I ordered two pillow-top mattress pads, one for a king-size mattress and one for a queen-size bed as specified in the order invoice. I received two queen mattress pads instead. I contacted "Wish" via email, and after jumping through hoops, they requested photos of the boxes and shipping labels. A simple exchange of the queen for the king pad seems like a reasonable resolution, but I was told to return the queen pad at my own expense for inspection before initiating a refund. A straightforward exchange would have been more efficient. A customer service phone number would have been helpful, but "Wish" seems indifferent to customer issues. If not resolved, I will share this frustrating experience with others. Thank you.

Recently, I purchased a vertical fishing magnet, specifically the 60MM Super Strong Double Side Combined Pulling Force Round Neodymium Magnet, for $25. However, I received a horizontal magnet instead - the 1 Pcs Powerful Round Neodymium Magnet with Countersunk Hole and Eyebolt S-L priced at $11. This is the third time I've received the wrong item after placing multiple orders, which is uncommon as I've been a loyal Amazon customer for over 20 years. Unfortunately, returning the incorrect item to China would be time-consuming and costly. As a result, I've decided to reorder the correct vertical magnet from Amazon moving forward. I recently purchased 9 items from Wish, and my postal zip code is [redacted] in Arkansas. Upon placing the order, I received an email confirming the shipment. However, I realized that both my shipping and billing addresses have been changed without my authorization. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with Wish, I contacted my credit card company and they confirmed that my billing address matches the one I have always used with Wish at the [redacted] postal code. The current address on file, which is also being used for shipping, is [redacted] E. Jefferson, Casper, WY, [redacted]. My card issuer explained that Wish is responsible for correcting the error and ensuring my purchases are sent to the correct address. Despite my efforts, Wish has informed me that it is not their responsibility and advised me to contact a company in China. As someone on S.S. Disability, I cannot afford to lose the money spent on these items and simply wish for my purchases to be delivered to the correct address I have consistently used in Arkansas, zip code [redacted].

I recently placed an order on Wish for nine items to be delivered to my address at ***** in Arkansas. However, after receiving a shipping confirmation email, I noticed that both my billing and shipping addresses had been changed to *** E. Jefferson Casper WY *****. My credit card company confirmed that the billing address on file with Wish at the time of purchase was correct, and any changes were not authorized by me. Despite my efforts to rectify this with Wish customer service, they have not taken responsibility for their error and have directed me to contact a company in China for resolution. As a person living on S.S. disability, it is crucial for me to receive the items I purchased at the correct address I have always used with Wish, which is ***** in Arkansas with the postal code [redacted]. I am requesting that Wish simply re-ship my purchases to this correct address.

The credit card company said it was Wish's responsibility to correct the issue. Despite my efforts, Wish insisted it was not their responsibility and directed me to contact a company in China. I am on Social Security Disability and need the items I ordered, which should be shipped to me at the correct address I have always used in Arkansas. On the 3rd of May [redacted], my order for the Electric 4 Frames Honeycomb Ho... from HiMarch in silver color was confirmed, with order number 5cc54a77f53c1276c8f2ff0f. However, on the 9th of May [redacted], I received a manual honey extractor instead of the electric one as pictured. I immediately contacted customer support and was told I would receive a response to my complaint within two days. Until today, the 15th of May [redacted], I have not received any response to my email at [redacted] I regularly shop on Wish and have never had an issue before, so I'm confused as to why my complaint has not been addressed yet. I did not receive 2 out of the 3 black long sleeve nightgown dresses I ordered. I would like to receive either the missing items or the striped ones in the same size that I paid for. I feel frustrated as I have been given the run-around. This situation has even led me to close my credit card due to unauthorized charges. It is disheartening that I have not received the products I paid for, and the customer service keeps asking for unnecessary proofs. I have sent a picture to no avail. I returned from a trip last Friday to a surprising email saying that an order was placed on Wish. I hadn't made any orders as I was away and was planning to purchase the items next week when I receive my pay. Wish charged me around £43, which may not seem like much, but it was significant for my rent. I have reached out multiple times through text trying to stop the order and get a refund promptly. They refunded me for only two items, but I still require a refund for the remaining items. It is frustrating that there is no way to contact them via phone for assistance. Upon returning from my trip last Friday, I received an email notifying me of an order placed on Wish. To my surprise, I hadn't made any purchases as I hadn't even visited the site during my absence. The items were merely saved in my cart for future purchase when I was back and had been paid. However, Wish went ahead and processed the order totaling £43. While some items were refunded after my complaints, the remaining ones are crucial for me as they contribute to my rent. My account was blocked on September 16th, [redacted] (Account No. 5b136d9727f24c52ad578079). Despite sending over [redacted] messages to Wish customer care, I keep receiving the automated response that my account cannot be unblocked. I have spent approximately AU$12K on Wish, only to be ignored and redirected to their fraudulent page. After 8.5 months of frustration, I was told it was a system error causing the block and that it had been lifted. However, my account remains blocked, and I have $[redacted] in Wish cash that I cannot access due to this issue. I have emailed customer support 25 times without any resolution. Wish's lack of response and automated service have left me feeling mentally drained and mistreated. It is unacceptable for a company to ignore customers and withhold refunds for their mistakes. I am constantly stressed and my health is suffering due to this ongoing problem with Wish's customer service. I need this issue resolved promptly.

