Wolfgang Puck Customer Service Issues

I own a Wolfgang Puck Bistro Collection Indoor/Outdoor Griddle/Grill Model BRG0[redacted]w in excellent condition, but unfortunately, the thermostat power cord is missing. After reaching out to WP customer service via email for assistance, I was informed that the part is discontinued with no alternative solutions suggested. I was disappointed as this griddle was a significant investment. I would appreciate it if WP's customer service could further investigate and find a compatible cord for my appliance. I believe there must be a universal option available. Thank you.

My commercial blender's motor is failing, and I am considering a replacement. The container has become scratched due to grinding cloves. This is unexpected as the motor is 2.5 h.p., whereas most Vitamix models are only 2.0 or 2.2. I own many of your products and would appreciate a replacement. I bought this item from HSN; all the relevant information should be with them. Looking forward to your response.
