I accidentally purchased the WWE 2K23 Icon Edition twice, once in February using Xbox gift cards and a credit card on my old Xbox console, and again in March on my new Xbox using a credit card. Due to my old console breaking, I never received the MLB The Show 23 pre-order that should have been in my owned games list in the Microsoft Store. I paid for the MLB The Show 23 pre-order for Xbox One using Xbox gift cards.

I recently sold my Xbox One S to a young boy, and it was the Minecraft edition. I did a factory reset but accidentally deleted Minecraft when I selected to save games and apps. After reconnecting and setting up the Xbox for the boy, we discovered his account was set to family, restricting access. Despite buying the game again, it disappeared after another reset. I'm trying to get a refund for one of the purchases since I'm on a tight budget but wanted to keep my promise to the boy. I recently powered on my Xbox Series X, but when I tried to load a game, the screen went black and I couldn't navigate back to the home menu. Despite multiple attempts to restart the console following online instructions, including resetting the Xbox to a lower quality mode and checking the HDMI cable, the issue persists. I also removed a disc that was in the console, unplugged it, and tried again without success. The console behaves normally otherwise, as I can turn it off using the controller, but the black screen problem remains. It seems to be a display issue, but I haven't found a solution yet. I authorized my son to use my credit card for a £4.99 purchase on Saturday, March 18th. However, I expected him to remove my card from his Xbox afterward. Unfortunately, he didn't, and he managed to accumulate £[redacted].55 in charges between April 12th and May 5th, [redacted], making unauthorized purchases on his Xbox. As a single parent living with MS, I am unable to afford this unexpected bill. Given that my initial approval was only for the one purchase on March 18th, I am kindly requesting a refund for the subsequent unauthorized transactions.

I am having trouble accessing my Xbox account that I use to buy games and subscriptions. I forgot the password to the account, which I created a while ago. The email linked to the account is [redacted] and the username is Hoax Elite. I have tried multiple account recovery forms, but none of them seem to work. I have filled out over 20 forms without success. I really need to regain access to my account because I cannot play many of the games I have downloaded. I purchased the Minecraft game on a disc about a year or two ago. Today, I encountered an error code preventing me from using it. I'm attempting to restart it now, but if the issue persists, I will be frustrated. I do not have an Xbox Live subscription, as this is a disc version, yet it prompts me to renew a subscription when I log in, which is confusing and frustrating. I purchased a season pass for the Infinite Warfare game on 6-7-[redacted] with the understanding that it would be a lifetime purchase based on my grandson's recommendation. My Xbox issues have left me unable to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 properly. I missed half of season 3 and now season 4. After finding my previous profile with prestige level 7 and six months of gameplay progress, I'm frustrated with the wasted time. Despite seeking help on various forums and Xbox support, the quick play multiplayer mode now requires a purchase on my new profile. Hello, I'm seeking assistance regarding the recurrent issues we've encountered with Xbox controllers. I purchased the “A Plague Tale Bundle” game, which I realized is only compatible with Xbox X|S consoles, not mine. The first game in the bundle works fine, but the second game won't download or open on my console. After contacting Xbox support, they advised me to email for a refund. I used a $30.21 Xbox gift card towards the $79.99 bundle purchase, with the second game costing $39.99. I would like a $40.00 refund either as Microsoft credit or returned to my credit card.
