I have noticed unauthorized charges on my bank account which caused an overdraft. On 2/06/19, my son used my card to buy a one-month subscription, resulting in $10.55 charges twice on the same day, which were not authorized. Additionally, on the same day, there was a charge of $31.67, unauthorized, for purchasing a game at Game Stop which was already paid for in cash. On 2/22/19, $10.55 was charged again, which was also unauthorized. These charges led to a $36.00 overdraft fee. I had to close my debit card, causing inconvenience with my recurring bills. I have associated my card with phone and utility bills. I need these charges refunded and request an associate to follow up. I can be reached at [redacted]. My name is Patricia B. My email linked to the account is [redacted] My son previously requested no recurring charges to be allowed on his account in December [redacted].

My partner and I share one Xbox console. While I was using my account, I attempted to buy the $60 pack of Apex Coins on Apex Legends. Despite accepting the charge, I didn't get the in-game currency, and the $60 charge didn't show up on my account. After confirming it wasn't a glitch, I tried again, only to encounter the same issue with no transaction appearing. Strangely, when I signed into my partner's Xbox account (not logged into Apex Legends), it showed she received $[redacted] worth of Apex Coins, even though she didn't make the purchase. I'm hoping to have the original transaction credited to my account correctly, as I don't want to be mistakenly charged twice for something I didn't receive initially.

I am looking for assistance regarding a recent communication ban that I received. While playing Rainbow Six Siege, I encountered some players who team killed me for picking a certain character. This resulted in a 4 v 5 disadvantage for me in multiple matches, causing my rank to decrease. Despite reporting these instances, it seems the other players were not reprimanded but somehow managed to get me banned. I am frustrated by this unfair treatment and the impact it has had on my gaming experience. Additionally, the quiz I was required to take was difficult to navigate on mobile. I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve this issue and would like to request to be unbanned promptly. The current situation is unacceptable, and I hope for a resolution as soon as possible.

I was billed $9.99 on February 11th for a service we didn't request. I need a refund for this unauthorized charge. My son made a $38.99 purchase on December 25th, which was correct. However, the $9.99 charge on February 11th should not have happened. I want this amount credited back to my account. The account is under my son's name, Anthony, registered with the email [redacted] It's frustrating there isn't weekend support for these billing issues. Xbox (Microsoft) should consider providing customer service outside of regular business hours considering the frequency of charges.

Our Xbox Live account seems to be linked to the wrong Epic Games account, preventing us from cross-playing on different consoles. Despite my attempts to unlink it on the Epic Games site, I am unable to verify my email due to it already being associated with the Xbox Live account. I am seeking assistance in redirecting the link to the correct Epic account to enable cross-play. If this is not possible, it appears our only option may be to create a new Xbox Live account and reinstall Fortnite with a fresh Epic account. It would be helpful to explore alternative solutions before resorting to starting over. If resolving the current Xbox Live/Epic Games link is not feasible, please advise on the best approach to proceed. Thank you for your understanding.

I have been an Xbox owner for over three years, having switched from PlayStation. Starting with the One S and then upgrading to the One X, I am a big fan of the Xbox system. However, I am experiencing ongoing problems with the Xbox headset, specifically the basic one with one ear for hearing and the mic, priced at $25-30. Despite purchasing multiple headsets and putting warranties on them, I have been facing issues with the cord connection wearing out quickly, leading to scratching sounds and bad feedback. I recently tried Turtle Beach headphones for gaming but prefer the comfort of the Xbox headset for certain games. I am curious if others have encountered similar problems and if there are any solutions available. I appreciate your time and feedback on this matter. Thank you.

Earlier, I reached out about an issue with my Xbox One not allowing me to log in with my gamer tag that I've had since seventh grade. I failed to mention that it prompted me to fill out verification details online to confirm my identity, but I didn't receive the email with the code on my phone after doing so three times. If this problem persists, and I lose my gamer tag, I'm considering selling my Xbox and never purchasing one again. I've been a loyal supporter since the original Xbox, and while I dislike PlayStation, losing my progress would be devastating as I got it for Halo. If needed, I can provide my ID to prove my identity. My name is Russell Vance, and I've reached out on Facebook using the email [redacted], matching my name everywhere except on Xbox due to my love for Halo.

I am encountering an issue with my Xbox One. We have an Xbox Live account and an Xbox Gold subscription that renewed on the 26th. However, whenever I attempt to play Fortnite, an error message appears stating, "Connect to Xbox Live - To start Fortnite, make sure you're online and signed in. (0x87dd001a)." Despite confirming my network connection and restarting the router, the problem persists.
Furthermore, my sister's Xbox Live subscription led to all accounts being removed after she restarted our Xbox. While I successfully recovered my account (Nessababe3), she has been unable to access hers. How can her Xbox Live account be switched to the new account without incurring duplicate charges?

Recently, I've encountered issues with my Xbox Live account and games. On December 28th, I bought Battlefield 5 to play online but faced an error stating I didn't have online privileges. Despite requesting a refund, the matter was unresolved. Then, on March 2nd, I purchased Metro Exodus, which worked initially. However, logging in today, my Xbox experienced a glitch, uninstalling Metro without permission, rendering me unable to access any games or updates. I seek a refund for the removed game that wasn't reimbursed to my credit card. Additionally, I wish to cancel my Xbox Live account as I no longer intend to use it. Attempts to contact support via phone were unsuccessful. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

While playing Xbox with friends, I accidentally dropped my controller with a wired headset connected. After reinserting the batteries and reconnecting the headset, I received the "we can't find a microphone" error message when trying to join the party. I attempted troubleshooting steps like updating the controller, hard resetting the Xbox, and unplugging the power cord, to no avail. Even after testing a different mic, the problem persisted with the controller not recognizing any headset. Typically, there is an option under settings to adjust audio settings for the TV and mic when a headset is connected, but this was not appearing. It appears the issue may lie with a potential fault in the controller's audio jack.

