Hello,
I wanted to bring to your attention that there is a community of us on your social media platform who engage in role-playing. Recently, many members have found themselves suspended for this activity, despite our efforts to make it clear in our bios that we are participating in RP and FL (Fake Life). This form of creative writing serves as a hobby and a means of escaping the stresses of real life. We do not engage in deception or harm; rather, we simply want to enjoy writing and creativity together. It is disheartening to see members of our community continuously suspended, especially when parody is allowed as long as there is no intent to deceive. I am requesting the reinstatement of the Twitter account @MrDeanMartin_ as it has adhered to the guidelines and explicitly stated it is fake life. Our intention is not to mislead but to share our literary creations with others. It is my hope that you understand the importance of this activity to many individuals and reconsider your decision. We strive to operate within the rules and only seek to continue our harmless writing collaborations. Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
@fiutterbudget

Dear Twitter Support, I am reaching out regarding my suspended account @SGebnar. A few months back, while checking my Twitter settings, I noticed that my birthdate was incorrect. I updated it to my real birthdate, but this led to a violation notification as the system mistakenly thought I was too young to have an account. I completed the required form, providing accurate information, but I have not received any progress updates via email despite submitting the form weeks ago. As I am indeed 13 years old and meet the age requirement, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue with my suspended account @SGebnar. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am seeking to reach out to Police Officers, current or former, of the NYPD who have experienced abuse while working for the department. I, a retired NYPD member, am looking to connect with those individuals, regardless of when the abuse occurred. I will discuss the specifics of the abuse at a later time. Anonymity is paramount as this is a sensitive matter. I aim to use Twitter to spread the word widely and I urge the victims to contact me. I want to offer my support and show that their well-being is important to me. As a fellow officer, I believe that coming forward can be the first step in the healing process. Your help in sharing this message is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been planning a new podcast named DUSTpodcast. To ensure I had the correct Twitter handle, I created an account with that name in January [redacted]. However, upon checking on February 22, [redacted], I discovered that my account had been suspended, and my Twitter handle had changed to @DUST[redacted]4, which is not the one I initially had. While my account has been reinstated, I am unable to retrieve my original handle as it has been taken by another account with the username @DUSTpodcast created in February, which has no activity or followers. I suspect my handle has been hijacked in some way, causing inconvenience as I've lost the correct title. I previously had my account reinstated with case number [redacted]. Is there a way for me to reclaim my correct Twitter handle?

Hello,
I am reporting targeted harassment against me and my friends on Twitter. Twitter has been our safe space for years, but one person has caused trouble. It all started with a harmless joke made by my friend that this person took personally. After arguing, they began falsely reporting us for impersonation and spam. We are fan accounts with lyrics in our bios, not impersonators, and we only replied to explain the joke.
Some of us lost our accounts, and three of us almost lost ours. This feels like a different kind of targeted harassment. The person went private, making it harder to resolve peacefully. Their username is @katysflicker. We have reported them, but they avoid consequences by using better language. Please recognize this as targeted harassment, as it threatens our safe space on Twitter.

I am upset because my son was almost scammed by a fake account with over 30,[redacted] followers on Twitter. Simply reporting the account is not enough. I have filed multiple complaints against it in the past. The account asks for retweets and follows in exchange for a supposed reward, which involves downloading an app, taking a screenshot of a $5 gift card, and sending it to the account. This is clearly a scam. With over 30,[redacted] followers, it is concerning that Twitter has not taken action yet. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of resolution after my fourth complaint. It seems like Twitter is not effectively monitoring these scams. I hope they take this issue more seriously and remove this account immediately.

Hello, my account was locked due to an age restriction. I created it when I was 12 and I am now almost 18 years old. Both my mom and dad have been monitoring my account since I first got it. Recently, I tried to add my birthdate, which led to me getting locked out. I have filled out the forms with my parents and we also submitted them along with my father's ID. However, the system keeps indicating that my forms are incomplete. Despite redoing the process several times, I continue to receive the same message. The only possibility I can think of is that Twitter may not accept my dad's ID since it never expires - he is blind and it has his date of birth on it. My account has been locked since Thanksgiving, and I am eager to regain access. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

Hello,
I have been using Twitter for years without any issues until recently when my account got locked. I had added my birthdate as February 13, [redacted], and since I am now 16 years old, it seems the system flagged my account as being created when I was under 13. Despite submitting my birth certificate and New York State issued ID card multiple times, I keep receiving emails saying they are not sufficient proof. I lack a passport, driver's license, or learner's permit, but the forms of ID I provided should be acceptable. I am frustrated by the situation and would appreciate clarity on why my account remains locked and what steps I can take to resolve this.
Thank you,
Mia

I am concerned about my 12-year-old son who now has two Twitter accounts. Initially, I could access one of them, but he has changed the information and created a second one. He is posting inappropriate content for his age, and I need to stop it. He created the second account using his friends' devices without my knowledge. His first account is @MrGlowTim, and my husband and I had access until recently. When I try to enter his phone number [redacted], it shows there are two accounts linked to it. As his mother, I feel I should have control over these accounts. Given his age, he shouldn't even be on Twitter. He is facing consequences at home, but he continues to access it at school through his friends. Is there a way to prevent him from posting inappropriate content before it gets worse? He is already sharing inappropriate Furry images. Any advice would be appreciated.

