Hello, I attempted to book a ticket from Varna to Prague using the app on my iPhone. Initially, my card was not accepted. I then tried a different credit card which also did not work. I made a third attempt, but encountered an error message. Subsequently, the app blocked me, suspecting I was a potential bot. To resolve the issue, I accessed the website via my laptop. Despite there being many seats available on the plane, I received a notification that the flight was no longer accessible. As a result, I opted for another airline and successfully purchased a ticket there. I wanted to inform you that the app is experiencing instability, as well as the website possibly being affected.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience flying with WizzAirlines. Due to a delay caused by a 1.5-hour maintenance delay on the plane, I missed my connecting flight. Despite arriving on time at KKIA, the delay led to me missing the check-in for my next flight, resulting in me having to stay overnight in the airport along with other passengers. This not only inconvenienced us but also led to additional costs for many of us who had to purchase new tickets. On July 25, [redacted], we had a flight scheduled from Naples to Santorini at 5PM. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed until 8PM, then unexpectedly canceled without proper notification for non-Italian speakers. After enduring a 5-hour wait at the airport with no clear information, we were finally taken to a hotel at 11PM with no details on the next steps. The following day, July 26, [redacted], no transportation arrived at the hotel as promised, and we received no communication from Wizzair. Despite seeking assistance from airport staff, who were unable to provide direct help since they did not work for Wizzair, we were left stranded. After consulting the police, we were advised to contact Wizzair, but our attempts to reach them by phone were unsuccessful. We are now seeking compensation for the lack of proper assistance, missed flights, and unfulfilled commitments by Wizzair. The promised compensation of €[redacted] for accommodations and transport was not received, nor were the meals and transportation to the rebooked flight. The lack of communication has caused us to miss further flights and endure significant inconvenience.

Dear Sir/Madam, I traveled on Flight number W95708 with the confirmation code KF4MWP on 23/06/[redacted] from Antalya to London Gatwick. During boarding, I faced two unexpected issues concerning online check-in and hand luggage. Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to check-in online due to an error displayed 24 hours before my departure. I have attached screenshots for your reference. Regarding my hand luggage, I only had a small 7.2 kg bag that complied with the specified size requirements as depicted in the attached photos. However, the luggage did not fit inside the metal measurement basket due to the presence of two small wheels. Flipping it upside down resolved the issue, yet I was still charged 83 Euros. I feel I have been unjustly treated and charged incorrectly. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I paid for my Wizzair flights on 13/8/23 via bank transfer, and the payment went through. However, every time I attempt to check my booking using the confirmation number and flight details, it shows no booking found. I have been unable to reach Wizzair for assistance despite numerous attempts. The issue remains unresolved, leaving me frustrated as they still have my payment. Sadly, I have exhausted all options to resolve this and feel like I have no choice but to give up. It's disappointing that Wizzair has not provided any solution or assistance, and I advise others to be cautious when booking with them.

My flight from Larnaca to Belgrade on August 5, [redacted], was repeatedly delayed and eventually canceled. The airport informed us that Wizz Air would send updates for the rescheduled flight. A message later stated the flight would board at 4 am, but it never did. We were left stranded without proper communication. It took too long for us to receive updates. I expect a full refund for the inconvenience and lack of professionalism. Additionally, I should be refunded for the return flight on August 12, [redacted], since we were unable to board the previous flight. Despite multiple complaints, the airline denied any issues with delays or cancellations, which is not true. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this situation has been handled.

I departed Antalya Airport on Wizz Air flight to Abu Dhabi (Flight No. 5W7176) at approximately 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 5th. After being notified of a delay, my arrival at the airport was later than planned. Upon arrival at 12 p.m., the check-in was closed, and we were told we missed our flight, despite its scheduled departure at 2:30 p.m. Given the situation, we attempted to book another flight home online. The check-in desk reopened at 1:30 p.m. due to numerous passengers facing the same issue. Subsequently, we rushed to the gate on time but unfortunately lost my watch while passing through security at 2 p.m. I've contacted the airport regarding the lost watch, which they have found but require collection in person. I'm requesting a Wizz Air staff member to retrieve the watch at Antalya Airport, allowing me to collect it from Abu Dhabi Airport. I am prepared to provide all necessary documentation for this purpose. I believe Wizz Air should assist me in this circumstance considering the rush caused by their staff's initial information. On June 26, [redacted], I purchased 5 tickets from London Luton to Bydgoszcz with Wizz Air's discount membership. The flight number is W95175 scheduled for August 13th at 12:40pm. In July [redacted], my family and I experienced a frustrating situation when we were denied boarding on a Wizzair flight to Iasi, Romania. This was due to over-booking, leading to us having to rearrange our plans entirely. Hello, I am reaching out about my recent flight from Yerevan to Rome on 11.08.[redacted]. I had booked the flight for myself and my two children, and also opted for Auto Check-in during the booking process. Unfortunately, despite my multiple attempts to check in online over two hours before the flight, I was unable to do so due to persistent errors on the website. I contacted the Amelia bot multiple times without receiving a satisfactory response. Upon arrival at the airport, I was forced to pay for check-in, even though I had previously paid for the service online but the website would not allow me to utilize it. I have encountered issues with my Christmas flight to Athens from Abu Dhabi on multiple occasions due to changes made by Wizz Airlines. Despite trying to reschedule through the app on 12/8/[redacted], I experienced a malfunction where the inbound date was incorrect. The outbound date was successfully updated to 8/1/[redacted], but the inbound date switched to 15/1/[redacted] after confirming the correct date. My Wizzair flight scheduled for 1 July [redacted] from Gatwick to Cyprus Larnaca, booked through eDreams, was canceled at the last minute. eDreams informed me that Wizzair refunded the money to a Wizzair account, but the refund was subsequently canceled without notifying me. I would have used that money to book a flight to Cyprus this year if I had known. As disabled pensioners, we cannot afford to lose money. Hello, I recently booked a return flight from Istanbul to Gatwick London with reservation code FND89R. I encountered an issue when I printed my boarding pass for the flight on the 25th of August as it states, "THIS IS NOT A BOARDING PASS." It instructs me to visit the check-in desk to show my documents. The challenge is that upon arrival in Istanbul, I will be in transit and unable to go back to the check-in area. Since I have flown with your airline multiple times before, my information should already be on file. I am unsure why I cannot receive a boarding pass for this leg of the journey like I did for the return trip. Subject: Behavior Issue with Passengers Mrs D. Savva and Mr S. Dimitrov Dear Sirs, This letter concerns the incident involving Mrs Daniela Trifonova Savva and Mr Stoil Sashev Dimitrov on flight W64437 scheduled for August 10th, [redacted], from Sofia, Bulgaria, to Larnaca, Cyprus. Before boarding, Mrs Savva and Mr Dimitrov mistakenly lit cigarettes. Despite promptly extinguishing them upon being informed by staff, they were not permitted to board, resulting in the loss of their ticket fees. The passengers acknowledge their error and express remorse for the incident, which occurred outside the aircraft and prior to boarding. They were subsequently compelled to purchase new tickets for a later flight, incurring additional expenses and undue stress. It remains unclear why they were denied boarding for the initial flight yet allowed to board the subsequent one after purchasing new tickets.
