I am frustrated with the ongoing issues I am facing with my XFX RX [redacted] 4GB card despite trying various troubleshooting steps like using the DDU uninstaller, installing updates, and changing cables. Games keep crashing, recording games leads to immediate crashes, and certain applications refuse to open. I believe it's a hardware problem because even though the DDU installer temporarily helped, the problems persisted. I am considering switching to a GeForce card due to the lack of resolution from customer service. I want a replacement or a refund for the $[redacted] I paid in cash. Please process the RMA for my card promptly.

I recently purchased the AMD RX [redacted] from Amazon along with a warranty and a new PSU, the Corsair CX Series [redacted] W. Initially, everything was running smoothly until my computer unexpectedly shut off after playing Total War: Warhammer 2 for approximately 2.8 hours on mid to high settings. I assumed it could be a loose plug and ignored it, only to discover the next day that the computer wouldn't power on despite being plugged in. After troubleshooting, I realized that my computer could only turn on if the power supply's PCI-e wasn't connected to the graphics card. Further tests confirmed that the issue didn't lie with the PSU but seemed to be related to the graphics card. I'm wondering if I can either repair it or if it's eligible for a replacement.

Over the years, I have purchased XFX cards, and they have been satisfactory. Recently, I bought the XFX RX [redacted] 8GB. After watching Gamers Nexus on YouTube, I noticed the poor quality of the heat sinks, especially concerning the heat sensitivity of DDR6. Consequently, I have decided not to purchase the 5700XT from XFX. It might be beneficial for XFX to study Sapphire cards for better cooling solutions, as it appears that there were cost-cutting measures on the [redacted] series. If you check the email address, you would see it is registered to an XFX card. I hope XFX improves the cooling on the 5700XT models as the current cooling seems inadequate given the higher price compared to other brands. Until the heat issue is addressed, I will refrain from buying more XFX cards. Remember, flashy design won't make up for poor cooling performance.

I had a PSU that stopped working 2-4 months after purchase from a local store. It's still under warranty, so I sent it to the Netherlands for repair/replacement in China. After two months, XFX is not helping and wants me to pay for import taxes and other costs, which is more than the PSU's price. They have not returned the item, and I feel very disappointed and frustrated. Testing and replacing it should be simple, but XFX is making it needlessly complicated. As a customer facing job disruptions and extra expenses, I am upset by the lack of support and won't be purchasing XFX products again.

Dear community, I successfully installed Mojave and Win10 on my Mac Pro 5,1 with the pixlas mod using the Sapphire RX [redacted] Pulse. However, my new XFX Radeon VII is only physically running but not being recognized as a GPU. The ATI 2600XT, AMD [redacted], and EFI-flashed Nvidia GTX [redacted] Ti are all recognized and working, except on Mojave. The XFX Radeon VII shows no electrical output, with the display staying in sleep mode on HDMI and DP ports. The GPU lights up, impellers spin during boot, but do not turn off due to not being detected by Mojave or Windows 10. The AMD driver detection tool also did not find a device for the driver. I tried to retrieve my password for my XFX account at [redacted], but did not receive a response despite checking the spam folder. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Rainer Wolf at Lakestudios

I bought an XFX RX [redacted] Black Edition from Best Buy for my first gaming rig and encountered problems with high frame rates causing screen blanking and artifacts. After upgrading my monitor, I am still limited to 120Hz and have to cap frame rates to improve performance. I suspect the issue lies with the graphics card, as others have experienced the same issue resolved only by changing to a different GPU brand or model. I've resorted to underclocking and undervolting the card to mitigate the problem.

I submitted a support ticket on xfxsupport.com on 12/2/[redacted] at 12:16:05 AM (Ticket n° T[redacted]) and also emailed [redacted] about my non-responsive RX-580P8DFD6 graphic card. The card stopped working abruptly and I have troubleshooted it thoroughly. The system fails to power on when the RX [redacted] is installed, whereas it works fine without it. I have tested the graphic card on another PC with the same result. The reported fault is no display and no power on. I seek clarification on the warranty (valid till 1/16/[redacted]) status of my product and a viable solution.

I am attempting to upgrade my graphics card to the XFX Radeon RX570. I have uninstalled my previous NVidia card and software. Upon booting into regular Windows 10 mode, I noticed the Intel HD chipset video driver listed in the "Device Manager Display adapters." I accessed the BIOS and set the Graphics source to PCIe. However, after inserting the XFX graphics card into the slot with the power adapter, no video output is displayed. When I remove the card, the system reverts back to the motherboard's Intel HD graphics driver. I am unable to proceed with the XFX driver installation without the card in place, but when inserted, there is no video output to continue with the installation. My computer is an ASUS CG8350 with a 500W power supply, 16GB of RAM, and a 3.4 GHz Intel i7 chip.