Yesterday, I performed a console reset by selecting the option "reset and keep my games & apps." Unfortunately, after doing this, I lost access to my original gamertag/profile when trying to log back in using the same email. Instead, I ended up with a different gamertag/profile that I don't recognize. My original gamertag is Selfmadewill95. I have purchased a lot of content on my Xbox One X, including Xbox Live. The serial number for my Xbox is [redacted]17. I am unable to play my digital download games or use some apps now. I have tried the support number, but it doesn't connect me to a live representative. If someone could assist me directly, I would appreciate it.

On Saturday, March 2, [redacted], I encountered difficulties with the UFC.TV app on XBOX Live when trying to purchase a PPV event. Despite being charged, I repeatedly received an error message stating the UFC server was unavailable. Unable to watch the event through XBOX Live, I ultimately bought it on Amazon and viewed it on my Apple computer without issues.
After contacting Xbox support on March 3, I initiated a refund claim. On March 4, Microsoft Support replied that my order was not eligible for a refund without further explanation.
Due to this experience and ongoing poor streaming quality, I no longer trust XBOX Live for UFC events and will explore alternative viewing options.
Disappointed by the lack of customer care and denial of a refund, I am leaning towards utilizing services like Amazon, Playstation, or AppleTV instead.

My child's Xbox suddenly displayed an error message mentioning that it was shut down due to an issue that we are unsure of. We believe it might be related to a report. I would like to discuss this matter with someone in Billing. Firstly, I need clarification on what was reported against my child. Secondly, I would like to know the current status of the Xbox. Do I need to discard it, or can it be fixed? Lastly, I feel it is unfair to continue being charged a monthly fee when the service is not being provided effectively.

On Sunday afternoon, I received a notification that my Xbox account phone number had been removed. When I attempted to log back in, my password was not recognized. Despite my attempts to reset the password, it seems that my email is no longer associated with the account. This situation is frustrating as I have invested in several games and an Xbox Live subscription. My main priority is regaining access to my account, which seems to have been compromised. While trying to create a new account and add my phone number, I was prompted to verify an unfamiliar email address, likely belonging to the hacker. I am reluctant to repurchase items I already own and have lost contact with my friends through the account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

When I play "Call of Duty WWII," I often encounter players in the lobby who start verbally abusing me through their headsets, making threats of violence and harm towards my family. In response to one particularly aggressive individual, I merely sent a message telling them to stop their behavior. Unfortunately, they reported my message, resulting in a ban from Xbox Live. It seems unfair that at 37 years old, playing an adult-rated game, I am now facing consequences for trying to defend myself against such inappropriate behavior. I believe Xbox's immediate banning process lacks proper investigation into such incidents. I hope my communication ban is lifted soon, as I feel unjustly punished for standing up against abuse. Thank you for addressing this matter.

My 12-year-old cousin took my card and made unauthorized purchases since [redacted]. I recently discovered this when my bank notified me of a $[redacted].60 overdraft. After speaking to my aunt and finding out the card was linked to an Xbox account, I cancelled the claim I previously filed with the bank. I now seek a refund for the games my cousin bought without my knowledge as I am currently unemployed and unable to cover these expenses. I hope to resolve this issue to prevent any impact on my credit. Thank you for your assistance.

I attended a party with my friend, and I received an important invitation from someone else, so I stepped out briefly with the intention to return promptly. Unexpectedly, my absence prolonged, and my friend jokingly threatened me on the phone with a playful remark that if I didn't rejoin, he would "beat me up" (just a harmless inside joke between us). I assured him I'd be back in 10 minutes, but when he messaged me on Xbox 5 minutes later, I repeated our jest to get banned. Later, he called me upset, and mentioned reporting me for not rejoining, mistaking our friendly banter for a serious issue - resulting in my ban. He is willing to explain the situation to support my account if necessary. Could you kindly assist me with this matter?

While playing GTA V on Xbox One online mode, a player consistently killed me and harassed me through messages. In response, I sent a brief message which led to being banned from communicating on Xbox Live. This ban prohibits me from joining party chats with friends or playing games with them. The player causing issues goes by the gamertag Smartcesarlol. I seek to be unbanned promptly and urge for appropriate action to be taken against the harassing player. My Xbox gamertag is Carino21.

On June 3rd, [redacted], I purchased a copy of State of Decay 2: Ultimate Edition (#[redacted]). Subsequently, I encountered issues with the game and requested a refund (Case Number [redacted]). Despite being informed that a refund could not be granted, I followed instructions to contact my bank to dispute the charge. After initiating the process as advised, I never received the refund. Recently, I reached out to support again (Case Number [redacted]) regarding my refund request and was directed to use the refund page on Xbox. I submitted a refund request within 14 days of purchase, citing the associated case number, but it was promptly denied. Case number for the refund request is [redacted].

I submitted this message on March 6th at 5:00 PM.
I am appealing the decision made regarding the game I purchased. I expected a complete game, but it is not as advertised. Numerous reviews on your website and other platforms highlight this issue. I am seeking to discuss this matter with a manager who can reverse this decision. I am also considering legal advice in the meantime. It is disappointing that a reputable company like Microsoft is not addressing the sale of a faulty game through its online service. I am willing to accept an online credit to resolve this situation. It is unreasonable to inform a customer that they must accept a defective product without recourse. I anticipate a prompt response to my request.
