade. Please unlock my account promptly. Thank you.

I am reaching out on behalf of my aunt, whose email is [redacted] She has been struggling to access her account recently. Upon trying to log in, she received a notification that someone else was attempting to log in simultaneously, and since then, she has been locked out of her account. Due to her limited technological skills, I am assisting her in this matter. While I understand limitations on disclosing personal information, any assistance in regaining access to her account would be greatly appreciated. My aunt is concerned about potential hacking following the alert she received. Additionally, she relies on her Yahoo account to manage her finances, and she is unable to access this information until she regains entry. Thank you for any support you can provide.

My phone has been hacked twice since yesterday, and I've lost control of almost everything. This is why I don't link my Yahoo account directly. I just need to reset my password to start damage control. I rarely use emails, so I may not remember details like groups I visited years ago. I can provide my birthday and last four digits of my social number, along with recovery requests for apps. My Yahoo username is [redacted], and my name is Jeffery (Jeff) Wayne Alexander, born on 4/10/80. I still receive emails from some apps like Jos.A Bank and Camel. If you need any other information, please ask.

Hello,
I am experiencing issues trying to join a Yahoo group. Each time the group admins add me, I receive a message stating that the invitation has expired. I am then prompted to click on the Join button and provide various details, only to be looped back to the initial screen with the same expired invitation message. I have reached out to the admins without resolution. Can anyone offer insight into why I am unable to successfully join the group on Yahoo?
