Hello,
I have sent three emails to the support team but have not received any response. I expected to hear back within three days of my first email, but it has been two weeks without a reply. There is a situation where someone is making orders in my name, but the items are being sent to a different address in another part of the country. My account and the other person's account have not been compromised, but it seems there is a data breach. I am concerned about my name being used in these orders, especially since we do not know what is being delivered.
Please provide an update on how this issue is being addressed.

I am experiencing difficulties getting a refund from customer service for an item I haven't received. The rose gold Mist product never arrived, and I also had issues with a black hair piece that was never delivered or refunded. It's frustrating not getting my money back for items I never got. I'm tired of waiting and expecting either a refund or legal action to be taken. The item was supposed to arrive by July 13th, and it hasn't shown up. I'm losing patience with this situation as this is the second time I've encountered issues with this company.

I purchased a trampoline from the Wish app that was supposed to be delivered in three packages. Unfortunately, I only received one package, which was a part of the trampoline. When I reported this issue to Wish, they were unable to locate the missing packages. They instructed me to download and print a return label to send back the received package for a refund. Despite numerous attempts on different devices, I have been unable to download the return label. I have requested for the return label to be resent but the issue remains unresolved after 3-4 months. I have invested around $[redacted] in this product, and I am frustrated that I neither have the complete product nor a refund. The lack of resolution is disappointing.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth M. I purchased an HDTV from Wish.com in March. Unfortunately, upon receiving the TV, I discovered the screen was not functional. I contacted Wish for a return, and they promptly provided a shipping label. However, the label was for a small box, not suitable for a 43-inch TV. The postage cost to return it was estimated at over $[redacted] by the postal service. Despite multiple attempts to request the appropriate label, Wish has not provided the correct one. On June 1st, I was informed that my refund was processed and would take 7-10 days. It has now been a month and a half, and my money has not been returned. Wish customer service keeps delaying the process whenever I inquire. I have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and after that, Wish stopped responding entirely. I possess all the email correspondence with Wish. I would appreciate any assistance you could offer. Thank you for your time. Hope to receive a response soon.

I, Sharon B., purchased a 9.7-inch Grim Android Dual SIM Dual Camera WiFi tablet on June 20, [redacted]. The delivery was stated to be on July 9, [redacted], but I did not receive the item. Despite multiple emails, the responses have been repetitive. Upon tracking the package in China, the tracking number LY[redacted]34CN is not recognized. I made a purchase in early May and encountered issues with the delivery. I ordered a 2-part item, but only received half of it. The delivery date was changed multiple times, causing frustration. The missing part of the ring sizer set has not arrived. Additionally, I ordered a duvet cover that has yet to be delivered, despite receiving daily prompts to confirm its arrival. As a cancer patient, I ordered two breast forms. One was supposed to arrive on April 24th, and I'm unsure of the date for the other. Despite being marked delivered, I haven't received either. I've been trying to resolve this for four months and want a refund. Despite the motto of always having my back, this situation with both the breast forms and a pencil case I ordered is frustrating. Every time I contact customer support, they give me new delivery dates that never materialize. It feels like I pay for items that vanish. I'm requesting a refund for the two D-sized breast forms listed under my name, Melissa S., on my order. This issue needs urgent attention, and all I want is to get my money back for the undelivered items.

I recently placed an order on Wish for 4 items using an old email address that I no longer have access to. I need to check the status of my order and possibly change the shipping address as I have moved. I have tried reaching out to customer support via email and phone but have only received automated responses. The old email address was kellermichael107 and the shipping address was [redacted] West Washington St, Ap 2, Hagerstown, MD [redacted]. The items I ordered in late May or early June [redacted] are 2 triple cigarette makers and 2 keychain coin lighters. In today's Daily Give on Wish, I selected an item, but it did not appear in my cart for shipping. I received a notification stating "you claimed an item today. It has been added to your cart," along with a banner under the giveaway tab. Despite reloading the page, closing and opening the app, and taking screenshots as proof, the item I claimed, art alcohol pens, is missing from my cart. I aimed to receive the 80 animation marker set, but I am unable to verify due to the missing item. I would like to receive the item I claimed as indicated by the banner notification.

I have encountered an issue with Wish regarding an undelivered item. The tracking status shows the package was confirmed by the consignee on a Monday when I was at home, but I did not receive it. While I received another package from Wish without any problem, the wallet I ordered never arrived. I spoke to the mail carrier, who advised me to contact the international section of the post office. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with Wish over the past week and a half, I have only received automated responses prompting me to wait until August 3rd. Strangely, I am now unable to place any new orders as they are requesting my bank statement to verify my account, even though my transactions are done through a bank card. Although I provided a partial statement, my issue remains unresolved, and I am unable to order a replacement wallet. I have requested a refund, but I am still seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

After my order was cancelled by the Wish representative, I was assured that my refund would be returned to my PayPal account, but instead, it was credited to Wish Cash. As a first-time Wish shopper buying a wig due to my cancer, it's critical for me to have this issue resolved promptly. The listing discrepancy between the website and the app led to the cancellation, and despite being informed that the problem was fixed, my money has not been returned as promised. Despite reaching out to Wish customer service 33 times, the matter remains unresolved. If Wish does not rectify this promptly, I will escalate the issue to my bank and PayPal to recover my funds. Additionally, I will not hesitate to share my experience on social media to inform others about my unfortunate situation with Wish.

For the past two weeks, I have been dealing with issues regarding merchandise I purchased using my debit card that ended in [redacted]. Despite sending numerous pictures to your representatives, I have not received a refund. If I do not see the money back on my card today, I will contact the Better Business Bureau as I live nearby. I have been patient for over a week, but I am firm about getting my money back. I will reach out to my contact who initiated a call previously to ensure the refund is processed. I have placed around 30 orders with your company, but out of the 8 items I have received so far, none of them match what I originally ordered. It seems like there might have been a mix-up, as the items I keep receiving are not what I intended to purchase. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for all the items I have received incorrectly. I was really looking forward to receiving the items I initially ordered, but it seems like they are not coming anytime soon. I have not received my 85 ordered items paid for in May [redacted]. I need the correct address to send copies of my unpaid orders that were not delivered. It is difficult to do on my iPod, as the copies were not accepted. From my first order of 23 items, only 7 arrived; from the second order of 24 items, I received 4. I haven't received any of the 20 items from the third order, 39 from the fourth, and 29 from the fifth. I need physical copies of the tracking numbers, as I cannot find them on my iPod. I have tried reaching out to customer service through various channels without success. It's challenging to track the packages received without the tracking numbers.

I have multiple complaints. I received the same item in different colors, but one fits while the other doesn't. Additionally, I received broken rings, necklaces, and an empty package. This company is causing me so much frustration. They do not provide return labels or store information. How can they make such mistakes with the same size item? I am very upset about the discrepancies in pricing; they advertise the item for $4, but then charge $10 for shipping. Shipping costs should not be so high for a small item. Why can't they ship my orders together to save on shipping fees? I am seeking to speak with someone from the company or I will involve my attorney and the BBB. I am aware of my rights regarding internet sales and will take legal action against this company if necessary.
