Hello Twitter Support,
I recently updated my profile with my correct birthdate on my 18th birthday. However, I received a notification that my account was created before I turned 13. I followed the instructions and submitted my ID as requested. An email confirmed that my account would be re-activated, but it has not been resolved yet since last Friday.
I have come across similar issues with Twitter's age verification online, and I admit it is quite frustrating. I was honest about my age discrepancy and have not heard back from Twitter via email. I would appreciate it if someone from Twitter could reach out to me regarding this matter. Thank you.

Hello Twitter Support,
I recently celebrated my 18th birthday and updated my profile to reflect my correct birthdate. Despite this, I received a notification that my account was created when I was under 13 years old. I followed the instructions to submit a photo of my ID as requested. I received an email confirming that my account would be reactivated, but it has been several days now with no progress.
I've come across others experiencing similar issues with Twitter's age verification process online. I am feeling frustrated as I try to rectify this. While I admit my account was created before I turned 13, I have been transparent about it and complied with the verification process. I haven't received any further communication from Twitter via email, and I am becoming increasingly exasperated.

Hello, I am writing to address a pressing matter we have noticed on Twitter within our fandom. Several accounts, including @softjoanne, @dbuzzdowden, @kgmbuswell, @buswell_, and @diannebuswell__, have been unjustly suspended due to reports of impersonation. It is disheartening to see innocent users losing access to years of memories without having violated any rules. Meanwhile, there are accounts with inappropriate content that seem to go unchecked. This double standard is perplexing and needs to be rectified. I urge the platform to investigate this issue promptly and take necessary actions to resolve it. Thank you for your attention.

Hello,
I am Mahammad Zafir from Saudi Arabia. Recently, I have been facing distressing situations involving blackmail and threats from an impersonated Twitter account under the username @y1QMAYR9gHxnfrd, created with my real name and personal picture. This account is causing harm to my reputation and engaging in identity theft, blackmail, and defamation. Upon my lawyer's advice, I am reaching out urgently to request the swift closure of this account to mitigate any further damage. I am prepared to take legal action against the impersonator and the platform facilitating these actions.
Thank you,
Mahammad Zafir

While on vacation in Malaysia, I received a concerning message stating that my account was locked due to unusual behavior that violated Twitter Rules. The phone number listed is outdated as I now have a Malaysian number. I have been experiencing internet issues causing error messages, possibly triggering this unexpected action. The slow internet speed led to posting errors, prompting suspicions of computer viruses. I am perplexed as I live a simple life and don't see how I could have broken any rules. The instructions to unlock require verifying the Canadian phone number, outdated since I've been in Malaysia since [redacted] due to illness. I hope to resolve this issue soon, acknowledging the challenges of dealing with erratic Malaysian internet.

Hello, I am a law school student who has started creating websites to support myself financially and pay my rent. Unfortunately, my account has recently been suspended without any clear reason. If it's due to inactivity, I understand, but I rely on my websites to sustain myself. The specific issue relates to my Twitter account @leadingmobile3.
On a related note, I have another Twitter account that remains active, along with a website I designed myself. I support my studies with the earnings from these websites, in addition to my scholarship. I emphasize that both websites and Twitter accounts were created simultaneously. While the content differs, it adheres to all legal requirements.
I am seeking assistance urgently, as I am running a crucial sales campaign and updating my Twitter accounts. I kindly ask for my accounts to be reinstated. I strive to maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions online. Your support in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have encountered an issue with accessing my Twitter account, which I've had for nearly eight years. I initially created the account when I was under 13, as my mother set it up for me. Due to this, when Twitter detected this discrepancy, it asked for verification through a photo ID. Unfortunately, I mistakenly selected the wrong option on the form. I need assistance to rectify this situation, as the current request for a photo ID won't validate my age accurately. Access to my account is crucial as it is used for communication within my college and summer baseball teams. I can provide identification to verify that I am currently 20 years old.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my Twitter accounts. My original account, B. Hurley @bunnyhur, from Canada joined in May [redacted], seems to have been attached to another account, Bonita Hurley @pimkbrain, from Canada joined in April [redacted]. I initially opened the pimkbrain account when I lost access to bunnyhur temporarily. Now, when I try to log into bunnyhur, I am redirected to pimkbrain without any other options. I suspect this might have been caused by accidentally hitting "everything" while clearing history. When I changed laptops a few years ago, I also faced a similar issue logging into bunnyhur until Twitter set it up for me. To access my bunnyhur account, I have been relying on a bookmarked link to avoid losing it. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue, as I am not very knowledgeable about technology. The last time I faced a similar problem, it was resolved from Twitter's end.

My account was disabled due to an error in my birthdate year, wrongly indicating that I was under 13 when I created it in April [redacted]. I opted for parental approval, but lack the means to follow the required steps as we do not have a computer or printer to complete the forms for verification. I am unsure how to proceed without the necessary equipment to submit the required documentation to Twitter for restoring my account.

I have two Twitter accounts, coach_soares and RaelDonaldTrump. I accidentally created two additional accounts while trying to resolve an issue. One account is for personal use, while the other was created as a joke. I want to repurpose the unused account for business. I managed to secure the @ identity, but it was linked to the wrong username. I would like @SweetHealCBD to be associated with the coach_soares account instead of the RaelDonaldTrump one. Can you assist with this? Thank you.

