Dear company,
I am a business owner and I believe it would greatly benefit your reputation if you considered partnering with appliance repair places in the United States. Currently, with your manufacturing facilities overseas, it is quite inconvenient for customers like me to have our appliances fixed post-warranty. I have encountered an issue with my Wolfgang Puck pressure oven where the green light no longer comes on and it does not heat up. This is a significant problem that needs to be addressed promptly. It would be helpful if we could easily purchase parts online or if you could establish partnerships with appliance repair shops in the US. Please take the time to seriously consider this suggestion as it could prevent a loss of business in the future. I am open to discussing this matter further and can be reached at [redacted]. My name is Frank, and I hope to connect with someone within your company who can assist in resolving this issue promptly.

In October [redacted], I purchased two Wolfgang Puck pressure ovens, and unfortunately, one had issues with the rotisserie after first use. I contacted Wolfgang Puck on June 13th, [redacted], and they assured me it was under warranty and would send a new red oven. Despite being told the oven was back-ordered, promises of shipment were repeatedly made but not fulfilled. I have reached out multiple times via phone and have all the necessary documentation, including the receipt and emails with customer service. I sent the $25 for shipping as requested and even had to provide a photo as proof of the old oven cord being cut. It has been nearly 5 months, and I have not received any resolution. The experience has been frustrating, and I expected better service from Wolfgang Puck.

I am the owner of a Wolfgang Puck Bistro Elite Stand Mixer that I purchased sometime prior to [redacted]. Unfortunately, in [redacted], I was in a hit and run accident which left me disabled, leading to a long wait for my disability approval. During this difficult time, I had to sell my home and belongings, storing only my most cherished possessions, like my stand mixer, in my car. When I moved into a homeless shelter, I discovered that many of the mixer's accessories were missing, and the plastic lid was damaged.
I have been unable to find replacements for these missing items and I am hoping that your company might still have them available for purchase. I would greatly appreciate it if I could buy these items from you over a period of time until I have everything I need to fully utilize my stand mixer. I have always valued your products and, despite losing most of them due to storage issues, having my stand mixer gives me hope and joy.
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide. I sincerely wish for more Love, Laughter, & Joy in my life.
Sincerely,
Karen "Mac" McKnight

I recently bought a 19-piece Bistro Elite stainless steel pot set from HSN (item [redacted]) back in June. Upon opening the box to use them, my husband noticed black spots on the large saucepan and stock pot, even though they were unused. Upon closer inspection, I realized these were pit marks. This is unexpected for stainless pots, especially ones claiming to be of high quality. Some of the pit marks on the stock pot are significant and have a rough, indented texture. I need to figure out the situation with the fry pans too, but first, I would like to know what caused this issue. I hope to either replace the entire set or at least these two pieces. I am currently busy with guests, but please reach out to me at the email provided. Regards, D. Capurso

I purchased a Wolfgang Puck Airfryer from the Shopping Channel in Canada in May [redacted], but it broke after only three months. I contacted the Wolfgang Puck Warranty Department as instructed, sending them the required information in October, and they confirmed its receipt. However, by mid-November, when I inquired, they mentioned that the item was backordered and they were uncertain about restocking. Subsequent follow-ups yielded little information. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, including contacting the Corporate Office, the lack of response and assistance has been disappointing. The recent closure of the Warranty Department, with no resolution provided even through the Corporate Office, is unsatisfactory. I am disheartened by the lack of support for a faulty product that I paid over $[redacted].00 Canadian for. I have expressed my concerns to the Shopping Channel in Canada regarding Wolfgang Puck's failure to honor their warranty commitments.

I have been trying to reach out to these two numbers for a replacement part for more than six months without any success. Could someone please respond, as this situation is becoming quite frustrating for me. Thank you.
Hello, I hope you had a great New Year. I understand it must be a busy time for you. I appreciate the information about my backordered item from [redacted]. Do you have an estimate for the delivery of my replacement product for this year? I have been without it for months. I am considering contacting the Shopping Channel where I purchased the rice cooker to inquire if they can honor your warranty or provide a refund instead. Thank you. From, Heather
Hello, I noticed that I had sent this email last July with the wrong email address. I have attached the requested information, and the rest can be found in my customer file under number [redacted]. Thank you in advance. Heather Douglas, 21 Crescent Street, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

I have previously submitted the required receipt and photo for the replacement of my rice cooker. Please deliver it to the following address and contact number provided if needed. Thank you. H

Yesterday, we had a disappointing experience at your Summerlin NV location. I ordered Spaghetti and meatballs, while my wife had the chopped salad. Despite the friendly service, we found the Spaghetti sauce overly spicy and the salad drenched in too much oil that was also spicy. Although the meatballs were good, the excessive use of spices was off-putting. The staff kindly didn't charge us and offered a replacement meal to go, which we declined. Unfortunately, my wife fell ill, and I could only manage a few bites. I recommend toning down the spices to improve the overall dining experience. While we understand the challenges of consistency with a growing number of locations, maintaining quality should be a priority. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Ed D.

I purchased a Wolfgang Puck Air Fryer in April [redacted] from Home Shopping Network (HSN). I noticed that the basket's coating has been deteriorating after each use, which concerns me about the food's safety. I can't continue using it.
I have a 2-year Protection Plan and observed others facing the same issue. I would prefer a replacement different from the original. If this problem persists, I would seek a refund.
I hope this matter can be resolved promptly without complications. I spent $[redacted] on this and wish to have a replacement or refund. I anticipate your response and a solution. Thank you.

