I created my Twitter account in [redacted] when I was 12 years old. It's been 6 years, and I am now 18. Unfortunately, my account got locked probably because my birthdate disappeared and I had to reenter it. After doing so, my account was immediately locked, and now I can only see a white screen when I log in, informing me that my account is locked. I am hoping to have my account reinstated, including all my messages, tweets, followers, followings, and likes. I've been an active Twitter user for almost 7 years, and I cherish the memories and connections I've made. It would be devastating to lose everything simply because my account was created when I was underage.

I received a scam email from a fraudulent website asking me to log in to my Apple ID. The link redirects to a fake page. Dear kratos1, Your Apple ID ([redacted]) was used to sign in to iCloud from an Internet Explorer in Asunción, Paraguay and incorrect security questions were attempted more than 3 times. On Twitter, a photo was posted of me with my hand in my pocket. A friend commented jokingly, to which I replied humorously, saying I would "kill" them. Our conversation continued in a light-hearted manner, reflecting the banter typical of my upbringing. My friend (@fredso90) clarified on Twitter that it was not a threat, and others present during the exchange also confirmed it was a harmless interaction. Despite these explanations, my attempts to appeal the situation have been unsuccessful. The person involved has publicly stated they did not feel threatened, yet I still cannot reach anyone to resolve the issue.

My account is currently inaccessible due to an issue with my birth year change from [redacted] to [redacted]. Although I recognize the discrepancy with my age at the time of account creation, I am simply seeking assistance to regain access to my account. I have come across information suggesting that submitting a photo of a government-issued ID as proof of age might be a viable solution, and I am more than willing to comply with this process. My frustration mainly stems from the lack of progress despite my continuous efforts over the past few weeks. I have religiously submitted tickets without receiving any feedback. The only response I received from Twitter was via email, stating that I was mistaken. Attempts to reach out to Twitter's customer support via phone were unsuccessful as they do not offer phone support despite listing it as an option. Researching online only led me to the same customer service channels and support resources. I am earnestly appealing for the reinstatement of my account.

Case Number: [redacted]9 - I accidentally violated a Twitter rule and want to appeal my account suspension; however, I only recently discovered the email explaining the suspension. I inquired to understand the reason but realized the response was in my spam folder. The tweet in question, "I will find you and I will kill you," was a quote from the movie Taken. I used this quote in a moment of anger after learning my friend was severely assaulted by someone. My intention was solely to reference the movie and not to threaten any individual. Therefore, I believe I did not violate the rule prohibiting specific threats of violence or wishing harm on others.

Hello. I established my Twitter account when I was under 13 years old, but my mother permitted me to create it. My Twitter handle is @IsabelSateriale. Recently, I corrected my birth year from [redacted] to [redacted]. However, after this change, Twitter locked my account. I am 19 years old, not underage, and wish to regain access to my account. Twitter requested my mom's ID via email, but she declined to provide it. She contacted Twitter using her email, [redacted] I also tried to reach Twitter by phone, but despite their claim of 24/7 support, they do not offer phone assistance. I simply want to have my account reinstated.

I recently submitted a ticket to have my account restored on Twitter because it was locked when I tried to update my birthday. Even though I've been told they can restore it, it's been almost two months since this issue started. I'm disappointed with the lack of support compared to other platforms like YouTube and Discord. Considering moving to Instagram, although I would rather stay on Twitter since it's my main social media site. The wait has been frustrating, and I'm losing patience with the situation.

Hello, I opened my Twitter account back in [redacted] but barely used it, mainly for reading tweets and checking trends. This year, I connected it to the "PUBG Mobile" Android game for easy access. However, a few days ago, I noticed my profile picture changed to an orange "Z" after logging in to the game through Twitter. Concerned, I checked on a browser and saw my account was suspended. My display name was altered to "Zaif - 暗号通貨取引所" and the bio was changed to a Japanese message. An unauthorized tweet in Japanese was sent with a link. I promptly changed my password but remain unable to take any actions due to the suspension notice. I've appealed to Twitter twice but received the same response, stating permanent suspension for rule violations. It's evident my account was compromised this month. My Twitter account was locked and shut down because I was under 13 when I created it. Now I'm 18 and have been using it for years. Twitter sent me an email four days ago acknowledging my age issue and promising to unlock my account after removing pre-13 content. I find their response time slow and frustrating. I hope they can resolve this soon so I can regain access to my account.

My friend, a Twitch streamer, was stream sniped in [redacted], leading to online harassment on Twitter. Despite defending herself, her account was banned for alleged bullying. After creating new accounts to seek support, each was swiftly banned, all due to avoiding a supposed permanent ban. She recently attempted to create a new account but was banned again today. She is a victim of online bullying and harassment, yet she has faced bans while seeking help. Please review her account @Rhe4hs and reconsider the ban. She has not violated any rules, as evident in her account's activity logs. I trust that as a platform promoting anti-bullying initiatives, her account will be reinstated promptly. I am frustrated by the inconsistency in Twitter's enforcement of rules. Despite seeing others post similar content without repercussions, I keep getting strikes and suspensions. The appeals process is a joke - they ask you to log in to appeal, but how can you when your account is suspended? Even if you manage to follow the hoops to reach someone, they offer no explanation for the penalties. It feels unfair; my mention of supporting the president likely doesn't win me any favors. I've been flagged for a meme, but they fail to specify which one. It's exasperating to be penalized for harmless content when worse can be found on other prominent accounts. I simply want fairness, consistency, and a functional appeals system from Twitter.

When I originally created my Twitter account, I was underage, but my mom supervised my usage. Recently, I tried to adjust my age on the account, but it only allowed me to set it two years beyond my actual age. Despite this, I managed to change it again a few months ago. Recently, on my Twitter account @mrtomgale, I updated my date of birth to 31st of May [redacted]. The account was locked due to being created when I was under 13 years old. I am now 18 years old and meet the age requirement to use the account. I received a warning to provide "parental consent" to avoid deletion, but as an adult, my parents cannot provide this. In a tweet, I jokingly mentioned to a friend that I would harm them with my bare hands. This was not a genuine threat but a joke shared with a close friend, @eriaizawa. They can confirm the light-hearted nature of the exchange. Please reach out to them at schultzisik@gmail for verification. I request the restoration of my long-standing account since there was no genuine malicious intent behind the tweet. Yesterday, I noticed an issue with Twitter being incredibly slow, which isn't uncommon. When I tried to send a tweet around 4 p.m., it took hours to go through. Later, the problem seemed to be fixed, so I carried on with my day as usual. This morning at 5 a.m., I attempted to send another tweet, and as of now, 7:31 a.m., it's still trying to send. Despite having excellent internet, the tweet won't go through. Being in isolation that I can't control, I rely on Twitter to connect with friends and showcase my artwork to avoid feeling lonely. It's frustrating that I'm unable to do so right now. The app needs to be fixed promptly. Two hours to send a tweet is completely unacceptable.
