I ordered with express shipping on May 1st to receive my item by May 8th. However, the shipment did not arrive as promised. I contacted DHL Express, and they have no record of the shipment yet. It is now May 9th, and I am still unsure of my product's whereabouts. I paid extra for express shipping, so I am disappointed. I'm having trouble logging into my Wish account as it doesn't accept my password. Clicking on 'forgot password' is supposed to send a new link, but I haven't received it after trying five times on different days over the past month. I am dissatisfied with my recent Wish purchases. Despite being asked to be patient due to a postal strike, I have yet to receive my items. I am concerned about the lack of control Wish has over the stores under its name. I ordered multiple products such as phones, Bluetooth speakers, earbuds, a stun gun/flashlight combo, gold chains, watches, and more but have only received a fraction of them. I have been a loyal customer of Wish.com since last year. Recently, on May 6, [redacted], I placed an order for a Seiko watch using my Amex card. After receiving a confirmation notification, I noticed that my order status changed to "pending review" and I was requested to provide my ID. I promptly sent pictures of the front and back of my California driver's license. However, on May 9, the order was unexpectedly cancelled, and I discovered that the amount had been charged to my Amex card by Wish, with a promise of a refund. I decided to repurchase the watch from a different merchant, but now Wish is requesting my bank statements as part of the review process, something they have not done before. I simply wish to cancel my order, but unfortunately, I am unable to do so without submitting my bank statement to them.

On May 4, [redacted], I received numerous emails from wish.com regarding refund requests I never initiated. Additionally, I was notified of an attempt to change my account's email address to a different one, which I did not authorize. Consequently, I am unable to access my wish.com account since then.
Despite multiple attempts to reset my password through the wish.com app, I have not received the password reset link, likely due to the unauthorized change of my email address associated with the account.
I suspect that my account has been compromised, and the email address has been altered to redirect notifications. Following wish.com's suggestions to check spam folders, ensure that ISP is not blocking wish.com's emails, and adding their email to my address book did not resolve the issue.
Despite reaching out to wish.com's support team four times since the incident on May 4th, the two most recent attempts have gone unanswered. At this juncture, I urgently require wish.com to reset my account to the correct email address. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I would like to request the cancellation of any future orders being delivered to my account. There seems to be a mix-up as someone else is connected to my phone and IP address, placing orders that I did not authorize. Recent deliveries such as the clock camera radio arrived damaged because it was inadequately packaged in a plastic bag instead of a box. I am dissatisfied with the way Wish handles packaging for electronics sent through the mail. I have not received the items promised, and it appears they are going to another individual. I will refrain from making further purchases until my account is refunded for unauthorized transactions. My Wish account has been compromised! On May 11, [redacted], I received three emails at my [redacted] email address.
The first email confirmed an order on my Discover card that I did not make. The order number is 5cd73a3d[redacted]e2e2cdc7e.
The second email was a refund request using Wish cash credit for the unauthorized order.
The third email was sent regarding a change to my Wish account email address, which was not requested by me.
I have contacted Discover to report the fraudulent charge and have deactivated the card. Despite my attempts to reach Wish customer support via email, I have only received automated responses.
Seeking assistance to address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I had items in my Wish shopping cart, but when I checked my bank account, I discovered that they had deducted £43 without me placing the order. I hadn't even been on the site because I was away, so I hadn't pressed the buy button. I contacted their customer service, and they said someone will respond in 2-3 days. This is not satisfactory as they took my money without authorization. They need to refund it immediately as I need it for rent. They informed me that the refund will take 14 days, but this is not a refund, it's my own money they took. Additionally, they have only canceled one order when I asked for all orders to be canceled and a full refund. I am very frustrated and will not be using their services again.

I noticed that the 50% discount with the code AWESOME was not applied during checkout as advertised until May 14th. I've paused my purchase until this is resolved, as I only have one day left in the current offer.
Additionally, it would be beneficial if the measuring sizes (in inches) of the craft dies were listed. This information is crucial for me as I prefer both small and large sizes and would like to be able to select accordingly.

I purchased a 26-inch blue rolling luggage that was too large, and I returned it at a cost of $32 for shipping. The initial purchase also cost me $32. I just placed an order with you, and it was supposed to be $19.70 including shipping and my 10% discount. However, the price was raised to $26.90, which is an extra $7.20. I am not willing to pay this increased price when I agreed to $19.70. I have faced multiple issues with your service, first struggling to access your website on my desktop computer and now this unexpected price change. If you cannot fulfill my order of 8 items for the agreed-upon price of $19.70, then I request to cancel my entire order.