We recently received our new Wolfgang Puck air fryer and encountered an issue with removing the basket due to a styrofoam piece stuck beneath it. We followed the instructions to slide the clear handle cover and press the release button, but the basket won't come out. We need guidance on how to safely resolve this so we can proceed with preparing the air fryer for use. It's preventing us from testing it with food and we would appreciate any advice or tips. Thank you kindly, Anita & Beth Fox from Columbia, MD.

This is the second email I have sent to resolve my issue, but I keep getting the same unhelpful response asking me to call a number that doesn't work and sending me back to this frustrating website. It feels like a never-ending loop, and I end up right back where I started. I will definitely be sharing my disappointment with Wolfgang Puck products and their lack of customer service when it comes to product issues. I have been trying to resolve this for two weeks now and have made no progress. It's frustrating to receive responses that seem automated and don't address my concerns.

I bought a WP Rapid Pressure Oven in October [redacted] which I received as a gift but never used. I recently found out that a critter chewed through the cord, making it unsafe. I ordered a cookbook in October [redacted] and attempted to use the oven, only to discover the damage. I need a replacement oven as no one here can fix it safely. I can email you pictures to demonstrate the problem. Please send a new oven so I can return the damaged one for proper repair. Thank you, R. Overvold.

To whom it may concern,
During the last Christmas I spent with my dad, he gifted me with a set of red battery-operated spice mills. He was a big fan of HSN and QVC and enjoyed shopping from home. Recently, my old mill broke, so I tried to use the new pepper mill my dad gave me. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to open it since there are no visible lines for unlocking. In contrast, the salt mill I have clearly shows where to unlock. I want to avoid applying too much pressure and potentially damaging the mill. I would appreciate guidance on how to operate it properly. It would mean a lot to me to have both spice mills working as a way to honor my dad's memory and his excitement for me to use them. Any assistance or clarification on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Christine F.

I'm frustrated about my recent experience with the new Wolfgang Puck air fryer from HSN. When I opened the box today to prepare a Thanksgiving meal, I discovered the air fryer oven was damaged on top. I contacted HSN immediately, and they assured me they'd address the issue. Unfortunately, they're out of stock, so I've added it to my favorites to be notified when it's available again. After reading similar reviews, I'm disappointed, but I trust HSN and Wolfgang Puck will resolve this matter to prevent future occurrences.

I own a WP Bistro Collection multicooker model # BDRCRD010. I am looking to buy a new inner cooking pot because the non-stick coating is peeling off. I cannot find any websites that sell replacement parts, and I am struggling to find a pot that matches the measurements - approximately 9 1/4 inches wide on top, 6 inches deep, and holds 5 to 6 quarts of liquid. I don't want to replace the whole multicooker and am frustrated with the lack of options. Has anyone encountered the same issue or have suggestions for a solution? Thank you.

I have a 12-piece mixing bowl and prep set that I've had for a little over a year. Initially, it worked fine, but now some of the lids don't fit properly, the grate is not effective for shredding, and I can't use them in the oven as intended. I noticed there is a 5-year warranty on the set. I want to know how I can enhance the quality of the mixing bowl set. I really love it, but I'm becoming quite disappointed, especially with the holidays approaching. Any assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Amy

I bought a set of Wolfgang Puck pots, pans, and skillets a few years back, which I adore. However, today I discovered that my 8" non-stick skillet has a quarter-sized bubble that peeled off, rendering it unusable. I remember the lifetime warranty or at least a 10-year guarantee when I bought them, and my set is not even 3 years old. I would greatly appreciate a no-cost replacement. Thank you, Donna.

I was gifted a tea kettle with a lovely wood cover a couple of years ago. It looked impressive, but after four months of use, the handle detached when I was pouring hot water into my cup, causing the boiling water to spill. Fortunately, I wasn't burned. I discovered that the screw on the spout had come loose. I expected better quality as I believed the products were defect-free. I contacted the company but received no response. The faulty kettle is now unusable and unsafe. I am hoping for a replacement kettle without defects, as I would like to continue enjoying my tea without fear of accidents.

We have been enjoying your Organic Free Range Chicken with White and Wild Rice. Recently, we have noticed that some cans are missing rice. Even after checking multiple cans, there seems to be an issue. I tried contacting the company by phone, but the call failed every time. It would be great if the assembly line issue with the soup could be resolved. It would be appreciated if we could receive replacements for the defective cans. We enjoy your product and would like to continue purchasing it, but if the problem persists, we may need to explore other options.

I have a barely used WOLFGANG PUCK BRISTRO REVERSIBLE GRILL, but I am missing the temperature control cord. Unfortunately, this model is no longer available for parts. Despite searching on eBay and other websites, I have been unsuccessful in finding the cord I need. I reached out to WP Customer Service to inquire about a compatible cord for my grill, but was met with rudeness and no assistance from the warranty department representative. I am hoping to find someone at WP who is familiar with this model and can suggest an alternative cord. I am concerned if the original cord was unique to this model, as the rest of the grill is in perfect condition. I kindly ask for this message to be forwarded to someone who is willing to assist me in obtaining the appropriate cord for my grill.

I bought your product at Tuesday Mornings. It was the Wolfgang Puck reusable bags, not the silicone ones, but a plastic type. I've only had it for about two weeks, and it's already falling apart. The product seems rather cheaply made. Unfortunately, there's no option to send a picture, but the bottom part is detaching from the top, where you seal the bag shut. I'm really disappointed and hesitant to buy more of your products since I'm unsure about their quality and reliability.
