I have experienced issues with my recent orders around Christmas. Despite receiving refunds for a broken jumper and coat, one of the coats I ordered never arrived. When attempting to contact support, I was informed about a potential misuse of the money back policy, which is unjustified as the items were faulty upon arrival. Despite my attempts to reach out, I have not received any response. The missing item is titled as "[redacted] woman fashion medieval style back lace up blue outfits warm hooded long sleeve renaissance outwear coat plus size s-3xl" on the Wish app under the store "centper." The tracking number associated with this item is VC[redacted]48GB. Initially scheduled for delivery on the 20th of December, the date was postponed to the 27th before realizing it has not been delivered at all. I am having an issue with Wish. On November 30, [redacted], I placed an order for four pillows, and on December 3, [redacted], it showed in my order history that it was being refunded because it couldn't be shipped. I contacted Wish's customer service chatbot and it stated that my order couldn’t be refunded due to excess refunds, which is false because it was my first time buying from Wish. I tried calling three numbers which do not exist, and I sent 20 emails to support, who replied that the refund was processed on December 3 and should be in my account by the 17th at the latest. However, I haven't received the refund. Yesterday, I received an order that was too small, but I can't return it because my account is allegedly "blocked due to excessive refunds." They need to return the money to me for that order because I didn't cancel it; they did. I want a resolution, my money refunded, and the ability to exchange or return the other order I made.

I am seeking a refund for an order I placed back on 12/10/18 for 2 phones that were never received. The app indicates my account is flagged for excessive refunds, preventing me from contacting support. I've only requested refunds for undelivered items, like these phones which were ordered with express shipping for almost $20 for Christmas gifts. I am frustrated by the lack of refund for items not received, especially since now it's difficult to remedy the situation. Despite not receiving the phones, there have been no issues with refunds prior to this. The delay in delivery is disappointing, and the inability to reach customer support is concerning. A refund to the original card is not possible as it is no longer valid, so Wish cash would suffice, although I am hesitant to place future orders given this experience. I am upset about an order I placed on December 23rd. My credit card was put on hold because the bank suspected fraud, but it turned out to be a mistake. Now they need me to re-run the orders. However, when I checked today, I discovered that my account was closed or something happened. It's frustrating because I haven't been able to replace the order, especially with the 90% discount which was available on my first day. I am disappointed that I can't get the same price now and would like to know what is happening.

I purchased a "Queen" hoodie and sweatpants set from Wish, but upon arrival, the size was incorrect. Despite contacting Wish support via the app, I only received a partial refund for the sweatpants, not the hoodie. When I tried reaching out again, I was flagged for attempting too many returns. I simply want a refund for the entire order as both items were ordered together and are the same size. If the pants don't fit, the top won't either, rendering both pieces useless. I have been flagged by Wish for excessive refunds, but I believe they haven't considered all the items I kept without asking for a refund. I feel unfairly judged as if I am being dishonest. When items don't fit or meet my expectations, requesting a refund is just following the guidelines, right? In my recent purchase, the 3 containers of Topix turned out to be disappointing once I used them. Sadly, it's another waste of money on something I can't utilize. I have even refrained from ordering clothes due to sizing issues; despite loving the material, they never fit well, even when I order larger sizes. As for the Topix product, it doesn't work for me as it ends up looking like dust on my hairline, making my hair appear dusty. Crediting my account is acceptable, and if possible, I would have returned it for a refund. Although I appreciate the storage bench I purchased and did not return, I hope to receive the credit to find another item that will meet my expectations. However, the Women Leather Boots High Boots Martin Boots in Plus Size 34-43 from Star of Ocean have not been delivered to me yet.
I ordered a size EUR 42, which was supposed to be equal to a size 11 in the USA. Unfortunately, they fit more like a size 7 in the USA. There was no information provided regarding returns for this item.

I placed a multiple order around the 9th of December, and items started arriving. However, the three helicopter-type drones I ordered didn't arrive until the 24th and 27th and were incomplete. They were missing batteries and a battery charger, which I was unable to add on during my purchase. I assumed the units would come complete and ready to use. I did notice a section in the manual to upgrade the onboard camera, which I did, but nothing about batteries or replacements. There were no boxes or instructions included, nor any guarantees. I ordered an item from Wish with express shipping to guarantee delivery by Dec 23, [redacted]. However, the delivery date got changed to Dec 30, [redacted], ruining the gift as it was meant for Christmas! Despite reaching out for help, all I receive are automated responses and delays. I've requested a refund multiple times, yet it has been ignored. I just want my money back. This experience has made me lose trust in Wish. Along with the RC Car, an iPad mini case went missing in the same order, and though I got a refund for it, the lack of human customer service is worrying. On December 20th, I attempted to use my PCS Mastercard to make a purchase on "Wish." Despite receiving a message that the item was unavailable, I tried multiple times. After checking my bank account, I noticed €94.25 had been charged. I contacted my bank, and they assured me the amount would be refunded within 10 days. However, as of yesterday, the money hadn't been returned. Since it was a Sunday, I had to wait until today to follow up. Upon calling my bank again, they indicated they couldn't refund the money as it had already been taken. I am very distressed and frustrated with the situation regarding my order on December 1st. Despite following all the steps in the Q&A section and reaching out to customer service via the website, I am still unable to access my order from that date. I have received some of the items, but several are missing. When attempting to track the missing items using UPS or FedEx, they could not locate any packages under my name and address. Despite your notifications asking if I have received items, I consistently answered that I had not. Each time, I was told that weather delays could be a factor and was advised to wait longer. I canceled it because it was supposed to be applied in the free matter. However, I do not see that the items have been processed or delivered yet. I made a purchase on Cyber Monday, and about a week later, I received a TV that I did not order. I have purchased multiple items from Wish.com, but only a few of the cheaper ones have arrived. I received a faulty mobile phone and have been waiting for several items, including a car stereo with GPS sat nav since November. When I reached out to customer service through the Wish app, I was informed that my account was flagged due to receiving refunds for items that never arrived. When the car stereo was supposed to be delivered, the tracking information showed it was delivered on either November 4th or December 4th, causing confusion. Wish customer service explained that sometimes items are marked as delivered while still in transit, but I find this hard to believe. They advised me to wait until December 18th, but then closed the case for running out of time. I feel frustrated losing almost £[redacted], especially since Wish won't address my concerns about the car stereo and other defective items like the mobile phone. I discovered that the phone they sent me can be purchased in the UK for much less than what I paid. My biggest worry is the VW car stereo that cost me over £[redacted].
