I purchased an Xbox on November 27th. I got the Xbox Live Gold subscription for 3 months for $15. However, it shows that the subscription expired on November 29th. I also paid a dollar for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but I'm not sure if it's the same as Xbox Live because I can't find some features on my screen. Can someone clarify if Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate are the same thing?

My child accidentally spilled liquid into the fan of our Xbox One S, causing it not to turn on. While I am considering purchasing a new one, I need immediate assistance transferring all the Fortnite content to another platform, specifically the PS4. I have a payment due for my Xbox Live subscription that I've been trying to pay for about two days now. Each time I attempt to pay on my Xbox, it loads for a bit but then I receive an error message saying to try again due to a service issue. When I try on my phone, it tells me I can't use the card and to pay another way. I tried another card, but I'm still getting the same error message. I have a $15 gift card, and the website is saying I owe $16.04, but I never authorized any charges beyond the card's balance. I am frustrated because I can't access my games, and I may have to involve authorities as I feel ripped off. While I appreciate the affordable items, I cannot even purchase Xbox Live for $1.04. I purchased the 1-month $1 Ultimate Game Pass on 11/2/[redacted]. Shortly after, my account was charged again on 11/4/[redacted] for the same pass, even though I had already bought it. On 11/14/[redacted], I acquired the 3-month $1 Ultimate Game Pass. A refund of $1 was issued on 12/1/[redacted]. After getting the 3-month pass, the 1-month subscription disappeared from my Xbox settings. However, I am now receiving notices that I'm past due and owe around $17, which seems incorrect for only a month. It appears there was a glitch where the 3-month pass was replaced with the 1-month pass. I would like a refund for the 3-month pass or for the subscription problem to be fixed. I have receipts with dates if needed.

I purchased Halo Reach using my PayPal account on Xbox One. Unfortunately, the game is not appearing in the 'My Games' section. I've noticed that Xbox Live has deducted funds from my account four times, which is confusing as I've checked my son's Xbox and there were no expected payments to be made. On the 4th of December, $37.95 was taken twice, and on the 2nd of December, $37.95 was taken once along with $14.95. Surprisingly, my card was canceled and I'm uncertain why these charges occurred. I disconnected my Xbox One to take it to a friend's house. Upon reconnecting it at my friend's place, an issue occurred where it prompted me to troubleshoot. When I select "continue," the screen goes black without progress. Opting to reset the Xbox presents the option to keep games and apps, but after making the selection, the Xbox turns off. Upon rebooting, the same continue or reset screen reappears. I am unsure why it has reset itself and seek advice on how to resolve this unexpected reset issue. Thank you for any help.

The refurbished Xbox is now not working, and I've tried contacting customer support through phone calls and emails without success.
