I have been eagerly awaiting my package, but it has been canceled without my permission. This issue has caused significant frustration as the delivery dates have already been changed twice. Despite requesting to be contacted with a tracking number, I have not received one. I am not looking for a refund; I am simply eager to receive the phone I have already paid for. Unfortunately, the company's automated response on the app mentions a refund because my order was allegedly canceled shortly after I placed it. The order was made on November 21, and the lack of clarity surrounding the delivery is concerning. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the Better Business Bureau. It is imperative to me that the status of my package entering Canada is clarified as I have been patiently waiting for updates on its whereabouts.

I ordered a Hoverboard Waterproof 10 Inch Electric Scooter Skateboard 4 Stars for $12. My original order got cancelled as it didn't arrive on time. I reordered it for my granddaughter who had a rough time due to witnessing abuse. I'd like to receive the new Hoverboard soon, preferably via Express Post. I provided a delivery address in Ecuador, but the package was supposed to arrive on December 19th and never did. Customer service offered me a refund, but I prefer to receive the items instead. I'm willing to cancel the order if the items are still on their way. After placing my order, it was immediately refunded due to an issue with my account. When I tried to contact customer support, I was only given the option to select from predetermined answers. The refund was processed on 1/08/[redacted] but won't be available until 1/22/[redacted], leaving me without funds for two weeks. When I called the provided number, it directed me back to the limited response options. Frustrating experience!

Subject: Assistance Needed with Wish Order
Request number [redacted] was created on Wish, but unfortunately, my issue has not been resolved yet as I have not received a response. Today, I received an item from Wish that did not fit me as it's not the right size. I've tried to initiate an exchange for the item through the Wish app but have been unsuccessful. The option to return the item for a refund also seems to be unavailable.
I have reached out to Klarna customer support, and they have advised me to contact the Wish team for help with this matter. I have attached a screenshot showing the issue I'm encountering on the app.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Wish regarding my recent order. I received the item today, and unfortunately, it does not fit me. I have been trying to either exchange it for the correct size or return it, but I have been unsuccessful in reaching out for support through the Wish app. Even Klarna customer support redirected me to Wish for assistance. Good morning, I remember ordering a Beatles t-shirt last summer that never arrived, despite paying in advance! Your sizes are also way off, I bought a medium-sized swimsuit... I usually wear a size 42 and weigh 50 kg, but it wouldn't fit a 6-year-old child. Who handles returns? It takes over a month for products to arrive from China. I'm writing to express my frustration. I have been patiently awaiting the delivery of approximately 20 orders from your website. Unfortunately, there seems to be a recurring issue as 90% of my orders do not reach me. This prompted me to request a refund this morning. However, I was shocked to find out that I am at risk of being blacklisted for requesting too many returns.
I find it unfair that I am penalized when I have paid for items that never arrived. Being on a blacklist now prevents me from seeking refunds for future undelivered orders (including those due by 31/1). I kindly ask for a review of my situation.

I placed an order for an inspection lamp and a set of professional wire cutters/strippers before Christmas. The items were supposed to arrive at my address on December 20th, but I have not received them yet. I need these items for college, and their delay has caused me to fall behind in my coursework. I would like to receive the items as soon as possible and have a partial refund sent back to the PayPal/bank account used for the purchase. It's important to resolve this issue promptly so that I can catch up on my academic schedule.

Upon reviewing the products I've purchased from you, I discovered that I was blocked from obtaining a refund for multiple items that were not as described. It is truly disappointing and unfair that you would prevent me from accessing a refund for these items. I have been experiencing repeated issues with my orders. Despite being promised delivery dates, the items never arrive. This has happened with wedding sets and various other purchases. While my daughter-in-law receives her orders without any problems, mine seem to be consistently missing or incorrect. I am becoming frustrated with this situation. I recently purchased a phone case from your website, and it is the only item out of several I ordered that has not arrived yet. Initially, the estimated delivery date was January 9th, but after contacting customer support, they extended it to February 9th, which is a 30-day delay. I recently ordered a NatureLife fleece blanket in Burgundy, but I received a Gray one instead. The order was placed under my name, L.N. It seems like there might be a mix-up with the colors. On top of that, I also received a Jesus wall sticker that looks nothing like the one online. The print is too large and overall, it's disappointing. None of the items I have ordered have met my expectations. I hope to hear back soon.

I am a user with the email [redacted] I have been buying from Wish without issues until recently. I was refunded for undelivered items, and now my account is flagged. Several orders haven't arrived, and I noticed my address was incorrect. I had to update it today from [redacted] to [redacted]. My address has never caused delivery problems before. Hello, I placed an order for a blow dryer on 11/2/18 with an expected arrival date of 12/9/18. Unfortunately, the item never arrived. I reached out to Wish customer support and was informed that if my order didn't arrive by 1/8/19, I should contact them again. I contacted them yesterday, but was told that the refund window closed on 1/8/19. I'm confused about what to do next. I would like to either receive my refund or have the blow dryer that I ordered sent to me. I have never encountered any issues with Wish in the past, so this is disappointing.

I would appreciate it if someone from Wish could contact me at [redacted]. My account got blocked because I refused to provide my bank statement, holding onto $[redacted].00 for an order. I have been a customer for about two years without any previous issues until now. Wish paused my account for four days, requesting my bank statement for verification which I declined to provide. They insisted on the statement to unlock my account. After a week of communication mainly through their texting and email system, and after sending a copy of my driver's license, they finally allowed me to verify using my PayPal account. However, they ended up canceling my order, refunding my money, and blocking my account. I confirmed this by messaging them using my wife's account successfully while encountering errors with mine. Several items I received earlier arrived broken or in the wrong size, but I am helpless without access to customer service. If Wish delivers damaged goods, they should provide a resolution or allow returns for a full refund. It seems many other customers also share my frustration with the bank statement requirement. Instead of cutting off dissatisfied customers without a phone number to call, I urge Wish to review their verification process, finding a more customer-friendly approach than demanding bank statements.

I purchased a T-shirt for my seven-year-old son over a month and a half ago as a delayed Christmas present. Initially, the delivery date was set for January 5, then changed to January 12, which has come and gone with no sign of the package. I am extremely frustrated by this lengthy delay for a simple T-shirt. Adding to my disappointment, the Christmas gifts I had for both my boys were stolen on Christmas Eve, making this delayed T-shirt even more significant to me. I was excited for it to arrive a week after Christmas since I cannot immediately replace their stolen gifts due to financial constraints. I hope that Wish can rectify this situation by offering a meaningful credit to my account, as the $3 shirt does not reflect the inconvenience and disappointment I have experienced. I anticipate a prompt response from Wish to address this matter.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with Wish and will not be shopping with them in the future. The first problem I encountered was with a sterling silver bracelet I purchased that turned out to be fake as it stuck to a magnet. In addition, my account has been audited, prohibiting me from receiving refunds. Wish customer service suggested that I make more purchases to rectify this issue, which I did, albeit regretfully. I am seeking a resolution to receive refunds for all the subpar items I have purchased and subsequently received. I am requesting a full refund for all items I have requested to return and the restoration of my account's good standing.