To Whom It May Concern,
I manage a Twitter fan account dedicated to the cartoon Adventure Time with the username @AdventreTime. I have been operating this account since January [redacted] and have gathered nearly 10,[redacted] followers. I am reaching out regarding the inactive account @AdventureTime, which was claimed in [redacted] but has not been used since then. The previous owner has no affiliation with the show, and Adventure Time concluded in September [redacted] without an official Twitter presence. Given that the account has been dormant for over 5 years, I kindly request its removal per Twitter's policy on inactive accounts.
I do not seek to mislead others by claiming to be an official source, as my account is clearly labeled as "Adventure Time Fans." Therefore, I respectfully ask for the inactive @AdventureTime handle to be released, either to me or as per Twitter's guidelines. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
A.M.

Upon realizing that I had initially entered the wrong birthdate on my account when I was underage, I promptly corrected this once I turned 18. However, my account was understandably locked. Twitter then offered to delete my tweets and unlock my account if I could provide proof of being 18. Despite sending clear pictures of my ID multiple times, I received no response. Following Twitter's automated instructions, I attempted to provide evidence of parental consent and legal responsibility, along with identification from my parent, yet I still have not heard back after three months of submitting tickets and age verification. Despite their assurances to lift the suspension and restore my account, I have not received any resolution.

My account was locked when I created it at 12 years old. I am now 20 and need to regain access to contact my high school friends. I've contacted Twitter at [redacted], submitted verification documents, and made multiple appeals. Unfortunately, my case was closed without notice and I'd like to appeal again. Despite submitting requests via the help page, it seems my account has not been reviewed. I'm willing to have tweets from when I was underage deleted. Please help me recover my account. Thank you.

When I created my Twitter account, I made myself older since I was under the required age at the time. Recently, I tried to update my age to be accurate, but Twitter detected I was underage when I first signed up and locked me out. I submitted a request to reopen my account about 3 or 4 weeks ago but have not received any response. Unfortunately, there are limited ways to contact Twitter for help besides through the platform itself, which I currently cannot access. It seems unnecessary for them to lock me out entirely; they could have simply removed any content I posted when underage and allowed me to continue using my account now that I am of age.

I created my account when I was 12 and attempted to update my birth year once I turned 18. However, when I tried to make this correction, my account got suspended. I accidentally clicked on the link asking for parental approval instead of confirming that I made the account before turning 13 and now being over that age. I was rushing on my phone and cannot go back to select the right option to lift the suspension on my account.

Hello, I am Barry Morrell. I am struggling to log in to my verified accounts. I am aware that accounts can be deleted if not accessed. Can someone assist me in recovering one or both of my accounts? Losing them would greatly impact my career as I have accumulated over [redacted],[redacted] fans across both accounts.
My personal verified account is @barrymorrelll with the associated email [redacted]
My band account is @twinpinesss with the associated email [redacted]
I would greatly appreciate any help in restoring either both or at least one of my accounts. It took years to build such a large fan base through my music, and losing them would greatly affect my career. Could you please assist me in any way possible?
Thank you.

Today, I created a new account on Twitch.tv to kickstart my channel and gain followers for my Stream. I immediately headed to profile editing, added a profile picture, background photo, and verified my cell phone number. However, when I tried to follow some content creators I like and sent my first tweet, I received an error stating I couldn't follow anyone. I reached out for support and was told my account was locked for allegedly violating the Terms of Service, even though I haven't breached any rules. Being locked out from taking any action before starting is frustrating. My account is now stuck, preventing me from tweeting or following users, which is hindering my plans to build a community using my desired username. The Twitter flagging system seems flawed and unfair. I hope to get this issue resolved as receiving automated responses to my support tickets is not helping me at all.

Dear Support Team,
We have been facing challenges trying to verify our account for over a year without any success. Despite your website stating that verifications are on hold, many new clients have already been verified which is impacting our business sales significantly.
Please find attached our articles of incorporation for your review.
Our website is www.tvtickets.com, and we can be found on social media platforms using the handle @tvtickets123.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I, along with many others, encountered an issue on Twitter where changing our date of birth resulted in being permanently locked out. Despite appealing honestly because we were under 13 at the time of account creation but are now older, it only worsened the situation. After struggling with this for years, many of us feel that the account age should not matter as long as we are currently over 13. It has been challenging to reach out to Twitter for assistance as the platform itself is inaccessible due to the lockout. Although I am familiar with the terms and EU guidelines, I, like many others, hold a differing viewpoint on this matter. Your understanding in this situation is greatly appreciated.

Last March, I made a threatening comment to Representative Bob Goodlatte (R) on Twitter resulting in the suspension of my account (which was rightfully done). As an Army Veteran with a [redacted]% VA rating for PTSD, I was struggling with severe PTSD and alcohol influence at the time.
Over the past year, I have actively sought treatment for my PTSD and substance abuse, and fulfilled all requirements, including participating in the Veterans Treatment Court to get the charges dismissed. I am now approaching one year of sobriety.
Twitter is a significant platform in today's society, akin to the 'town square,' and I am eager to learn what steps I can take to restore my account and engage as a mentally stable individual. Thank you.
Respectfully,
C. McGowan