My Twitter account, @brahmaandkimaa, was suspended suddenly without warning. One of my tweets meant as a joke was misunderstood as a threat by @kashyap_ocean, who I was chatting with using emojis like “😭😭” and “😂😂.” I never intended harm, violence, or disrespect. I realize my error and am willing to resolve any concerns. I’m new to Twitter and didn’t fully know the policies, but I’ve now familiarized myself with them and am committed to complying. The handle mentioned in the tweet belongs to a close friend, and we were just having a casual conversation. I’m unable to create a new account and don’t want to violate Twitter's rules. I’m prepared to issue a public apology if necessary. I hope to regain access to my account; please consider my explanation when reviewing the situation. I apologize sincerely and am ready to provide any further details if needed. I look forward to your response. Thank you. Diksha Arora ([redacted])

My mom mistakenly entered the wrong birth year when she created my Twitter account two months before my 13th birthday. When I recently tried to correct it, my account got locked due to age restrictions. Since my mom oversaw the account until I turned 13 and allowed me to manage it, she submitted the required form and her driver’s license to verify the account ownership. Despite her efforts, we haven't received any confirmation that the documentation was received. I hope to resolve this issue promptly as I prefer not to create a new account. Any assistance in unlocking my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble resetting the password for our organization's account. Last night, the password stopped working and I got logged out from my phone, web browser, and Hootsuite.
The email linked to the account is a non-company email that was created years ago and is no longer accessible, likely due to inactivity.
I need assistance in resetting the password for the account as attempts to resolve the issue with Twitter Support via direct messages have been unsuccessful.
Apart from the password issue, there hasn't been any suspicious activity on the account. Currently, no one can access the account, so I am seeking help to connect with a human customer service representative.

Hello, my name is Ash and my username is @taintedbread. I believe someone is falsely attempting to take over my email and report me on Twitter. I have not posted or tweeted anything in the past 3 years that would make me seem suspicious or abusive. If my account appears fake, it's because I don't allow anyone to follow me. I had to ask my friends to unfollow me as we have different interests, and I prefer to share my own. My account is a safe space for me.
Recently, I have been suspended twice in just 4 days, and I'm worried about losing all my memories and likes. This situation has left me scared, especially since I have seen similar scams before. I am hoping that by reaching out, my Twitter account can be reinstated. Multiple suspensions could lead to a permanent ban, which would greatly upset me as my account holds sentimental value and losing it would be devastating, especially during these trying times. Thank you.

Hello, I am Janoah Andre, the account holder of the Twitter handle @Janoah_16. Recently, I updated my email on the platform, but I am facing issues receiving the verification email. Despite successfully verifying using this email before, I am now unable to access my account as the verification emails are not being sent. I have been locked out for the past 2 months. I am willing to provide additional verification, such as photos or past email switches, to prove my identity. Please assist me in resolving this matter. You can reach me at my number [redacted] or via my current email [redacted] Thank you for your help.

Hello! I'm Dani Owen, the account owner of the Twitter handle @_dani_kaye. Recently, my account got locked as it was created before I turned 13. Back in [redacted], when I was 10 years old, my mother had control over the account, and I couldn't access it without her supervision. She has already submitted the necessary form to reclaim my account, but it has been about a week, and the account is still locked. I find it unfair that as an adult, I am losing access to my account, especially when there are many accounts created by young children on Twitter. The enforcement of this policy should have been done seven or more years ago when these accounts were mistakenly created, not now when we are all grown up. Could you please let me know how long it will take for me to regain access to my account?

I am experiencing ongoing issues with Twitter regarding the suspension of my account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this problem over several months, the responses I receive are vague apologies stating that it has been fixed, when in reality, the problem persists. I have been forced to create new accounts repeatedly, only to encounter the same issue shortly after. This cycle has repeated around 8 or 9 times, with Twitter being aware of the situation yet failing to provide a lasting solution. I feel that this constant back-and-forth constitutes harassment on their part. I, Jennings J., am the administrator of a blog and intend to share my experiences publicly to shed light on this matter. Thank you, Gethuman, for your support.

My Twitter account got disabled because I mistakenly changed my birthdate from [redacted] to [redacted]. This caused an issue as the system flagged it, thinking I was under 13 when the account was created by my guardian. I tried to rectify it by indicating that I entered the birth date incorrectly, but now Twitter is requesting my ID. This has been frustrating as I use Twitter regularly and my guardian actually managed the account before I turned 13.

I encountered issues when setting up my account yesterday. The SMS codes sent to my phone did not work correctly, preventing me from completing the registration. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to proceed, but now I'm facing a different problem. Whenever I try to follow someone, the message "you are unable to follow more people at this time" appears, even though I'm not following anyone. Moreover, my friends are unable to follow me as my account is apparently deactivated for "suspicious actions" according to them.

I entered my birthday on the app, and it got locked as I was under 13 when I created the account. While trying to access the account restoration form, I mistakenly selected the option stating the wrong birthday instead of the one where my parent/guardian managed the account. I would appreciate the opportunity to choose the correct option to regain access to my account. Additionally, I need to update the email associated with my Twitter account. The current linked email, [redacted], is inactive, and I would like to change it to [redacted] Thank you.

Dear Twitter Support,
I have been struggling to access my Twitter account under the handle @FindingNinoo due to some suspicious activities. As a security measure, I am prompted to reset my password, but the reset link is being sent to my compromised email account, [redacted] Despite contacting Microsoft with no resolution, I am unable to regain access to my original account. I have attempted to follow the support guidelines provided, but each time I submit a request, I receive a generic response stating that the contact email does not match the one associated with my Twitter account. I acknowledge this discrepancy and seek your urgent assistance. I encounter the same issue whenever I try to seek help through the support documents. Could you please provide me with the necessary support to resolve this matter?
Sincerely,
Nino L.