I would like to cancel the order I placed last night. I am dissatisfied with the service I have received. I have spent hours on the phone trying to address this issue. Please cancel my order. This is only my second time ordering from your company, and I am not happy with your customer service procedures. I want a refund of $60.80 credited back to my card. I am cancelling the order and refuse to pay for it. I do not want any further involvement with your company. It is frustrating not being able to speak to someone or receive responses to emails. I have [redacted] points, but I am unable to use them for some reason. The points have been unusable for quite some time. For this pending order, I would like free shipping promised along with access to my [redacted] points. Update: I recently discovered that orders over $55 qualify for free shipping. Despite my total being $60-$70, I am being charged over $[redacted] for shipping. The shipping should be free since it meets the requirement. If my points can cover the shipping cost, that would be acceptable too. Regardless, resolving the points issue is crucial for me to proceed with this order. I placed an order on Wish.com on May 11th, [redacted]. I opted for a split payment, with a total of $21.51. I paid $11.51 on May 12th, [redacted] using my debit card. When I checked the Wish app for my order status, it wasn't showing up. I emailed customer service initially due to the split payment not reflecting, and they responded with instructions on canceling the order instead of addressing the payment issue. Subsequent emails directed me to Customer Support, which doesn't have an option for my particular problem. I'm frustrated as I want my order, which includes 2 fitness watches (one blue, one red) and some jewelry. They received $11.51 and are supposed to debit $10.00 on June 9th.

I have yet to receive several items from Wish despite the app indicating they have been delivered. After contacting the local post office, they informed me that the items were misplaced or lost due to our cluster mailbox setup. It seems the key to access the mailbox was placed in the wrong box, and someone else has taken the items I had paid for. I am seeking assistance from a customer service representative to address this issue promptly. I prefer not to receive a mere refund; I want the items I purchased. I was unexpectedly logged out of my Cute account, both on the app and on my laptop. The account is associated with my Wish's Baby, listed under Lisa M., at [redacted] I also have another Wish/Cute account linked to Lisa M. at [redacted] However, when trying to access my main, heavily-used account, I get a 'Page Not Found' error or redirected to the smaller, less-used protonmail.com account. When interacting with customer service, my Yahoo account displays as Li M., causing confusion. I still receive emails but can't access my rewards and wish lists. Customer support is having trouble understanding my issue. I need help regaining access to my [redacted] Cute account.

I received a damaged battery-operated clock from Wish and Ride. I have been trying to contact customer support since I received it. Despite having pictures of the damaged clock, I keep getting notified that I am "not in good standing." This is frustrating as I have not received proper assistance. I am willing to return the damaged clock if they can provide me with a new one. I am Victoria Z. and I have consistently enjoyed shopping on Wish for myself and my sons. Unfortunately, in March, I placed an order totaling almost $[redacted] but have not yet received it, even now in May. The order number is [redacted]7. I recently placed an order for a black large service jacket but realized that my shipping address was outdated. I promptly updated it to the correct one to ensure the jacket is delivered to the right place. Additionally, I placed a 10-inch black leash in my cart but did not authorize any charges to my credit card for it. I typically add items to my cart to consider purchasing them and may remove them later. To my surprise, the leash was charged to my credit card without my consent as soon as it was added to the cart. I believe this practice is unauthorized and constitutes fraud. I intend to dispute this charge and request that my credit card not be charged further without my explicit permission.

I ordered 11 blouses in size 2XL based on the same sizing charts provided. Although I typically wear a US size 12 or L-XL, only 5 of the shirts were refunded. The remaining items did not fit, but when I tried to return them, my account was flagged for supposed abuse of the return policy. I filed an appeal, but there has been no response. How is it considered abuse when all the items were in one order? Should I be forced to keep clothing that doesn't fit? Meanwhile, I purchased similar blouses on Tophatter (also available on Wish) in size 5XL, which fit me correctly. I am open to reordering the items in size 5XL or receiving further refunds for the last 6 items. Resolving this issue is crucial before I place more orders with Wish.
