I am Sana. I recently upgraded my mobile phone and since then, I have been unable to access my Yahoo account ([redacted]). The system requested a recovery mobile number, which I provided, but I have not received any recovery code.
I have been facing this issue for the past three months. Unfortunately, there is no option to enter an alternative email address ([redacted]) or answer secret questions. When I try to log in, the page does not prompt me for a password; instead, it redirects to account key and asks for a mobile number to send the recovery code.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account, [redacted] I forgot my password and attempted to use the two-way verification with my Gmail, [redacted] Although I received a new code through my Gmail, when I entered it, Yahoo is now asking for a code through my phone number +[redacted]68, which I never received. I am currently able to access my emails on my phone, but I am hesitant to close it for fear of losing access to my emails.

I'm currently in Australia and trying to log into my Yahoo email account. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, but I have a phone number for password reset verification. After receiving the text with the verification code, I enter it, but then the process repeats itself, asking for another text message. Strangely, I never receive the second text, even after waiting and trying to resend. Clicking on "Try another method" yields no results. This situation is frustrating as I've changed my phone and have important accounts linked to my Yahoo email that I can't access. I can't seem to find any contact information for Yahoo support.

My Yahoo email address is not being recognized.
I recently created the account and it was working fine for two days. However, tonight on my MacBook, I received an error message stating that my email address cannot be recognized. The same issue is happening on my iPhone and the Yahoo mail website.
I tried following Yahoo's instructions to use my recovery phone number or email address to receive a verification code, but unfortunately, I did not receive any codes. No messages were sent to my recovery phone number or email address.
I am unsure what caused this issue with my Yahoo mail address and would like to know how I can recover it.

I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account as I have forgotten both the password and security details for my Yahoo email account. I used the Yahoo email to create my Facebook in [redacted]. Facebook keeps asking for my Yahoo password, which I can't remember. When I try the "forgot password" option on Facebook, they send a verification code to my forgotten Yahoo email. I would like Facebook to offer the option to send the verification code to an alternative email or phone number. Please consider sending it to [redacted] or +[redacted]69. Alternatively, I suggest resolving this issue by allowing Yahoo to email Facebook a copy of my Kenyan National identity card, which contains my personal information like name and birthdate.

I'm having trouble with the verification process for my account. Although I remember my password and should be able to log in, my old device's damaged screen is making it impossible to access verification codes. I've also lost the phone number linked to my account, and the device is no longer working to receive codes. I am looking for a private customer service address for T-Mobile. I am reaching out regarding Yahoo Mail. I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and reside in France.
My issue is with the frequent Yahoo Mail security checks that prompt me to re-enter my name and send a code via SMS, which often takes multiple attempts to work. I find this process cumbersome and would prefer a streamlined approach similar to Gmail, occurring once a month or with quicker SMS notifications upon login attempts.
I would appreciate a prompt response to address this concern, or else, I may consider closing my account.
Furthermore, I have noticed a change in the functionality where the old version used to automatically find emails when typing in the "To:" field, even if not in my contacts. I am experiencing difficulty with this feature in the current version.

My apartment was burglarized, and my password book was stolen, resulting in my accounts being hacked, including my main email account, [redacted] The password has been altered, and I am unable to access the account.