I am seeking assistance with replacing my PCIe graphics card. I bought the XFX Radeon RX*** and uninstalled the previous Nvidia card and software. When I try to install the XFX graphics card and power adapter, there is no video output, and the system reverts back to using the onboard Intel HD graphics. I am unable to proceed with installing the XFX driver because I can't get any video output once the card is inserted. My computer is an ASUS CG**** with a **W power supply, ** GB of RAM, and a *.* Ghz Intel * chip. I have also switched the Graphics source to PCIe in the BIOS. Any guidance or instructions on how to successfully install and use the XFX graphics card would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir, I recently purchased an XFX Radeon VII from Amazon and have encountered issues when trying to use it with both my X470 and X570 motherboards. Despite following troubleshooting steps like installing new software, contacting Amazon support, and even reinstalling Windows, I still receive an error that the GPU is missing when attempting to use it as the primary graphics card. Even when used as a secondary GPU, a yellow triangle appears. I have only had the GPU for two days.

Hello, my name is Wasiq Ahmed, and I am from the UAE. I recently formatted my PC and reinstalled the AMD software for my XFX RX 580XXX Edition OC+. I installed the software correctly from the AMD website. However, after installation, the software prompted me to restart the PC. Upon restarting, the screen went black with no boot signal, but the GPU fans and lights were still working. I believe this issue might be due to the AMD software installation. Please assist me in fixing this GPU matter. I can be reached at +[redacted]05. I look forward to your response.

Hello, this morning, when I powered on my computer, I noticed vertical green dotted lines on the manufacturer screen of the motherboard, followed by a black screen. After restarting, the issue resolved itself. However, when running Superposition and the 1080p High Benchmark, the temperature spiked and flickering started. Any activity beyond basic browsing causes flickering, leading to crashes if not quickly closed. My PC specifications are as follows: Ryzen 7 [redacted], Asrock B450 Pro4, 16 GB Corsair RAM at 3000MHz, Corsair CX600 PSU, 1 TB WD Blue HDD, and [redacted] GB HP S700 M.2 SSD. I also experienced a previous problem where the GPU would constantly run at [redacted]% utilization when playing Minecraft. The screen flickered a couple of times while I was writing this. I am hopeful that there is a solution to address these issues. Best regards, Dini.

I am experiencing an issue with my graphics card that causes my computer to crash when playing games. The fans on the graphics card go to full speed, and I lose video output until I manually turn off the PC. I bought the card from Amazon UK in March [redacted]. I have not attempted any fixes that involve disassembling the card to avoid voiding the warranty. Is there a way to resolve this issue under warranty? Can I get a replacement or repair? I have a 24-hour charity gaming livestream planned for August 1st and would like to have this problem fixed before then. Thank you. - M.

Dear XFX Team, Two years ago, I assembled a new PC which included an XFX AMD Radeon RX [redacted]. I noticed that the framerate in games was lower than expected based on benchmarks and videos. Recently, the situation has worsened, with my computer crashing frequently during gameplay. I have tested different components (CPU, RAM, PSU) but unfortunately, nothing has fixed the issue. My configuration: - Ryzen 5 [redacted] - XFX Radeon RX [redacted] - 2x8GB DDR4 3000MHz - ASUS Prime B450M-A - [redacted] Watt be quiet Pure Power 11 80+ Gold Is it possible to have a new graphics card sent to me, or is there another solution? Looking forward to a positive response. Kind regards, Matthias Blehm

Hello, my name is Rodrigo from Argentina. I am experiencing issues with XFX products from www.xfxforce.com. In [redacted], I purchased two Radeon RX-[redacted] cards (RX-560P4SFG5) which started facing technical problems recently when used in crossfire mode. The issues include system freezes, black screens, USB ports being unresponsive, and pixelation errors. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like updating drivers, changing hardware, and testing different power supply units without success. I contacted XFX for support by following their process of product registration, technical support ticket, and potentially requesting an RMA. Unfortunately, after opening a ticket (T[redacted]) in July, I have not received any response. Their internal chat, email, and phone support ([redacted]) have not been helpful. I am hoping to resolve this issue with a complete RMA. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I recently purchased an RX 6700XT graphics card on Amazon because it was part of the Starfield game bundle promotion. I visited AMD's official website, which directed me to the distributors, and I chose Amazon. On Amazon, there is an AMD section listing eligible products for the promotion, including the graphics card I purchased. However, when I tried to register it with XFX, it says that the product is not eligible for any promotion. I would like to know what happened with this discrepancy.
