I have contacted the company to address my complaint but have not received a response yet. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and resolution regarding my issue. I am seeking a refund of $34.80 for items that were charged to my bank account after I had cancelled them. Despite the company's claims, my bank statement clearly shows the charge. My email account [redacted] has been hacked, and despite contacting Google, I am still unable to regain access to it. There were unauthorized charges totaling more than $[redacted] on my bank account, and I am determined to take legal action against the perpetrator. I can provide my legal passport, proof of my whereabouts with plane tickets and Visa stamps, as well as eyewitnesses who can confirm that I was out of the country at the time of the purchases. In the meantime, I will be using this email account for communication. I have informed my bank about the situation, and they are also contacting the police on this matter.

I recently ordered a wedding dress from your website. After waiting a month for the package, I received a pillowcase instead of the dress, along with a letter stating that the dress was damaged and sent back for repairs with a new tracking number. After waiting even more, I contacted them twice via email with no response. I then tried reaching out to customer support, emphasizing that I did not request a refund but wanted my dress. However, I was informed that my money had been refunded without my consent. To make matters worse, the dress I originally ordered was sold out, but later reappeared on the website at a much higher price. It seems like they refunded me just to resell the dress at a profit. I am disappointed by this experience. I have been a loyal customer and have purchased many items, but if this is how business is conducted, I may need to shop elsewhere. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter as my wedding plans hinge on that specific dress design.

Out of the last four items I ordered, only two have been delivered. I'm frustrated because the other items have not been shipped, even after waiting for weeks. Getting a refund doesn't solve the problem when the products never arrive. One item I refunded still hasn't shown up, even though it was supposed to be in the US. I was told to wait another two weeks for the remaining item, even after waiting a month. Waiting three months for items from China is unreasonable. If my last three orders don't arrive, I will stop using this company. I can order from Amazon and get faster delivery, even if it costs more. I recently had an issue where my grandchild added items to my cart without my knowledge. Upon checking out, I noticed the total was higher due to these unexpected items. I promptly canceled the items and requested a refund. However, I was surprised to see that the refund was added to my Wish account without my consent. I have been a loyal customer to Wish for years and never had problems with refunds until now. I prefer to have the refund issued back to my debit card like before. Dealing with this situation has made me hesitant to order from Wish again. Refunds from other online retailers have always been processed back to my debit card within three days, so I'm confused as to why there is a delay with Wish. I placed an order today, August 16th, under the name Lauren Jones. The order number is 5b751cdff3c31e8871d90153.
I used my boyfriend's VISA card, ending in [redacted], with his permission. However, the order did not go through. I was asked to provide a statement from his card with a recent WISH order, but his last statement only goes up to the end of July. I made the order on August 16th, so there is no statement with that purchase.
I would like to cancel this order and use my own VISA card, ending in [redacted], for payment. This would be more convenient for me. I am unsure how to proceed with this change and would appreciate your prompt assistance in processing the order and explaining why it charged the initial card without completing the transaction. I made a purchase over $[redacted] at Walmart on August 16th instead of Wish due to an issue with checking out. I repeatedly receive the same message requesting banking information, even though it is unnecessary as I have already provided it. This seems to only affect payments made with my ATM cash card, as credit card, PayPal, and Google Pay are valid payment methods that are not working. Can anyone clarify what is happening?

I placed an order for a wardrobe on Wish through the supplier Lucky Tree on July 27th. Unfortunately, the item was not delivered and was returned to the supplier. I do not have the item number and I have been unable to contact customer support for assistance. Furthermore, I did not order a different device, but rather this specific item. I have been a loyal Wish customer for a couple of years, and I am disappointed with this situation. I paid for the item with my credit card, and I hope someone can help me resolve this issue.

I purchased a dress from Wish, but it turned out to be shorter and smaller than shown in the picture. Despite contacting Wish multiple times with no response, I ended up giving the dress to a friend for donation. In addition, I bought an electric rolling machine, but the cigarette tubes do not fit, rendering the machine unusable. As someone with limited mobility, it's frustrating that I now have two items that I cannot use. This experience has left me disappointed, and I have decided not to order from Wish again in the future.

I have encountered issues with my recent purchases from Wish. One item, a dress, turned out to be too short and small compared to what was shown online. I am concerned about my order showing as delivered to [redacted] Railroad Ave. in Branchville, SC [redacted] and marked as received by the customer. I did not receive the package as I was at home the whole time and did not see any delivery person. It seems it might have been delivered to the wrong address. I kindly request that my merchandise be retrieved from the unintended recipient and redelivered to the correct address provided. In case the delivery driver is having trouble finding the location, they can reach out to my future mother-in-law residing at the specified address. We are located on the west end of Railroad Ave. and can confirm that no package was received by Danny Joe Medline (DJ Medlin). Please address this issue promptly.

I have been facing challenges with canceling an accidental order on the Wish app. I accidentally placed an order for $[redacted].00 and tried to refund it immediately but encountered a greyed-out refund button. Despite calling the automated system multiple times, I was unsuccessful. I possess evidence of my attempts to cancel the order shortly after placing it, including call logs. Within 30 minutes, I tried four different numbers and various communication channels, all without success. Since joining Wish, I have made numerous orders. While most items have been satisfactory, I have encountered issues with a few products that are missing from my account history. In July, I ordered 9 rainbow cutlery pieces but only received 3 spoons; the 3 knives and 3 forks are still pending. I also ordered pillow covers in blue/green leaf designs #21, #25, and #31 due on 7/26/18, a 3D floor sticker, a ring with "NANA" on it, an Irish Claddaugh ring, a 5-piece chain, and a sterling silver women's fashion ring. Some items have not arrived despite waiting as advised. My granddaughter eagerly awaits the floor sticker, and I would appreciate assistance in locating these missing items or obtaining refunds. Additionally, I recently noticed a significant drop in my shopping points from over [redacted] to [redacted]+. I seek help in resolving these issues promptly as a loyal customer of Wish with many outstanding orders.

I made a purchase but it never arrived. Every time I inquired about the order, I was told to wait. When the promised deadline of 8/20/18 passed, the package was still missing. Now, I am being offered "wish cash" instead of a refund as initially promised. I followed the instructions given and now I insist on a full refund of the amount, including shipping. It seems like the order might not have been shipped at all. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance and the contradictory information provided. If refunds are not possible after a certain period, customers should be informed accurately. I am looking forward to a resolution and my money returned.

I received shoes that were all black instead of the white and black ones I ordered. I may have made a mistake in selecting the colors, but the computer also showed that my shoes hadn't arrived yet. I waited, but they still haven't come. Additionally, I ordered rings over 2 months ago and haven't received them either. I'm new to shopping with this app, and I find it concerning. I placed an order expected to arrive in July. Every time I checked, the support message inquired if I wanted to wait longer, to which I agreed. I eagerly anticipated the dress I had ordered. On each login, the same question popped up. Today, I decided to request a refund. Disappointingly, it stated that I missed the window but could receive wish bucks. Notably, the other two items I bought were subpar, and I may discard them as they are unwearable. Nowhere did it mention that waiting too long would void the refund. Despite the sum not being significant, the principle matters. As a customer service manager for a large chain store, I am deeply let down by both the products and the handling of this situation. I request a refund of my payment.
