I have been dealing with an overcharge issue on items I purchased for almost a month, and the customer service responses have been unsatisfactory. I keep receiving generic emails with irrelevant reasons for the overcharge, then they ask for more information and follow-ups without resolving the issue. Their latest suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall the app. This lack of proper customer service is disappointing, and not being able to speak to an actual person on the phone is frustrating. I was charged $9 for a $4 dress and $8 for a free dress, despite their varying prices on the site. This experience with WISH has been extremely troublesome and the treatment I have received is unacceptable. I demand a refund for the overcharged amount and the incorrect items shipped. The incompetence and excuses are adding to the ordeal, making it difficult to get a resolution. The way WISH is handling these issues is extremely unprofessional and deceptive, leaving me feeling scammed and dissatisfied.

I would like to inquire about the shipping charges being displayed on the website. It might be beneficial to show the higher end shipping charge initially so that customers perceive discounted rates as a better deal. There have been instances where I did not receive the advertised sale prices for items with multiple color options. When placing an order under my husband's name, James Howard, we encountered discrepancies. A purchased Android phone in rose gold was supposed to include a sim card and two SD cards, which were missing. Moreover, a Wi-Fi booster was bought claiming no additional requirements, but it actually needs a phone line connection. Consequently, these issues led to confusion and a less than satisfactory experience.

I was browsing on Wish.com and added some items to my cart. However, every time I tried to add more items, my cart would reset. At one point, I added a free gift and provided my card details only for the $0.50 shipping fee. Suddenly, my card was charged for multiple items that I did not authorize, except for the shipping fee. Wish canceled three items but proceeded to send the others without my consent. This seems to be a common issue on Wish.com, and I believe it is fraudulent. I am still awaiting a full refund promised by Wish by July 30th for the canceled items, which I have not received yet.

My husband ordered a [redacted]-piece PE polyolefin set scheduled for delivery on April 10, [redacted]. Despite the item not arriving by that date as per the tracking information advising to wait a few more days, we patiently waited. Concern arose when it still hadn't arrived by June 10, prompting my husband's contact with the company only to learn it exceeded the return time. I followed up recently, expressing the desire for the purchased item rather than a refund. We simply seek the product paid for, as indicated in the tracking details showing its dispatch from China towards its intended destination without final delivery. All we request is to receive the item we bought.

I was going to order some shirts from Wish.com. I found a shirt, added it to my cart, then searched for more items. Unfortunately, whenever I tried to add something new to my cart, it would disappear. Frustrated by this, I decided not to proceed with the purchases. Then, I saw they were offering a free watch, just paying a $0.50 shipping fee. I provided my card details for the shipping cost. To my surprise, I noticed charges on my card for items I didn't authorize, except for the $0.50 shipping fee. They managed to cancel some items, but I am still waiting for a refund of over $90. I want my money back and for my bank information to be removed from their site.

I received a package from Wish with men's undershorts, but they are mislabeled as XXL and are ten sizes too small. I measured them myself to confirm this mistake. The order was shipped from China via UPS on 07-28-[redacted] with Order # 5646d28c3d5a122d97cif6c5. I have tried reaching out to Wish for a resolution but have not received a response. I've noticed a couple hundred dollars missing from my account due to purchases made on Wish. I have only received a Paris necklace and a pool heater so far, but several emails indicate more orders have been placed. I have tried following the instructions provided in your scripted responses and calling the automated phone number multiple times without success. I am seeking guidance on how to receive a refund urgently. After my daughter and I tried placing an order on your app that showed it failed, we attempted multiple times to make the payment. However, each time we received a message stating that there was an issue with the payment. Despite this, the amount was deducted from my bank account for every unsuccessful attempt. I have multiple orders placed on Wish that I have not received. I have attempted to contact Wish support without success; the automated customer service system has left me frustrated. Instead of a refund, I kindly ask that you please send the items to my new address at 33 Idolstone Road, Levittown, PA [redacted], and refrain from sending them to the old address at [redacted] Red Lion Road, Philadelphia, PA [redacted]. Ensuring successful delivery is essential, as I have had issues with undelivered orders before. I would greatly appreciate if all items could arrive on the same day. I am still awaiting a response to my question. I have not purchased any socks as I am unsure of the correct size to order. I was advised to check my Order History, but since I haven't made a purchase yet, the information isn't available there. My query pertains to the sock size for a child wearing shoe size 10. I ordered four purses, but only received three. They issued credit for the missing purse on July 18. I returned two purses via USPS, and tracking confirms they received them on July 25 at 9:35 am. I am requesting credit for $46.80. I cannot access my order to click on the item because it's closed after receiving credit for the missing purse. I have texted you multiple times, and even though you responded saying you would get back to me in 2 to 3 business days, it has been almost three weeks now without any follow-up. Today, I encountered another problem when I received a shirt I ordered that was supposed to be a size 2XL, but it does not have a tag inside to confirm the size. Unfortunately, the shirt looks more like a medium size. I am incredibly unhappy with this experience. I have spent a significant amount of money on orders that take two to three months to arrive, and I am still waiting for items I purchased two months ago. I am very disappointed and may not use your services in the future or recommend you to anyone. I am having trouble completing a purchase on the Wish app using my card due to a billing address error, even though I have updated my address. My billing and shipping addresses are the same. I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue as I've never encountered problems with the app before and find this situation frustrating. I have tried deactivating my account three times to rule out issues with my phone. I prefer using my credit card directly on the app instead of using PayPal. I received my bank statement and noticed unauthorized purchases on wish.com resulting in multiple $25 overdraft charges. This has incurred significant fees, affecting my fixed income, which is already tight with children to support. I had to close out my Wish app because I was unable to receive my products or refunds. Unfortunately, in the last few days, two unauthorized withdrawals have been made from my bank account. I have not placed any orders or authorized any payments since I faced issues with previous orders that were never delivered. These withdrawals are currently pending. I have lost over $[redacted] in products and money. I explicitly stated to never charge anything to my bank account. This situation is unacceptable. Please stop these transactions immediately.
