I purchased 7 or 8 items on May 2, expecting a delivery similar to Amazon. Unfortunately, I will only receive 1 out of the 8 items by my graduation on May 16, with the rest coming in June. Since I don't need them beyond my graduation date, I kindly request to cancel my order and receive a refund. Even if the items are sent, I will return them. The order is still in China, so please don't claim it's already shipped. I tried to cancel via the app, but it was unsuccessful due to poor customer service. I expect a refund promptly. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties making a purchase on your website due to a payment issue. Unfortunately, I have not received the assistance I need from your customer service team. In April, I placed an order for 25 90ml bottles of Alien on Wish.com. When the package arrived on May 1st, it only contained one 20ml bottle of Alien. I immediately requested a full refund, provided photos as evidence of the discrepancy, and highlighted the seller's dishonesty in misrepresenting the quantity on the package label. Despite the initial promise of a refund, the status of my order changed to "solved" without any reimbursement being processed. I have had to continuously reopen my refund request since then, encountering delays and unresponsiveness from customer support. The store seller in question is Jinhan, and the order number is LL[redacted]99CN. I feel frustrated and stressed about this ongoing issue and insist on receiving the full refund along with shipping costs as originally requested on May 1st, [redacted]. I recently encountered discrepancies in the prices of items I wanted to purchase on the website. Despite the advertised prices being lower, the total cost in the Cart showed a different amount. Even after contacting customer support, I received a response directing me to submit a ticket under 'Order Issues' instead of 'Account Issues'. Hello, I wish to address an issue regarding two orders I placed, one for a small robot dog and the other for an intelligent watch. The robot dog cost $[redacted].05, and the watch cost $[redacted].00. Despite receiving numerous notifications of delays, I never received the items. I later learned they were no longer available and received a credit on my Capital One credit card. However, I was subsequently charged for the items. I never signed for any delivery as required. After being informed via email that I would receive a refund in 3 days, I cancelled the order. Today, I unexpectedly received what appears to be three headwraps in the mail. Surprisingly, they arrived swiftly despite a past delay in a previous order. The inconsistency in shipping time is concerning. The headwraps that accompanied the order were not the free caps I previously received but instead cost $3.00 each in shipping fees. They arrived in a single package that seemed light. I had skipped viewing the total cost before the deduction from my account, a detail that feels misleading. The lack of an invoice within the package is frustrating as it doesn't provide any item numbers. Additionally, the phone number provided seems to be unreliable.

I never received a tracking number despite having a confirmation number since the third. The laptop I ordered has not been shipped out yet, causing frustration as it was supposed to arrive on Thursday. I am disappointed to receive an email stating that my order was canceled and I will not receive a refund until the 27th. I did not authorize the cancellation and find it unfair that my money is being held for a week without the item being shipped. Please consider shipping the laptop overnight to rectify the situation.

I have had a terrible experience with this company's customer service. Despite repeatedly requesting the cancellation of my order and pre-emptively advising against processing it, they proceeded with the order after verifying my account information. I am extremely disappointed with their incompetent robotic customer service and will not be engaging with any such company in the future.

I got an email from the seller (bamian3906qing) on May 4 at 2:34 pm stating that the order was delivered on May 3, but I didn't find it at my home.
